- "This was a nice little house. Perfect for the 4 adults and 2 young childern that went. When we arrived there was fresh home baked cookies waiting for us, nice little surprise. Over all the house was clean. Could have used a little dusting here and there but bedding was clean and the house was free of oders. The beds were not horrible comfort wise but i wouldnt want to sleep on them for a week, was fine for a night. Lol they have a small bqq with propane to use which was nice for our steak we cooked that night. Quiet place. Would stay again."

The Seascape cottage is less than 5 minutes (walking) to the beach. Stay during the winter for storm season or play outside all day during the summer. The cottage is stocked with everything from board games to blu-rays and WiFi to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Of course - the hot tub is perfect for year round relaxing! (Please - no glass in the hot tub or on the hot tub deck.)

Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome! (There is a non-refundable pet fee; limit 2 dogs. Please keep them off the beds and other furniture. Make sure they’re crated if you leave them in the house alone.) Please let me know about your pet prior to booking.

Our property in non-smoking. No exceptions. We ask that our guests be at least 25 years old to book. We’re always happy to make exceptions on a case by case basis.

*Beach access at Damon Point is currently closed due erosion damage from the 2024 king tides. Attempting to access could result in trespassing fines. A reopen date is pending.

You can start the day in the bright new kitchen which is stocked with pots and pans and table ware too of course. Looking out the window you will notice that - yes - there are 10 beautiful beach pine trees. Sometimes the scent wafts into the cottage.

Folks come to the beach for the sand, the sun and the fun which is exactly what Ten Pines Cottage was built for. Now that it is completely renovated and full of comfy furniture, the cottage is cute, cozy and clean with many new features. It sleeps up to six guests.

Plus, you can bring Fido too. We love dogs and dogs sure do love the miles and miles of sandy beach that the surrounding area has to offer.

MORE ABOUT TEN PINES COTTAGE

After breakfast, how about a walk on the beach just a few blocks away. You can pick up shells, walk the driftwood, and watch the flocks of birds swoop and swirl along the surf line. Some guests spend all day discovering the thrill of mother nature.

You can even drive your car right out onto the sand because we have one of the few beaches in the world where you can do that. Most drivers do fine, but be a little careful so you don't get stuck.

In the afternoon, you might just want to sit and read a book sitting on our comfy furniture. The entire cabin is colorful and bright with the kind of furnishings you would expect for beach décor.

At night you'll enjoy our comfy beds and nice linens. You will awake refreshed and ready to start the breakfast routine all over again.

But you may want to stay up a little late to watch television because we do have Cable TV but also a DVD player or Netflix through the internet. (bring your own account.)

Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

The Burlap and Lace Coastal Cottages are located right in the heart of downtown Ocean Shores. Cottage # 4 offers one bedroom with 2 queen beds and one full bathroom. This room is handicap accesible with a ramp in the front as well as a seat in the shower.

KITCHEN- We have provided a kitchen that is fully stocked with oven, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, waffle maker, tea pot and the spices.
LIVING AREA- the living room and dining area is one open space. There is a sitting area with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Please note: we do not have cable tv but we do have a smart tv screen with web access that you can use your streaming accounts. Netflix, Hulu. Etc,.)
Board games are located behind the vintage radio.
BEDROOM- the bedroom has 2 queen beds, small dresser and a chair that can be used in the dining area if necessary.
OUTDOOR SPACE-
**Please note that the outdoor space, including the hot tub, is shared with the other units if it is also booked during your stay.
We have made a schedule for each room to use the hot tub at certain times so that you can have your privacy. Please check with the office for the schedule , it is also posted in each room.
There is a covered picnic table, 2 sitting areas both with chimneys. (Wood bundles can be purchased at our local IGA Grocery store. )
The BBQ is a Webber charcoal grill
There are a few yard games, including Jenga and cornhole.
