Our central location at The Lookout means you're a short stroll away from a wide array of amenities, including a private waterfront with a sandy beach cove, a safe swimming zone, a jumping dock, a 70-slip marina offering slip rentals, and watercraft rentals during the summer months, two swimming pools, pickleball, bocce & basketball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking and biking trails and more.

In addition to annual holiday traditions like the Easter Egg Hunt or the 4th of July Bike Parade, The Lookout hosts weekly activities for residents and guests during the summer months, such as Yoga in the Park, poolside happy hour, and outdoor movie nights.

Our thoughtfully furnished home comfortably sleeps eight people in 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings on the upper level. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, sitting chair, dresser, large double closet, flat-screen TV with extended cable and Blu-ray player, and ensuite 3/4 bath with oversized shower, hairdryer, and plenty of storage. A second guest bedroom with a queen bed features a sitting chair, dresser, and closet. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, dresser, and closet. A Jack-and-Jill full bathroom connects the second guest room and the bunk room.

The main level features a spacious and open living area. During winter, cozy up by the fire, catch a game, or watch a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV with extended cable and Blu-ray player. There is plenty of seating for friends and family on the comfy sectional sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove & oven, a French door refrigerator with a water dispenser, and an ice maker. For coffee lovers, we have a drip coffee maker and a Keurig K-Elite single-serve K-cup pod coffee brewer with iced coffee capability, and a coffee grinder. We even have an Instapot, rice-maker/slow cooker combo, and roasting & baking pans and serving ware to help complete your holiday celebrations at Chickadee.

The dining table seats 8 and 3 counter-height bar stools between the kitchen and living room. For our younger guests, we have children's dinnerware, cups, utensils, a travel high chair, and a Pack 'n' Play.

Enjoy outdoor living on our classic wraparound porch with a 3-burner propane BBQ and Adirondack chairs, or slip out back to enjoy Chickadee’s private hot tub and patio.

A beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler are available for your day at the beach or evening picnic at Lookout Park to make your stay more comfortable. Two adult-sized cruiser bikes are available for your use during your stay.

Nearby Don Morse Memorial Park, a mere 2 miles away, features 2,000 feet of waterfront and 40 acres of fun, including a playground, basketball courts, mini golf, and more. Also nearby are Lake Chelan Valley wineries, Slidewaters Water Park, Chelan Butte, and Echo Ridge Recreation and Family Ski Area.

Dogs are not allowed at Chickadee. However, the homeowner's hypoallergenic dog stays at this home.

Start your day with a cup of coffee or end your day with a glass of wine on the outdoor decks or patio of each floor, outfitted with comfortable seating and eating areas. You’ll enjoy gorgeous up-lake views overlooking the expansive and beautifully landscaped yard with multiple seating areas, a private hot tub and pergola, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. Fully fenced, this backyard is great for relaxing with friends while letting little ones explore, and with custom lighting, is as beautiful in the evenings as it is all day.

The third floor consists of two primary bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed facing up the lake for the best views, a smart TV, and an attached deck to enjoy your morning coffee, along with an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub. The great room has a smart TV with cable and plenty of lounging space for all guests. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and the bar has additional seating for 4. Doors off the main floor lead to the main deck, complete with a ceiling fan, a table for 4, and comfortable seating. This open floor plan allows everyone to make memories together while providing separate spaces for watching TV, preparing meals, putting together puzzles, or napping in the sun.

The lower floor features two bedrooms, a media room with a queen sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper sofa, a smart TV with cable, a DVD player, Xbox One, various games, books, a laundry room, and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom has custom built-in bunks with an XL twin over a queen bed and a 43-inch TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV and French doors that open out onto the patio area.

Though you’ll never want to leave One More Minute, it’s just a short walk to two community pools, a playground, a playfield, a pickleball court, a large outdoor stone fireplace, a community grill, Vin Du Lac winery, the private marina, and lakefront area. The Lookout provides a shuttle service to the marina and lakefront during the spring and summer months. Downtown Lake Chelan is a short walk.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Although One More Minute does not accept pets, on occasion, the owner’s non-shedding dog stays in this home.

