- "Rented so my Neice who flew in would not have to drive an additional 1.5 hours North just to stay the night, then head to Oregon the next afternoon. This place was minutes from her car rental pick up and nicer than I anticipated. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a rental. The bed linens top quality and beautiful, plenty of seating in the living area. Great TV, but with the lake at your doorstep it was hardly used. 「B」Your own private apartment with an updated kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a laundry room. There are two king-size beds, a full sofa bed, and a single rollaway available.
「C」There’s a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a microwave, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, pots & pans, and essential utilities.
「D」The bathroom is with clean towels, makeup removal towels, makeup cotton, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel.
「E」The storage in the back bedroom is equipped with extra pillows and beddings. There is also a queen size air mattress, and a full-size mattress in the storage.

- "Place was clean, and beautiful. We didn’t actually get to sleep upstairs because the daybed in the living room was so comfortable. Only thing of note is I had to ask for check in and checkout information, but both were super easy and host was fairly responsive. - "My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while we were in town for my birthday. It was super convenient to get just about anywhere we needed to. We were right off the freeway, but there was actually very little outside noise able to be heard from inside the unit. The beds were very comfortable. The home is perfect for two people with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the living area and a very nice washer and dryer. The nearest Safeway was one mile away, which helped. It was a decent neighborhood-kind of a transitional area with a new idea at the end of the road with new housing geared for duplexes or mother in law units or opportunities for rentals. We felt totally safe. Really good location. You will see Mt. Rainier in its glory. Within a less than 10 minute drive you have wonderful places to eat. Miyabe's sushi in SouthCenter, Joey's in South Center, Wally's Chowder House in Des Moines, Burien Fish House, etcI would rent this again in a heartbeat."

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed, and one with a King. Both are paired with full-sized closets to store personal items.

There is one Bathroom with a full sized bathtub shared between the rooms, along with both a Washer and Dryer with all supplies needed to launder personal clothing.

There is both a dining table and bar stools to dine in the home. A fully equipped kitchen with most cooking utensils needed along with silverware, plates, and glassware. These can be easily washed in the provided Dishwasher.

The living room space has a Smart HDTV with preloaded streaming apps, and inputs for you to bring your own console, laptop, tablet etc. A comfy couch, with U shaped end tables make having snacks while watching a film very convenient. Board games are also provided for disconnected entertainment.

The patio has a table for outdoor dining, an umbrella to block the sun, as well as fairy lights to give the area a nice ambience during nighttime recreations. There is also a grill to do any outside grilling if preferred. Smoking is permitted on the patio only, but please be sure to discard the butts/roaches in the appropriate container.

Any smoking indoors will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee.

The driveway has space for up to 2 vehicles and is monitored by CCTV to ensure safety of your belongings.

We have 3 beautiful, sweet kitties that are both indoor/outdoor cats. They won’t go into the home, but you may get little visits from them on the patio since they have access to the whole property. Pets may be allowed if they are potty trained, and well-behaved. If you are bringing any cats let us know in advance and we can provide a litter box to use during your stay. We just ask that you ensure it is cleaned prior to your departure.

For shopping and dining, head to Westfield Mall, which is just 3.5 miles away. Or you can shop for food at the local Safeway and Fred Meyer, both of which are 2.5 miles from the apartment.

1- The unit is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time
2- This is a duplex, and the upper unit may be occupied by other guests. Some noise may travel between units.
3- Please park on your designated parking spots: 1 spot in front of the unit B entrance and 1 spot on street in front of the house. The right parking spots are reserved for the upper unit A.
4- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard. We are in the process of fixing them up.

You can even have so much fun during your stay without driving around to find a good place to have fun because our place is only 5 minutes to bars, iFly Indoor Skydiving and ACME Bowl, 20 min to The Museum of Flight. By the way, LA Fitness is also close to us.

Because of the decorations in my house, some decorations have sharp edges like the coffee table. So the safety of the kids is my priority.

-No Smoking of any kind inside, or outside near the windows & doors, PLEASE, You can smoke outside far from the house where there is a place for smoking cigarettes only NOT Drugs...

-No Drugs of any type inside or out. If you are smoking weeds or any other types of drugs this place is not for you!

