Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

All aboard our Bayliner 288 Cruiser to make unique family memories and enjoy beautiful Lake Chelan! Live the lake life as you drink in sunsets from the upper driving platform, the back deck, the dining table inside the cabin, or throughout the Sunset Marina grounds. Unplug fully or set up your office away from home and get some work done in the relaxing boating and marina environment. With an overall length of 33', this special boat is comfortable and relaxing for the whole family and sleeps up to 3 adults (or up to 4 people total including children). The boat will remain moored in the beautiful Sunset Marina during your entire stay.

Make yourself comfortable inside the cabin and enjoy large views through the panoramic windows and cool air-conditioned air. You will find a full boat kitchen including a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and hot and cold running water. Eat your favorite meals grilled on the clubhouse BBQs and dine outdoors in the seating areas or inside the boat at the raised dining table for four.

In front you will find the large master v-berth, perfect for two adults. The two other sleeping areas, a cozy and long mid-berth bed and the convertible dining table bed, provides sleeping for two people. The bathroom boasts a sink, shower, and marine toilet, or you can use the restroom/shower facilities at the clubhouse.

Your stay includes full access to the premier Sunset Marina. There are beautiful interior lounging areas, a large flat-screen TV, and a game room perfect for relaxing and lounging. Outdoor common areas include large propane BBQs and fire pit, shaded seating, and a designated pet area. Please ensure that you and your group remain safe in and around the water. The clubhouse also offers washer/dryers and shower facilities. Next to the Lady of the Lake Ferry dock for easy day trips up to Stehekin and is in easy walking distance to downtown Chelan, you will be well-positioned to enjoy all that the Chelan valley has to offer.

This boat is pet friendly for up to one well-behaved dog (less than 25lbs) that is approved in advance with a $50 fee.

Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the exterior of the vessel.

There is an in-person check-in, and instructions are emailed a week prior to your arrival.

Our Classic Swedish Trawler is the perfect way to explore the (boat access only) Northern 30 miles of beautiful lake Chelan. There are 11 campgrounds with easily accessible docks. We have prepaid all campsite fees so if you are an experienced boater, you are good to go.
Non-experienced boaters are welcome to use our boat dock side at 25 Mile Creek Campground with plenty to explore nearby on foot or with bicycles. Fishing is great right off the dock.
Our boat, the “Mara Flora” is outfitted with an aft cabin, Center cockpit, nice galley, hot water, shower, toilet, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, oven, stove, and video monitor. She sleeps two in the aft cabin and two in the V berth.More on pads in the cockpit or under the V birth.
The price to take her on a journey
(experienced boaters only) is $500 a day, three day minimum. Fuel included.
The price for dockside use at 25 Mile Creek Campground is $250 per night. Three night minimum.

The space
This trailer features a King memory foam bed in private room (limited walking room around bed), and a private bunk room with up to 4 beds (memory foam). A futon can be made into a bed upon request. PLEASE GIVE ADVANCE NOTICE. And a bed above futon can be folded up for futon head space , or can be put down to use as bunk. We would like to have it set properly before arrival to ensure safe and correct placement of folded bunk. So please let us know your request. There is a main bathroom that includes shower and a powder bath that features exterior door for convenient access. All bedding, towels, hand soap, basic kitchen supplies and cooking needs are provided. Includes a coffee maker but not coffee.

Other things to note
While we eagerly welcome guests to enjoy our neighborhood and environment, it is important to know there are NO fires or open flame allowed at any time due to high fire danger area. No fireworks, loud music, drones- to respect our neighbors.
Please take off shoes when entering trailer to preserve it's very clean condition.
