- "This was a nice little house. Perfect for the 4 adults and 2 young childern that went. When we arrived there was fresh home baked cookies waiting for us, nice little surprise. Over all the house was clean. Could have used a little dusting here and there but bedding was clean and the house was free of oders. The beds were not horrible comfort wise but i wouldnt want to sleep on them for a week, was fine for a night. Lol they have a small bqq with propane to use which was nice for our steak we cooked that night. Quiet place. Would stay again."

Salty Kisses is located in Ocean Shores, just 2.3 miles from Ocean City State Park and a 18-minute walk from Chance A La Mer State Park. The vacation home has access to a restaurant. Griffiths-Priday Ocean State Park is 8.9 miles from the vacation home. The vacation home features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with free toiletries. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the sea views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Guests at Salty Kisses will be able to enjoy activities in and around Ocean Shores, like cycling. A children's playground is also available for guests at the accommodation.

“Surf Wood Cabin”

A perfect place to work remotely or have a temporary home base while building your dream home. This one bedroom one bathroom cabin is tucked up in the woods away from the road and is quiet and secluded. There is a deck on each side of the cabin overlooking a small yard with beautiful rhododendrons, azaleas, honey suckle, and many other plants and flowers. The cabin sits on 2 acres of spectacular wooded land so there is plenty of privacy.

The space
NOTICE:

The cabin itself is very nice with a kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and a bedroom. There is a wood stove but please use the wall heaters in each room to keep warm at night. The wood stove needs to be inspected and worked on so please DO NOT use it. However, you are welcome to have a fire in the outdoor fire ring.

The kitchen has all the necessities for your cooking and dining needs. NOTE: The well water has a slight "iron" taste to it. It is recommended that guests supply their own bottled water for drinking and cooking.

The cell phone reception in the area is solid. Bring your own digital entertainment and play/listen/watch on the provided Smart HD TV, DVD player, and Bookshelf Stereo. There is no cable TV, but basic internet is provided for streaming video on the HD TV (i.e., Netfilix, Hulu, etc.). NOTE: You will need your own subscription and credentials for any streaming services.

For guests working remotely, there is a sturdy card table and area rug in the bedroom closet, which can be used to set up a work area. As noted above, basic internet service is provided. If you need a faster connection this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please send me a message for further detail regarding upgraded internet options and prices.

ITEMS TO NOTE:

Please keep all food and grease out of the sink and drain. These are very bad for the septic system. Under the sink is a grease can as well as a trash can and bags.

After using dishes and cookware please empty any leftovers in the trash can and rinse or clean the dishes. There are two dish racks to store the dishes.

Use only the toilet paper provided in the bathroom. To avoid septic problems, please do not flush any other items down the toilet. NO: facial tissue, diapers, disposable wipes, feminine products etc.

The well water has a slight "iron" taste to it. It is recommended that guests supply their own bottled water for drinking and cooking.

There are garbage and recycle cans at the north end of the cabin. Red for recycle and black for trash.

HOST ACCESS:

I have a shop and shed toward the back of the property where I spend time. There is a good amount of space between the shop and cabin buffered by trees. I don't think you will even notice when I'm back there. Occasionally I will need to do things such as mow the yard, clean the gutters etc., but I will always notify you when I will be doing anything around the cabin.

SECURITY CAMERS:

There are two outdoor Security Cameras near the cabin. One is pointed at the parking space/deck stairs and the other is on the back of the cabin to monitor rainwater drainage.

Even though you are just a 10 minute drive from downtown Ocean Shores the property has the quiet and seclusion of the country.

Our Oceanside Explorers' Home is a 434 sq.ft one-bedroom condo in a small complex - minutes walk to the beach. The condo has a private entrance and assigned parking at the door.
Although it’s not the height of luxury, it is clean and homey.

Queen bed & 10" memory foam mattress, two 5 1/2 foot couches.