Driftwood Cottage is a 3-story, 3 bedroom +sleeping loft, 3 ½ bathroom home that sleeps 12 people or 14 with the addition of the Carriage House Guest Suite. Driftwood Cottage is centrally located on Porcupine Lane on a spacious hilltop corner lot with easy access in and out of the development. The Lookout’s Main Park with Fireplace, BBQ, and Playfield are within view of the wraparound front porch. It is only a quick walk to the pool area with hot tub, pickleball court, and playground. Take in the sunrise sipping coffee on the back patio in the morning and end your day enjoying the sunset and a glass of wine in the evening from the front porch.

Driftwood Cottage is an ideal escape for families or groups of friends with children as the third floor has been designed with them in mind! Twin bunk beds in Camping theme sleeps four children comfortably while the Queen Sleeper Sofa is perfect for older kids or parents who enjoy watching a movie or playing games. Xbox One is preloaded with MineCraft and Fortnite as well as a Wii with Rockband Instruments and Wii Fit Board. Lots of room to play, or when it’s time for a nap, relax with some books in the play tent or on your bunk bed. This new 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features expansive outdoor space, including a partially covered deck, patio, and fire pit. You’re steps away from the shuttle service to Lake Chelan, a 70-slip marina (boat & jet ski rentals available seasonally), and a beach cove with a protected swimming area and swim dock. Less than a minute away up the hill is Lookout Park, which features a community pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, a children's playground, a large open play field, and a pickleball court.

This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including the master bedroom and bath, is upstairs, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground level. This provides great views and cool breezes on the walkout deck, while the lower-level bedrooms stay nice and cool on hot days.

The upper-level open floor plan features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful quartz countertops, a large counter with seating for four, an oversized 8+ seat dining table, a 2-piece powder room, and a large living room.

Unfortunately, this property has very little space for trailer parking, especially if you have 4-5 vehicles. If you're bringing a boat, please let us know, we can help provide details about parking and where to launch.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, the pool and hot tub. These cameras help us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.

HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.

The Lake Chelan House is located directly on the Vineyard Park sledding hill and close to the Olympic-sized Vineyard Pool, large hot tub and splash pad. Vineyard Park offers expansive lawn space so the kids can play safely while you enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine on the porch. The Lake Chelan House also offers a private 3-hole putting green so you can practice your short game and keep the kids entertained. The playground, swings, Hilltop pool, and pickleball courts and Lake access pickup points are just a short walk up the trail.

Inside the home, the main floor is completely open concept with a huge kitchen, tons of storage and a walk-in pantry with an extra fridge for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a quick snack or large family meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided as well as an Ice Maker for your convenience. There is seating for 8 at the round dining table as well as 3 barstools at the island. The bar cabinet is stocked with bar tools. Kick back in the living room on the large leather sectional and enjoy the 65” Samsung Frame TV, Sonos Beam and dual-sided fireplace.

The outdoor entertaining space includes a wrap-around covered porch with double-sided gas fireplace, Adirondack chairs overlooking the park, ceiling fans as well as a built-in heater. Sit at the bar top while you keep an eye on the Weber 4-burner gas grill. Relax around the firepit and enjoy a meal outside at the dining table that seats 8 comfortably. Between the porch and the patio, there’s outdoor seating for 24 people, as well as a private hot tub that seats 8. There’s even an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before & after you use the hot tub and after your day at the lake!

Upstairs you’ll enjoy the 13’ vaulted ceilings, an oversized washer & dryer and a separate Nest thermostat for the upper level to ensure your sleeping space is the ideal temperature. All bedrooms offer ceiling fans & Smart TVs with expanded cable packages, beautiful RH beds with Pottery Barn linens and comfortable inner-spring mattresses. The kids will love the XBox One & 65” TV in the Bunk Room. Each of the built-in bunks also have their own light and cubbies with outlets for charging devices and there is a variety of books, games and puzzles in the bunk room closet.

The Lower level offers a private King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a work from home desk & folding chair in the closet available for your use. The large foyer has a built-in bench and plenty of hooks for your belongings and in the closet you’ll find pool & beach toys and a wagon for use during your stay. Golf putters in all sizes are provided so you can play a friendly game on the putting green out back. Soccer, football and basketballs are provided in the main floor closet.

