This beautiful Lake Chelan property has lakefront views, beach access down the hill, and a short stroll to downtown Lake Chelan! We are nestled on the Lake's southeast hillside. We are a short distance to Starbucks (my favorite activity to do with my mom). We are also 2 minutes from the (not to be missed...) Slide Waters, Waterpark! Come visit us! Welcome to Lake Chelan and our family condo!

COVID-19 Response: We want you to know what we are doing as part of our efforts to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, remotes, door knobs, cabinet handles, etc.) before you check in, and doing our best to adhere to suggested protocols! We have adjusted our cleaning fee for the new protocol. We have included a covid disclaimer each guest must consent to as part of our rental agreement. We keep cleaning supplies, extra hand soap and a sanitizer spray bottle in the condo. We want to do our part to help that part to help guests feel cared for and comfortable.

The condo is furnished to cause the visitor to EXHALE and BE REFRESHED! Great place for couples or families to reconnect and enjoy the Chelan area. The condo easily sleeps a maximum of up to 4 adults, or six people (at least 2 of them children) with two bedrooms and one full bath with double sinks. Keep in mind there is a queen, a full, and 2 twin beds to sleep on. The unit is located in a condominium complex and is not a single dwelling. Therefore, there are adjoining units on each side. This is a quiet, peaceful condominium complex with only 24 units on site with beautiful Lake Chelan views!

The master bedroom is set up for privacy with a comfy Queen sized bed, its own high definition television with a built in DVD player. The larger bedroom is set up with a twin/twin bunk bed, and a double/full size bed. It has a TV/DVD combo television mounted on the wall which can be turned for comfortable viewing. Typically the unit is stocked with extra sets of linens.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, air popcorn popper and electric griddle for those family pancake breakfasts. There is also a gas barbecue on the patio so the chef can take in the sunsets and lake views while preparing meals in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a stacked full-sized front loading washer and dryer stocked with laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets for your laundry needs. The living room has a large flat-screen SMART Roku TV and a couple of overstuffed leather couches for relaxing or just reading a book. We provide both games, puzzles and movies on site for guest enjoyment as well.

Please be aware that the edge of the grassy area in front of the patio, there is a steep embankment. We do have signs and a blackberry hedge, but no fence. Young children should never be left unsupervised.

Our thoughtfully furnished home comfortably sleeps eight people in 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings on the upper level. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, sitting chair, dresser, large double closet, flat-screen TV with extended cable and Blu-ray player, and ensuite 3/4 bath with oversized shower, hairdryer, and plenty of storage. A second guest bedroom with a queen bed features a sitting chair, dresser, and closet. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, dresser, and closet. A Jack-and-Jill full bathroom connects the second guest room and the bunk room.

The main level features a spacious and open living area. During winter, cozy up by the fire, catch a game, or watch a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV with extended cable and Blu-ray player. There is plenty of seating for friends and family on the comfy sectional sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove & oven, a French door refrigerator with a water dispenser, and an ice maker. For coffee lovers, we have a drip coffee maker and a Keurig K-Elite single-serve K-cup pod coffee brewer with iced coffee capability, and a coffee grinder. We even have an Instapot, rice-maker/slow cooker combo, and roasting & baking pans and serving ware to help complete your holiday celebrations at Chickadee.

The dining table seats 8 and 3 counter-height bar stools between the kitchen and living room. For our younger guests, we have children's dinnerware, cups, utensils, a travel high chair, and a Pack 'n' Play.

Enjoy outdoor living on our classic wraparound porch with a 3-burner propane BBQ and Adirondack chairs, or slip out back to enjoy Chickadee’s private hot tub and patio.

A beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler are available for your day at the beach or evening picnic at Lookout Park to make your stay more comfortable. Two adult-sized cruiser bikes are available for your use during your stay.

Nearby Don Morse Memorial Park, a mere 2 miles away, features 2,000 feet of waterfront and 40 acres of fun, including a playground, basketball courts, mini golf, and more. Driftwood Cottage is centrally located on Porcupine Lane on a spacious hilltop corner lot with easy access in and out of the development. The Lookout’s Main Park with Fireplace, BBQ, and Playfield are within view of the wraparound front porch. It is only a quick walk to the pool area with hot tub, pickleball court, and playground. Take in the sunrise sipping coffee on the back patio in the morning and end your day enjoying the sunset and a glass of wine in the evening from the front porch.

Driftwood Cottage is an ideal escape for families or groups of friends with children as the third floor has been designed with them in mind! This new 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features expansive outdoor space, including a partially covered deck, patio, and fire pit. You’re steps away from the shuttle service to Lake Chelan, a 70-slip marina (boat & jet ski rentals available seasonally), and a beach cove with a protected swimming area and swim dock. Less than a minute away up the hill is Lookout Park, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a children's playground, a large open play field, and a pickleball court.

