The landscaping was phenomenal and the stream running through the property made our time on the deck enjoying the quiet surroundings even better. There were lots of yard games, indoor games and things to do to keep us busy every day. My grandson really loved the popcorn machine. The front lawn is fairly flat which made games of bocce ball and croquet enjoyable. The dog also played daily games of fetch out front. We live in a remote area so really took advantage of the many restaurants nearby. We even had to make a trip to a local emergency room which was close and even that went well. Every bedroom felt like it was the master until you got to the master bedroom which was the size of a small house. The toiletries were very nice and in good supply, and towels were plentiful. We will definitely be back."

Modern villa measuring 2589 sq ft, located in a residential area of Seattle, Northeast Neighborhood. A few minute's walk to local restaurants and a nice little cafe and then just a few minute's drive to the business district with over 75 bars and restaurants.

One of these 2 story masterpieces has 4 bedrooms with Bedroom 1 including King Bed + Daybed + Bathroom. Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed, Dedicated workspace. Bedroom 3 with Queen Bed and Sofa. Bedroom 4 is a lovely Single Bed. All bedrooms have TVs, night lights and nightstands. 2.5 bathrooms with walk-in showers and Spa tubs, towels and even hair dryers.

The large window design floods the house with light and enjoys great views of the city and mountains. Spacious villa upstairs for kitchen with modern gas stove, Granite counters, beautiful cherry cabinets and Redwood floors imported from Brazil. The wonderful room design makes you melt the moment you step into the living room with the warm fireplace as your “hideout” when you enter this room Self-service laundry, upon request, is free. The lovely kitchen has a fridge, a microwave and a dining table where you can comfortably sit. You will have a coffeepot (with freshly ground or ground coffee to your liking), teapot (with a variety of teas), toaster, blender and all pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils you may need. We also provide irons, irons, hair dryers, and even a few umbrellas if you get the chance to experience the fresh Seattle sunshine.

The Space:

Once you enter the long driveway, the front door entrance has a secured smart lock where you can utilize the August App to unlock the door. From there you will get to the main floor walking up the stairs to a large open concept space with high ceilings! You'll enter the natural-lit space with the large kitchen to your left and a dedicated office space to your right.

The corner desk has an ergonomic chair and plenty of space to organize all your remote working needs. The fully equipped kitchen will cater to all your personal chef needs and cuisines! From the kitchen you'll see the dining area to host your entire family to gather for your meals. The large living room has two comfortable leather couches to watch the sunrise, enjoy the lakeviews, stay close to the fireplace, or enjoy streaming services off the LG TV.

From the living room there is access to the outdoor patio where you will have wonderful views of the lake and a propane firepit to keep warm on the cooler days. Back in the house to the bedrooms you'll walk down a hallway to access the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, has two twin beds perfect for the kids, Bedroom 2, has a queen bed with USB outlets on the nightlights, Bedroom 3 (master), has a mounted LG TV and a large King Size bed with a master bathroom that has a large tub to unwind in.

If you are looking for a break from the city and want to get back to nature, this is the perfect property for you. You can relax on the porch overlooking the lake. This area is in a remote location close to the lake and the urban environment of Bellevue & Seattle. It is in a great location for time with family!

Getting Around:
There is a trailhead within walking distance from the property to explore the nature park. Other destinations, Seattle, Bellevue, Lake Sammamish, will be a short drive away!

From the patio or sitting inside the living room, one can view across the bay the port cities of Port Orchard and the Naval Shipyard of Bremerton, plus the island of Vashon and Blake.

Upstairs at the Villa, you'll enjoy a marvelous stone balcony overlooking Puget Sound and the Salish Sea. (Please note, we supply an umbrella but this must be taken down every evening due to high winds. Even on a nice day, the winds can come up unexpectedly and a flying umbrella can be a danger!)

The Villa features gleaming marble floors, an amazing stone electric fireplace, and beautiful golden chandeliers and European light fixtures. Compact kitchen features granite countertops, induction cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a light meal.

Spacious dressing room with double sinks and marble floors and plenty of room for all your clothing during your stay. Luxurious marble bathroom with porcelain sink and deep Jacuzzi soaking tub.