-No Shoes inside the house, PLEASE. Because shoes contain all sorts of viruses and bacteria so for health reasons you should not wear shoes inside. But we installed a shoebox outside of the entry door where you can put your shoes inside the shoebox to stay clean.

-No Weapons allowed of any kind, PLEASE- Safety is important for us. Thank You For Understanding :)

-No pets are allowed in or outside of the house, which includes service dogs too, due to allergies for pets. I love animals but Allergy won’t allow me to have any pets around;-( Sorry

-No parties or night gatherings are allowed Due To COVID 19.

PARKING:
Your parking spot is FREE and will be given when you arrived. Only park in the same spots as shown when you arrived during your stay.

No oil changing, car washing, or mechanical work allowed.

SLEEPING:
There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and the master bedroom for a total of 4 people, if needed. The mattresses are high-quality Tempur-Pedic.

The linens and pillows are in the bedroom closet. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.

NOTE:
NO VISITORS ALLOWED, but our house is 3 minutes away from one of the biggest malls in the northwest which has lots of nice spots to invite your guests and meet them there.

No unregistered guests are allowed due to a liability issue.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is modern, big and has a beautiful view. There is a dishwasher, a big refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine with plenty of coffee, a microwave, two ovens, and an electric induction stove.
We provide cookware, dishes, glasses for wine, blender to make the smoothie in you are in a diet and many other things you may need.

The Living Room
Our living room is big and we furnished it with high-quality furniture. We tried to make it an exciting environment by adding decorations and antiques here and there so our guests can feel welcomed.
There is a fireplace in the living room which makes the night in the cold winter time so romantic and warm.

We don't cut the corner, we always try to go above and beyond our guest's expectations. That's why we have so many great reviews that you may want to take a look at them.

We are close to downtown and our place is close to Highways ( I-5, I- 405, WA-518, WA- 509, WA 167 ).
Our house is only 5 minutes to Renton, 1.7 miles to Boeing, 2 miles to International Airport, 10 miles to Seattle, 15 miles to Bellevue, 8 miles to Kent, 24 minutes to Amazon Head and 5 minutes drive to Light Train Station from our house.

You can even have so much fun during your stay without driving around to find a good place to have fun because our place is only 5 minutes to bars, iFly Indoor Skydiving and ACME Bowl, 20 min to The Museum of Flight. By the way, LA Fitness is also close to us.

-No Weapons allowed of any kind, PLEASE- Safety is important for us. Thank You For Understanding :)

-No pets are allowed in or outside of the house, which includes service dogs too, due to allergies for pets. I love animals but Allergy won’t allow me to have any pets around;-( Sorry

- Thermostat access is restricted because it is shared between the upstairs and downstairs units. However, we ensure that the temperature is maintained at a comfortable level between 68 and 71 degrees Fahrenheit.

The house is located in the city of SeaTac in a nice & quiet neighborhood. You will have a great night’s stay after your long adventure day or long working hours. Only 5 minutes to the SeaTac Airport, and 15 minutes to Downtown Seattle, this is a great location to stay for travelers who either come from out-of-state to explore Seattle, or those who have to catch an early flight and would like to avoid traffic.

There are 3 rooms available on Airbnb, so you may get the opportunity to meet with other travelers during your stay, or you can choose to stay in your private room to enjoy the comfortable bed and have more privacy.

Parking is available in front of the house, and extra parking spaces are available next to the fence.
This is a pet free, nicotine free and drug free home - NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed inside. If you need to smoke, please do so outside on the patio or your deposit will not be refunded.

Guest access
Guests will have access to 24/7 keyless entry through front door, and each room has its own key-lock. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and backyard patio are all shared spaces. Clean, fresh sheets and bath towels will be available upon arrival. Extra blankets will be stored in the closet within each bedroom. Extra towels will be available for guests who stay more than 3 nights.
Please be sure to leave each space in the same condition as you found it.
Instant coffee and hot tea will be provided for you each morning to help ease into the day.

Kitchen Use:
A microwave and electric kettle will be provided for your convenience, however no cooking is allowed due to limited space. The refrigerator has space specifically designated for each guest/room to utilize for cold storage needs (host also shares fridge). Host will be responsible for cleaning all used dishes – please leave in the sink and I will wash daily.