This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including the master bedroom and bath, is upstairs, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground level. This provides great views and cool breezes on the walkout deck, while the lower-level bedrooms stay nice and cool on hot days.

BOATS & TRAILERS:
Unfortunately, this property has very little space for trailer parking, especially if you have 4-5 vehicles. If you're bringing a boat, please let us know, we can help provide details about parking and where to launch.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, the pool and hot tub. These cameras help us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.

HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.

VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

The Lake Chelan House is located directly on the Vineyard Park sledding hill and close to the Olympic-sized Vineyard Pool, large hot tub and splash pad. Vineyard Park offers expansive lawn space so the kids can play safely while you enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine on the porch. The Lake Chelan House also offers a private 3-hole putting green so you can practice your short game and keep the kids entertained. The playground, swings, Hilltop pool, and pickleball courts and Lake access pickup points are just a short walk up the trail.

Inside the home, the main floor is completely open concept with a huge kitchen, tons of storage and a walk-in pantry with an extra fridge for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a quick snack or large family meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided as well as an Ice Maker for your convenience. There is seating for 8 at the round dining table as well as 3 barstools at the island. The bar cabinet is stocked with bar tools. Kick back in the living room on the large leather sectional and enjoy the 65” Samsung Frame TV, Sonos Beam and dual-sided fireplace.

The outdoor entertaining space includes a wrap-around covered porch with double-sided gas fireplace, Adirondack chairs overlooking the park, ceiling fans as well as a built-in heater. Sit at the bar top while you keep an eye on the Weber 4-burner gas grill. Relax around the firepit and enjoy a meal outside at the dining table that seats 8 comfortably. Between the porch and the patio, there’s outdoor seating for 24 people, as well as a private hot tub that seats 8. There’s even an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before & after you use the hot tub and after your day at the lake!

Upstairs you’ll enjoy the 13’ vaulted ceilings, an oversized washer & dryer and a separate Nest thermostat for the upper level to ensure your sleeping space is the ideal temperature. All bedrooms offer ceiling fans & Smart TVs with expanded cable packages, beautiful RH beds with Pottery Barn linens and comfortable inner-spring mattresses. The kids will love the XBox One & 65” TV in the Bunk Room. Each of the built-in bunks also have their own light and cubbies with outlets for charging devices and there is a variety of books, games and puzzles in the bunk room closet.

The Lower level offers a private King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a work from home desk & folding chair in the closet available for your use. The large foyer has a built-in bench and plenty of hooks for your belongings and in the closet you’ll find pool & beach toys and a wagon for use during your stay. Golf putters in all sizes are provided so you can play a friendly game on the putting green out back. Soccer, football and basketballs are provided in the main floor closet.

This Lakefront Studio Condo is a part of the small private community Spader Bay Condominiums. The unit is a ground floor end unit with a private patio and a large lawn between the unit and the lake. Put on your swimsuit and run to jump into the crystal-clear, Caribbean-blue glacier lake.

Property Location:
Spader Bay is a 0.70 mile walk (or 10-15 min) from downtown Chelan. Sidewalks and biking paths provide easy and safe access.

The properties amenities include:
-A private T-shaped dock and a swim-able jumping dock.
-Olympic-sized heated swimming pool with a kids' hot tub available from mid-May to October 1, situated right on the beach with a lake view.

The Condominium Owners Association (COA) has strict rules in place for renters to preserve the property and ensure a peaceful stay for both owners and renters. Spader Bay is a close and quiet community. Most condos are occupied by their owners. Please be considerate of our neighbors. The guest no pet policy is strictly enforced. No additional guests are allowed on the property with your stay. This resort is very private and rules will be enforced up to termination of the rental agreement.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

You may see bats out and about in the evenings, especially during warm summer nights. If you happen to come across a bat napping in an unexpected place, please let our staff know, and we will safely remove it for you.

**Please note that this property does not have an elevator or onsite parking. All rooms are located at the top of a single flight of stairs. Parking is approximately 2 blocks away from the hotel. We welcome you to park in the rear or in the front to drop off your luggage and then move your car to the designated parking lot. Unit 212 is The Landing's best unit with access to a balcony with direct views of Lake Chelan! This room has everything and more, it has a Queen size bed, a bathtub, and also a grand, luxury shower. You will also find a balcony in this room with lake view, and a fireplace. We are centrally located in downtown Chelan, just a few steps away from boutique shops and night life. This room is only accessible by stairs, and there is a possibility for some noise because this room is located above a restaurant.
THE LANDING operates at an AIRBNB property. Staff is not always on site, but always available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property.