Stroll on the beach, pick up pretty stones and shells, watch the sunset, and it's beautiful even if rainy as one can watch the clouds roll in. During certain times of the year, with storms and King TIdes, watch the breakers from the safety of your Villa. In the summer, there will be scooters and bikes for rent, right outside the Villa. Further down the beach, rent a kayak or canoe. Enjoy crabbing, fishing and fresh seafood at the restaurants along the beach at Alki.

This is a private home for quiet relaxation. While guests have total privacy, owners live on-site and we do not allow parties, gatherings, shindigs, receptions, film crews, loud music, general mischief and mayhem on the premises.

We are an adult-only home, no exceptions. We are also a human-only home, no animals of any kind.

While we have never had any problems, we do have a whole-house security system and an exterior lighting and camera system for everyone's safety and security. PM us for more details.

We have our Villa professionally cleaned by NeuCleans and they clean and disinfect between each guest. We know you’ll love staying here!

Note: Your unit does not have individual heat or cooling control. There is one main thermostat in the managers quarters and that is set for 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 Celsius). That is comfortable for most people but just in case you are hot or cold, each unit has its own individual oil heater and fan. They may not be plugged in when you arrive but please feel free to use those when you get here, to make your stay more comfortable. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Also to note, there are security cameras and lights on the exterior of the building, for guests safety and security. The lights come on at dusk and turn off at dawn, and the porch lights are not to be turned off. While we do not have an alarm service, we do ask that everyone make a special point to keep exterior doors locked at all times.

As you enter the home, the first thing you will notice is the grand piano that you are welcome to play and there is music for you in the dining room cabinet.

The main floor features a marble fireplace, grand chandeliers, original artwork and amazing views. There is a main floor fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with an Italian twist: marble countertops, Viking gas range, Viking refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a comfortable dining room filled with chandeliers, velvet chairs and original art. There is a ROKU TV in the family room/dining room too. Also on that floor is a separate office and a bedroom with a King-sized bed and an amazing all-sandstone master bath with separate walk-in shower. There is also an additional 2nd half-bath on that floor

Upstairs is a separate living area, complete with wine bar/kitchenette and amazing views West towards the water. All of the floors are marble and the spaces is full of crystal chandeliers and original art. There is an over-the-top carved marble fireplace and another bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and marble bathroom with jacuzzi-style spa tub. There are two TV's upstairs, a ROKU TV and a digital cable TV.

WE WELCOME YOU TO OUR VILLA! We know you'll love it!

This Villa is perfect for several adults or two couples. Sadly, we cannot have children because there is no fencing from the home to the street to the Ocean-front beach, so not safe for kids.

We can also not allow animals due to severe allergies on the part of a family member which causes us to have to shut down our guesthouse and perform extensive deep cleaning to return it to an allergen-free environment. We respectfully request guests with animals seek lodging in an animal friendly listing for this reason. However, according to Federal ADA regulations for Service Animals we are required by law to accept these. We are entitled to ask the following questions and make you aware of our expectations.

Please let us know the following:

1. Is your Service Animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has your Service Animal been trained to perform?
3. Is your animal a Service Animal or an Emotional Support Animal? ADA regulations do not include ESA’s.

We have some rules so that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!

•Your Service Animal may not be left unattended at any time. Do not leave the animal in our apartment by itself. If it's a service animal, it must be with you at all times.
•Your Service Animal must have a collar or harness with identifying information attached. (Please note that all cats and dogs must be licensed in the City of Seattle.)
•If your Service Animal is a dog, please provide an advance copy of your Service Dog's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay).
•Your Service Animal must be on a leash or in a cage at all times.
•Your Service Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked noise.
•We can ask you to remove your Service Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Please walk your Service Animal away from the house, away from our property, for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up defecations immediately. Dispose in the toilet or somewhere AWAY from our property. Note that there are fines in the City of Seattle for off-leash dogs and not picking up dog shit.
•Please keep your Service Animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability. If you insist on having your Service Animal on our furniture, please bring your own bedding, sheets, towels or blankets for the animal to lay on.

