They did not respond to any voicemails left. They did respond to a text, which their info says is a way to contact them. In the text thread they stated eventually that they would process a cancellation and REFUND. There has been no refund. They will not respond to Expedia. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and pass on this property. "

It’s a needlessly complicated process that wasted a lot of time. Once inside, things got worse. Everything was unplugged, and there was Saran wrap covering all the fire detectors. The worst part? We found a knife in the bed sheets! This wasn’t just odd, it was dangerous—my wife almost cut her leg on it. When we texted management about this, we received no response for a full day. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. How could they miss a knife sticking out of the bed? The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking. The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend. "

This private room is in a historic brick building, just a couple blocks from Ballard Ave with it's many restaurants and the very popular Sunday Market. A stone's throw to the Swedish Medical Center campus, within walking distance to a RapidRide stop for a quick commute.

There is no off-street parking, so this is a great place for those who want to use public transit, ride a bike, or enjoy the walk (the address has a WalkScore of 98!)

The space
The kitchen has some limits, it has no oven. It has an induction stovetop with two burners and a microwave. So if you're a gourmet cook, this won't be a great fit.

There are two bathrooms, though one has only a shower and sink. A total of four other housemates. Almost everyone who stays tends to be a working professional - so during the day the apartment is usually fairly empty.

Upon arrival at a cleaning job, we ask the team to assess whether anyone present in the home is not in good health, and to contact us immediately if they feel there is a potential issue. No employee will be forced to work in a situation they deem unsafe.

We have instructed the teams to spend extra time cleaning and sanitizing germ hot spots in the kitchen, bathrooms, and high touch surfaces such as door handles, switch plates, etc.

We will begin to offer the use of additional EPA-approved EcoLab Inc. surface disinfectants alongside our regular products that already meet EPA standards for household disinfecting.

We continue to adhere to the strict requirements of our normal cleaning procedures:

Freshly cleaned and sanitized microfiber cloths and mops are provided to each team daily. Cloths are not reused between rooms.  Of course, a fresh set of cloths and mops are always used in each home. 

Disposable Nitrile gloves are worn at all times, along with disposable shoe covers and masks.

The above, along with CDC recommended protocols regarding regular and thorough hand washing, hand sanitizer use, and social distancing will help keep you, your family and our teams as safe as possible.