Laundry services are available at the local laundromat located at:

Transportation Options:
Uber, Lyft and taxi services are available and usually charge up to $15 for a one-way trip.
I can arrange pick-up and/or drop-off from the airport upon request for $10 (one-way). Availability is dependent on your arrival and departure schedule.

King County Metro buses and the Link light rail are also nearby, however it may be more efficient to arrange for a pick-up to avoid the wait time if you are in a hurry.

During your stay
I normally give guests their space but if needed, I am willing to help as much as I can. Guests can text or call me and I will respond at my soonest convenience.

Occasionally you may see a housekeeper coming and going from the house to assist with the room turnover for incoming guests. Please feel free to say ‘hello’, she is really friendly :).

Other things to note
Caution: The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet, so please watch for any standing water. While we can't clean every time after someone takes a shower, we kindly ask that you clean up water on the floor after bathroom use for the safety of the next person. Use the mat towel to wipe water on the floor. Please keep the bathroom door open after showering and keep the fan on for at least 30 minutes to get all the moisture out of the bathroom.

We all know nothing (and no one) is perfect; I promise to try and do my best to provide you with a great and comfortable experience. I would really appreciate your input during your stay so I can make it better for the next guest, and for your next visit!

Lastly, we have one camera-ring style doorbell in front of the house to assist with security during keyless check-in; and one camera for visibility in the backyard. No cameras inside the house. Their primary purpose is to maintain security.

To start, the house is at the very end of a cul-de-sac, so it is a quiet and a safe street. There is NO PRIVATE ENTRANCE, but guest room CAN BE LOCKED. It has all the basics to make your stay feel welcomed. Please feel free to make yourself at home. The room has a comfy bed, closet for guests to use, and a big window for some natural light. Please note that bathroom for your use is shared with one other AirBnB room.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM **10PM-7AM**
This means:

•NO LOUD NOISE (that can be heard from outside the room)

We want to be VERY clear about the quiet hours because we have had past guests complain about this even though the quiet hours are posted many times.

We want you to feel relaxed, but since this is not only our personal home, but also another airbnb listing, if you do not want to do these quiet hours DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Please keep track of your keys, there will be a $25 charge for lost keys.

Please note that if your reservation is for 1 week or more, you will get clean sheets/towels once a week. Host will message 24hrs prior to change over to arrange what time they will come. This is not negotiable, if you don't want host to enter room for change over please book else where. Guests CANNOT wash the sheets/towels themselves, we have a strict COVID cleaning procedure for them. We have this rule after too many guests ruined the sheets/towels. While smoking is allowed, as posted, it is ONLY allowed outside. NO smoking inside or near doors or windows. If guest is found smoking other than in designated area they will be charged a $50 ozone cleaning fee to fully decontaminate the area. My home is less than 1 mile from SeaTac airport and Lightrail. 10 min taxi or uber, street parking available. Near SouthCenter shopping center and 2 blocks to Safeway and Starbucks. Public bus 1 block away. Easy light rail to all Seattle stadiums and downtown Seattle. Full size bed. I have a very friendly doggie. Your room will be fenced off w gates. Coffee and Tea available. Common areas are shared.

The bed in the photo is a full. You will have a private bathroom and access to the kitchen, laundry and outdoor patio. The light rail is available to ride to Pioneer square or most of the sights in Seattle. The light rail stations (there are 2) are about 1/2 and 1 mile respectively walking or you call call UBER and have them take you to the light rail for probably $5 ish......The SeaTac airport car rental station is about 5 block walk. If you get a car you can park it at the 1 mile "Tukwilla" Light rail station free all day. Bus stop 1 block to shopping center, airport and downtown. NO PAPER, WIPES, OR FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS GO IN THE TOILET!!!

They will clog up the pipes and holding tanks and not only back up unwanted waste and smells; they will also be very expensive to remove and fix!! A small metal trash bin is located right in front of the toilet, and plastic bags for it can be found in the inside of the cabinet door directly below the kitchen sink.

To operate the toilet, there is a handle on the right of the seat. Firmly pull the handle fully forward to rinse and open the trap door. Please let me know immediately if there are any plumbing concerns or unpleasant odors so we can correct it quickly!

