There is plenty of on-street parking right out front and several bus stops within blocks. Bus route 5 runs north/south, route 44 runs east/west. Downtown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union and the University District are all just 10 minutes away by car.

The large flagstone patio and garden out front has a table for four and a couple of adirondack chairs. It is perfect for morning coffee, meals or lounging. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. It also features a large closet with a built-in dresser and full-length mirrors on the doors. The high quality sleeper sofa (no hide-a-bed bars here) in the living room pulls out to a comfy queen-sized bed. There is a selection of extra pillows and bedding so that you can find just the right combination for a good night's rest. Blackout shades throughout the house provide plenty of excuses for sleeping in whether you are in the bedroom or on the sleeper sofa. All sheets are high thread count and 100% cotton.

The fully-equipped kitchen with dining nook has stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer as well as all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you will need. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are provided.
