- "Rented so my Neice who flew in would not have to drive an additional 1.5 hours North just to stay the night, then head to Oregon the next afternoon. This place was minutes from her car rental pick up and nicer than I anticipated. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a rental. The bed linens top quality and beautiful, plenty of seating in the living area. Great TV, but with the lake at your doorstep it was hardly used. 「A」An idyllic lakefront suite close to freeways, Link Light Rail, and SeaTac International Airport (relatively quiet as not under the flight path).
「B」Your own private apartment with an updated kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a laundry room. There are two king-size beds, a full sofa bed, and a single rollaway available.
「C」There’s a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a microwave, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, pots & pans, and essential utilities.
「D」The bathroom is with clean towels, makeup removal towels, makeup cotton, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel.
「E」The storage in the back bedroom is equipped with extra pillows and beddings. There is also a queen size air mattress, and a full-size mattress in the storage.

- "Place was clean, and beautiful. We didn’t actually get to sleep upstairs because the daybed in the living room was so comfortable. Only thing of note is I had to ask for check in and checkout information, but both were super easy and host was fairly responsive. - "My best friend and I stayed here for the weekend while we were in town for my birthday. It was super convenient to get just about anywhere we needed to. We were right off the freeway, but there was actually very little outside noise able to be heard from inside the unit. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable." - "We came here to clean out our parent's home in nearby Kent and get them into assisted living in Auburn. We were there about three weeks. The home is perfect for two people with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the living area and a very nice washer and dryer. We LOVED the big fake fireplace/ heater with the giant TV overhead and how the couch and chair were gathered nicely as a sitting area around a coffee table.The master bedroom had a desk and an office chair, which helped me to set up my computer and deal with things. The kitchen was fully appointed. The location was good, being within 5 minutes of SouthCenter Mall, 6 minutes from the SeaTac airport, and 8 minutes from our parents' home and everything else. The nearest Safeway was one mile away, which helped. It was a decent neighborhood-kind of a transitional area with a new idea at the end of the road with new housing geared for duplexes or mother in law units or opportunities for rentals. We felt totally safe. Really good location. You will see Mt. Rainier in its glory. Within a less than 10 minute drive you have wonderful places to eat. Miyabe's sushi in SouthCenter, Joey's in South Center, Wally's Chowder House in Des Moines, Burien Fish House, etcI would rent this again in a heartbeat."