**If it is found your animal is not a legitimate Service Animal we will require an additional $1500 cleaning fee.**

NOTE: The City of Seattle forbids dogs of any kind on the beach, even with a leash . You must keep all dogs off the beach at all times. Dogs are also not allowed, at any time, leashed or unleashed, in the city's children's playgrounds.

This luxury apartment has marble floors, antique marble electric fireplace, a luxurious master bedroom w/ Queen bed, adjoining marble bathroom with Jacuzzi-style spa tub & dressing room. Wet bar, full-size refrigerator, coffee bar & eclectic style.

The space faces West to watch spectacular sunsets and is just a stone's throw away from the beach. There are golden chandeliers, original art and exciting and eclectic decor.

There's a small meal prep area and a coffee bar. We can't make you a full breakfast, but we'll leave you some cereal, fruit and other breakfast items to prepare, so you don't go hungry!

At the Villa, you'll enjoy a marvelous stone balcony overlooking Puget Sound and the Salish Sea, plus free parking! We supply binoculars because you never know when you will spot a harbor seal, sea otter, eagle or orca whale swimming by. Every day one can view the marine traffic, from sail boats and pleasure craft to giant ocean-going vessels heading to the Port of Tacoma and back to the Far East. From the balcony, one can view across the bay the port cities of Port Orchard and the Naval Shipyard of Bremerton, plus the islands of Vashon and Blake.

Stroll on the beach, pick up pretty stones and shells, watch the sunset, watch wildlife from your window and it's beautiful even if rainy as one can watch the clouds roll in. During certain times of the year, with storms and King Tides, watch the breakers from the safety of your Villa. In the summer, there will be scooters and bikes for rent, right outside the Villa. Further down the beach, rent a kayak or canoe. Enjoy crabbing, fishing and fresh seafood at the restaurants along the beach at Alki.

The Villa features gleaming marble floors, an amazing stone electric fireplace, and beautiful golden chandeliers and European light fixtures. The wine bar features granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. If you love to cook, this may not be the place for you as we have limited cooking facilities (cooktop and microwave, but no oven.) Stir-frying, deep hot oil frying, baking is not possible here, but we do have a microwave, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher for light meal prep, making coffee, heating leftovers, etc.

There is also a luxurious Queen-sized bed with European linens, elegant decor, art and a flat-screen TV.

Spacious dressing room with double sinks and marble floors and plenty of room for all your clothing during your stay. Luxurious marble bathroom with porcelain sinks and deep Jacuzzi soaking tub.

We have our VRBO professionally cleaned and they clean and disinfect between each guest. We strive to keep our home hypoallergenic and use organic and natural products, and we use essential oils to keep our home pest-free.

*Our cleaning staff uses cleaners and essential oils (eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, cinnamon, citrus, peppermint, pine, wintergreen) that are harmless to humans but poisonous to animals, so you MUST give us proper notice so we can make "reasonable accommodation" and your service animal is not harmed. In addition, our staff may employ pest control methods that are harmless to humans but might harm animals.*

We advise at least 30 days notice before arriving to deep-clean and eliminate any essential oils and other products that may harm animals.

If you are planning on arriving after-hours or just want some food waiting for you, Guests may order a Charcuterie box from Charcuterie by Annalise (please order 2 days before your trip, $75 or $65 for vegetarian option). You can see Annalise's website by search "CharcuterieByAnnalise" or email charcuteriebyannalise at g-mail. She will have a delicious charcuterie box or fruit, cheese or meat platter waiting for you in the refrigerator when you arrive.

Guests may also order a single or a couples massage, either on-site or across the street at Alki View Massage. They also offer several spa packages and skin care. Please contact AlkiMassage for details (Alki Massage Seattle).

There is one main mini-split in your unit and it keeps the unit warm in winter and cool in summer. We try to keep it comfortable for most people but just in case you are hot or cold, each unit has its own individual oil heater and fan.

Also, to note, there are security cameras and lights on the exterior of the building (5 cameras facing OUT) for guests' safety and security. The lights come on at dusk and turn off at dawn, and the porch lights are not to be turned off. We ask that everyone makes a special point to keep exterior doors locked at all times.
