The deck is private with its own hot tub and comfortable patio furniture and grill. Because it faces West, you can enjoy the sun and not fry in the afternoons (a very important point).

The Chalet is beautifully furnished with custom couch, high bar/dining table, custom made beds, tables and entertainment center. The custom prints and elk and deer heads make it feel like you are truly in a high desert cabin. Everything you need is here.

From across the fairway you can see the work out facility that hosts pools, spas, exercise room, courts and more. Also the golf club and driving range, as well as the putt putt course, are within blocks of the unit, so you don't have to drive to get to the activities. You can see the tee box a bit beyond a set of trees that the local wildlife liked to sit under. The master suite was spacious and had a huge bathroom with a soak tub. The kitchen had all we needed and the bedrooms upstairs could sleep up to 5 more people. One of the best features was a schlage lock that made getting in and out easy. The resorts pools and sports centers are not to be missed and passes were provided. We would love to come back to this home again!"

The open floor plan has the kitchen in the center, open to two living room areas, the dining room, and the entertainment and game room. The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and there is additional seating at the bar counter. The kitchen itself has a wide assortment of pots, pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker, etc. The fridge is usually stocked with condiments.

The main suite has a luxurious king sized bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed. The adjoining bathroom has a large walk in shower as well as an ample walk in closet/dressing room. The bedroom also boasts a private access to the back yard.

Every bedroom has at least one chair, dresser, and mirror to make getting ready in the morning comfortable and easy.

The main living room boasts a large sofa (with a queen size fold out bed), two love seats, and two large chairs for groups to gather for games or movies. The smart TV is set up with wifi and a guest Netflix account. There is a DVD player and many many DVDs to enjoy, too. We do not have cable or over the air channels.

The gathering room is a spacious area with a sofa and two oversize chairs next to a gas fireplace. It's a great place to relax with a good book and a cup of tea.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

A private bedroom and bathroom within our home, located in Redmond, Oregon. Our house is conveniently located to popular Central Oregon activities - including Smith Rock, Dry Canyon, Redmond Airport, Mt. Bachelor, Bend, and all 35+ breweries.

The space
The room is spacious with a very comfortable queen memory foam mattress. The bedroom includes a TV (local channels, Netflix, Amazon, Fire Stick), a Keurig machine, board games, and a full closet for convenience. The bedroom also has newer carpeting.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Your room and adjacent bathroom are private and for your use only. We live at the residence and will likely be in the home during your stay - but we provide you with privacy.

Guest access
Bedroom: The bedroom is a private room inside our home and is located at the end of the hallway on the right. It has a queen memory foam mattress, full closet, iron, air purifier, Keurig, dishes, and a TV with local channels and streaming options of Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video.

Bathroom: The bathroom is private and for your use only. It is located right next to your bedroom and is stocked with soap, shampoo, hairdryer, and essentials.

Entry: The front door has a keypad entry so you can come and go as you need. Before your check-in, I will provide you with a 4-digit code you will use to enter the home when you arrive. You will be able to check-in at any time and can accommodate late check-ins. This is not a private entrance; the front door opens to a shared space of the house.

Kitchen: This space is shared with us. We have limited refrigerator and freezer space. You may use the top shelf of the fridge, the toaster, the electric kettle, and the microwave. Please utilize the kitchen for light meal preparation only. Other kitchen appliances are not available for guest use. Dishes and silverware are supplied in your room.

Remaining Space: The living room and the remaining common areas are shared with us.

Just 5mins to downtown Redmond for local restaurants and shopping. Close to Smith Rock State Park, the Redmond Caves, Cline Falls and only 20mins to Bend, OR.

The space
The private room and shared bath are on the second floor to the right of the stairs, the laundry is located just to the right of the bedroom. The bedroom is decorated with a dark wood antique theme. Most of the furniture is dated back to the late 1800's early 1900's. There are blinds and sheer curtains as window coverings. The room also includes a queen bed with mattress pad for maximum comfort, two side tables, lamps, a dresser, closet, chair, and vintage decor. There is a seasonal pond behind the house, and you may hear frogs during your stay. The bathroom is shared with other guests. It has a large mirror with plenty of counter space and drawers with room to store your items. The bathroom includes basic toiletries.

Guest access
In addition to the private room, shared bathroom, and laundry upstairs, you are welcome to use the common areas on the main level downstairs. The downstairs includes the living room, dining room, spare bathroom, and kitchen, which has space in fridge and pantry for your use. The back slider has a pet door for 24hr access to the backyard, which is fully fenced, making it a safe place for your furry friend.

There is WiFi available and one TV in the home that is downstairs. There is no cable or streaming services available, but you can log into your accounts if you choose. There is an Xbox 360 to play movies or games. I have several games and 1 controller.

Guests have access to one room and the bathroom. Currently, there is no one using the the other two rooms so guests have exclusive access to the bathroom. Guests can use the back patio for eating or hanging out (on the main level). A fridge is there where they can store leftovers.
