- "Living on Grace for the month of August was a dream come true. There is nothing like living right on the water--not close--not 'waterfront' but ON THE WATER. You can paddleboard, kayak, swim, and go sightseeing if you have your own boat. The lifestyle is what everyone is looking for in the Northwest because it's so darn nice--especially in warm sunny weather. The views of Seattle are spectacular in the morning--at night--or even during a cloudy day. It's a beautiful way to vacation. And the host Suzie was really accomodating--highly recommended."

- "There is a delapatated, abandoned house on this property that is intentionally left out of photos. There is a narrow, unlevel path from the driveway down to the lakefront site that makes you cross over an ustable "bridge" made of house siding, and some uneven cinderblocks as "steps". You must traverse this to unolad gear and any time you access the honey bucket. The honey bucket is not cleaned before you arrive, but theres a cleaning fee for each day you stay. There are horsetail weeds everywhere. We did not stay the 2nd night. Owner did not offer to refund 2nd night, only $40 and 2 free nights, in exchange for a 5star review, basically asking me to lie to future campers. I did not accept this offer even after he threatened to give me a bad review also. I am usually a happy camper and i want you to be too!"

Enjoy a peaceful retreat with all the convenience you need for a relaxing stay. The class B RV has two twin beds in the back. The beds can be converted into one large bed if needed. Working from home has never been this much fun. Beautifully hand-crafted newer houseboat with all the amenities you want in your home away from home. Two floors and three decks, ALL WITH VIEWS. Parking and all utilities included. No extra charges.

Two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Main bedroom has queen bed, down duvet and sliding glass door opens to the deck on the lake. Watch the city skyline from bed. (The Space Needle is visible from bed but only during winter when the trees across the lake are bare.) Step on to your own paddle board and kayak (provided). Sometimes a blue heron visits--see photo. Second bedroom has a desk, and a single trundle bed that opens to a king bed with two duvets.

The second floor is a full-sized kitchen and open living room that you don't usually find on a live-aboard. Espresso machine, sharp knives, new pots and pans, wine glasses, serving dishes and utensils. Even has a BBQ. High-speed internet provided.

Head upstairs to the large rooftop deck, with two seating areas, including a six-seater teak table, it's great for entertaining with views of the city and the Space Needle all year around.

You are steps from a large park and bike/walking trail that winds through the city. A bike is provided. Private parking spot, TV, BBQ, and a great houseboat community.

This is a unique property for guests who want to be close to nature and even swim from your bedroom deck. Special care needs to be taken to use soaps (provided) that won't hurt the lake. No hidden fees.

The Lake Chalet is a charming Lake Union houseboat with city and lake views. Enjoy dining outside on the custom ski lift chairs. The 2nd level deck is the place to relax on summer days. Paddleboards and a 2-person kayak are available when you want to explore the lake. The home was remodeled in 2017. A chef’s kitchen with induction stove and large center island is ready to entertain.

The mimimum stay is 30-days per community rules.
