The space
Queen sized bed lined with comfortable cotton sheets. 2 Wall mounted and adjustable TV with Roku - one in bedroom, the other in dining.
Fully equipped kitchen curated with vintage Pyrex/Catherine Holm pots to transport you back in time! Thoughtfully selected vintage pans, silverware, plate glass ware. The Airstream is also supplied with Nespresso, Fellow Stagg Kettle, spacious refrigerator and freezer. Microwave is found inside kitchen cabinet. Propane fired range and oven.
Separate RV shower located inside the Airstream with an adjacent bathroom conveniently equipped with a world class blackwater-free Cinderella incinerator toilet - an 18k toilet upgrade!
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, waffle spa robes and waffle towels, and slippers also provided inside closest.
RV dining table with outlets located underneath. Fast high speed Wi-Fi.
Guest has direct access to temperature climate control - AC and heating via heat pump. Water can be set to desired temperatures as heated by propane (beeping alarms if low).
While Airstreams are some of the most luxurious RVs available, you will still experience things that are a normal part of RV life, such as noise from air circulation fans, water heaters, and HVAC systems, and beeping when propane levels are low. Low propane levels can affect toilet, range/oven, and heating of water. Please be aware that this is an RV experience, not a hotel experience!
Please request permit for street parking, only 1 permit provided. The Airstream only allows 2 guests maximum.

Guest access
Guest have access to street parking, Airstream, fenced in deck, and outdoor fire pit.
Host has a large green belt backyard. Guests could expect to share the backyard with hosts and other Airbnb guests of hosts home.
Other things to note
*There are little quirks about the Airstream that guests should be aware of prior to booking:
1. Heat pump is located above the Airstream roof so heating/fan will be louder than in a regular home - almost like being in an airplane
2. Incinerator toilet needs a liner before every use (provided). Instructions for use and damage fee if improperly used in house rules.
3. Airstream will make occasional beeping noises if propane level is low - please message or text host’s immediately. Guests will either need to follow directions in guidebook for troubleshooting the airstream or message hosts right away. Delay in messaging hosts about beeping could lead to incinerator toilet not working properly (backing up incinerator toilet) and cold shower (water is warmed by propane).
4. There is no garbage disposal. We kindly ask guests to remove food particles into the compost bin.
5. The Airstream is truly a “glamping” or glorified camping experience. This is not a hotel experience. Please have the expectations of camping when booking. You could expect the bathroom and shower to be compact spaces than of a traditional hotel/home.