We have traveled throughout the US and to several countries. We updated the kitchen in 2021. Our condo is comfortable for a couple. The home was set up as an oceanside vacation home for our family, friends and fellow travelers.

Easy walking distance (about a half block) to Ocean Shores IGA. Approximately 1/2 mile walk and you are hitting the beach surf!

You will find a driving range and tennis courts nearby! We have several tennis rackets and balls, a metal detector, family-rated DVDs, sand toys, telescope, binoculars, board games, puzzles, and horseshoes.

Our place is located a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to convention center, restaurants, and more.

The space
This unit is a private owned condo at a hotel in Ocean Shores. This unit is a one bedroom condo with 2 queen beds. It has a full kitchen and living room, tub/shower combo in the bathroom. There is coin op laundry available on the property. Also has an indoor heated pool and an outdoor seasonal pool open June-Sept.

Once you arrive to the property you can stop in at the front desk and show them your ID and they will give you your key and direct you to the unit.

During your stay
If I am unavailable I will be sure to have a local co-host available for anything you may need. And the hotel staff is very helpful.

We are only a couple miles from Quinault Casino.
Please note this unit is in a hotel.

Located right in town next to the Shilo Inn of Ocean Shores. Each bedroom has a Brand New Queen Size Bed and the living room has a Futon that folds out to a full size bed. The Condo has Cable Tv, Hi Speed Internet and a 50" LED Smart Tv with all the streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.) and a blu ray player. It has covered picnic table area out front. Out back our unit has its own private picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals when the weather permits.

The space
Ocean Dream is located next to the Shilo Inn which is the largest beach entrance in the city. You can walk to the new paved path down to the ocean by simply walking around the Shilo Inn. The ocean is behind the condo but like in most of Ocean Shores theres 150 yards of sand dunes until the beach. Its also 100 yard walk to the Convention Center which is dead center of the city. You can walk a block to Miniature Golf, Elk Head Brewery, Boardwalk Shops Shopping Center, Mikes Go-Carts, and Red Genie Pizza is right across the street. Shilo Inn next door has a Really classy dress up restaurant or drive 6 minutes up to the Quinnault Casino for the Seafood Buffet.

There is a link I sent that gets you in the door its self checkin. There is 2 parking spaces for the unit. The keypad is right on the door knob. Key lockbox will not open door. Please wash off Sandy items by the Gazebo in front. You just bring the hose from the building over and wash all of your sandy clothes off over in grass. You can also play catch, throw frisby, play hacky sack or just lay in the sun in the big open grassy area out front. You also have a picnic table and room to play out back as well. Enjoy!!

The space
If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, then this place won't be for you. However, if you're looking for a charming, quaint condo that's surrounded by endless fun then this might be for you! The Sea Forever Condo is cozy, clean and charming, awaiting anyone who's interested in the those three C's!

The condos are a small building, located on the east side of Ocean Shores Boulevard.

We love this comfortable condo because it allows for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the real world! Although it's nothing 5 star fancy, it's cozy enough to enjoy the simplicity that the coast has to offer.

Bring two people! There is one queen sized bed in this unit!

The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, pots and pans, table ware, linens and towels, of course.

Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for the best season! Rent a moped or bike and take a ride into town where you'll find the main drag. Here you'll find locally hand crafted meals served in the town's restaurants as well as boutiques filled with souvenirs to take home!

The warmer days also mean horseback riding along the beach or whale watching tours, all within a short distance of all of our units.

Want to head to the beach during winter too? That's not a problem! The views are just as beautiful and it's still a great getaway from your every day life. The main drag is still just as active with bowling alleys, shops and galleries to keep you busy.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

Park just outside your ground floor condo, centrally located within walking distance to downtown with many restaurants, tap rooms, shops, mini golf, gift shops, and the beach. Only one block from the convention center and all of their planned events. Casino is just a short drive away.

Winter time is great for wave watching and warm cocoa.