Located in a SeaTac residential neighborhood the Savoy is a 33 ft RV with dining, master bedroom, 4 bed bunk room, kitchen, bath with large fenced yard and safe parking. Pets welcome. The property is 4 blocks from SeaTac Int Airport & light rail station. On site host, Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer. Coffee and Tea 24/7. Safeway grocery store and various restaurants within minutes of the location and it is also close to I-5 and I-405.

The space
32 ft RV camping. RV is located in our driveway behind our fully fenced yard. We are happy to help you and answer any questions about RV camping. We provide bedding and towels. The spaces are small but functional. The toilet is an RV toilet and guests must follow our guidelines to avoid plumbing bills.

NO PAPER, WIPES, OR FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS GO IN THE TOILET!!!

They will clog up the pipes and holding tanks and not only back up unwanted waste and smells; they will also be very expensive to remove and fix!! A small metal trash bin is located right in front of the toilet, and plastic bags for it can be found in the inside of the cabinet door directly below the kitchen sink.

To operate the toilet, there is a handle on the right of the seat. Firmly pull the handle fully forward to rinse and open the trap door. Please let me know immediately if there are any plumbing concerns or unpleasant odors so we can correct it quickly!

Renovated ground floor condo is perfect for a couple, a small family or someone who works near the airport or travels frequently. The condo consists of two medium-sized bedrooms, the primary with a 1/2 bathroom and the guest bedroom. A full bathroom, new full-size washer/dryer, a small desk, chair and printer. New kitchen with cabinets, lighting, & appliances, along with new flooring, lighting and painting throughout. The dining room provides access to the common grass area with a small patio.

Rent includes covered parking for one car plus possible off-site on the street parking for another car. The rent includes water, sewer, garbage, internet/Wi-Fi, maintenance, and parking. The heat is electric, and the electricity account will stay in the owner’s name and the amount varies by month. The tenant will pay the monthly electric bill by reimbursing the owner who will provide the monthly electric bill to the tenant.

The condo is located less than 2 miles to SeaTac airport and the light rail station, less than 3 miles to South center mall, and less than 2 ½ miles to Safeway. The unit is less than 5 miles to St Anne Hospital, five hundred feet to a city park and 1/8th of a mile to I-5.

The entire condo is available to use. We have provided all the pots, pans, dinnerware and silverware. There is also a full spice rack next to the oven and many condiments in the refrigerator.

Other things to note
Before I can fully approve anyone, the HOA requires some basic information completed and sent to my email. Information such as your name(s), email address, current address, cell phone(s), car information, duration of stay, etc. The tenant needs to agree to a background check being run.

Per condo HOA, a background/reference check is required for every resident. I use Key Check for a background check and it costs $39.99 so the tenant needs to pay that outside of Air Bnb.

Finally, the rent includes water, sewer, garbage, internet/Wi-Fi, maintenance, parking and some electricity. The heat is electric, and the electricity account will stay in the owner’s name and varies by month. The owner will cover up to $60/month for electricity and the tenant will reimburse the owner for electricity above $60/month. The owner will provide the electricity invoice to the tenant for them to pay the owner outside of Air Bnb.

The space
We bought this home for its layout - we lived upstairs and rented out the lower level (or have extra space for ours guests) which we love. It’s all set though you may seem some ongoing painting projects as the pink house may need a change in color:)

We’re very close to the airport which is super convenient though hearing the planes isn’t uncommon. We have special port package windows which block most noise.

This unit is brand new with a large bedroom with a king bed and a smaller bedroom with a daybed that can be made up for guests (based on reserved guests - can be made into a king as well). Brand new bath with beautiful tiled shower with body jets. Kitchen is ready for some nice homemade meals, table seating for 4. Cozy long couch for nights at home and a cute breakfast nook with bar seating if you need to get some work done.

We do require guests to show great respect to the home - we lived here and have much love for this home which our family and kiddos still frequent. No smoking/vaping or using marijuana/cannabis, drugs etc is tolerated - it causes a lot of damage and extra cleaning which we can’t tolerate. Failing to follow this will result in immediate removal and minimum added cleaning fees of $250.

Quiet hours are expected from 10pm to 7am. We have folks upstairs who you may hear occasionally but whom are also expected to maintain quiet hours.

This is a private two bedroom unit on the lower level of our home. You’ll have your own entrance and parking area. We may be nearby or traveling but feel free to message or text us if you need anything.