We are in a neighborhood setting and quite hours are from 9pm to 7am.

Large finished heated garage makes for a perfect game night with Ping Pong, cornhole and Putter Ball. Back glass garage door opens up to large outdoor entertainment patio area with barbeque, 2 burner stove top, bar, informal breakfast table and larger beautiful granite dining table, 6-person hot tub, gas firepit with fire chat seating. Want another view? No worries, just open the nana wall off the great room area and inside meets outside. Walk out to the front deck with additional gas fire table seating where you feel like you are sitting on top of the lake. Sonos speakers in living room and game room. Covid and the Governer have changed what amenities have been available, we cannot promise what will be open this summer, but sure hope Covid is past us by then, Pool is open and there are time slots to keep distancing, indoor amenities are closed currently, but governer says we are opening June30th?, again we are just not promising anything during the pandemic, we just canty

There was a cooler, a pack and play, a booster seat, a cot, a blender, a keurig, tupperware, and much more that we didn't even know about before arriving! Naveen was very communicative and always wrote back right away! Our only "complaint" was that the listing didn't match the property. As of right now, the listing still says this is a one bedroom studio that sleeps 6 and has one bathroom. The email we received from Vrbo written by the owner also was a copy-paste from a different property at a different address and the amenities and check-in process were different than reality because of the mix-up. I pointed it out to the owner but about a month later I see it hasn't been changed. Besides that, this place is incredible. We would stay again in a heartbeat. We loved being able to just walk downstairs, walk through a parking lot and be at the beautiful city park with a super clean beach and playground. The gated underground parking was so nice (although it would have been nice to know in advance that there's only one parking spot per unit, other cars need to park at park and ride a block away). We were there for a family reunion and many of us were staying at all different locations around town. Ours was the nicest and cheapest. We will definitely stay again!"

Welcome to On Lake Time in the Lookout in sunny Lake Chelan. Our home is perfect for couples, families with young or older kids, friends, golfers, hikers, boaters, skiers, snowshoers, wine lovers, and adventurers. The carriage house allows one family/couple to enjoy a completely detached, inviting, and peaceful space. Centrally located on Vineyard Park - with ample space/green grass right out the front door. Ideal for monitoring the kids in a safe space from the front porch. The vineyard pool is a short walk down the hill, and Outlook park / the main pool is only a few minutes up the hill.

The home features a private hot tub, natural gas Weber grill, Outdoor dining set, Adirondack chairs around a beautifully designed Linderman fire pit (built-in Chelan), and a living room gas fireplace to warm up beside on a cool night.

Inside you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with a slow cooker, blender, mixer, air fryer, tea kettle, electric water kettle, drip or pod coffee maker, plenty of serving platters, mixing bowls, measuring cups, salad bowls, cutlery, baking pans, pots, frying pans, kids plates/cutlery, outdoor plates, ceramic plates, glassware, wine glasses, cocktailing kit, plastic and glass water cups.

The home is furnished with a Coastal Modern-themed decor with an emphasis on clean and inviting design. Adjacent to the bar, which seats 3, is a rectangular dining table with seating for 8 adults or 9 if you have kids on the built-in bench. The living room features a switch-on gas fireplace with a 55” Samsung smart TV above - the TV includes all of your favorite apps and is logged into YouTube TV and Fubo tv for all your live sporting event needs. Apps include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, HBO max, and Disney. A comfortable couch and three chairs provide seating for 6 in the living room. The 1st-floor master bedroom has a private entrance to the main floor’s bathroom and the shower has a tall and powerful shower head. The king-size mattress is a brand-new memory foam mattress for maximum comfort and a good night’s sleep.

The vaulted ceiling upstairs features a Queen bedroom with a recliner for a quiet place to read a book and has a pack-and-play for an infant in the closet. A third bedroom features (2) twin over queen bunk beds for a fun kid’s room. The landing at the top of the stairs has a sofa and a 50” smart tv for a separate area for kids' movies.

The carriage house is a sanctuary away from the main home. The king bed, desk, kitchenette, and ensuite 3/4 bathroom give you all you need in a separate space above the garage. A 50” smart TV allows for movie/sports viewing from the bed.

Gigabyte internet with wireless throughout the property allows streaming from anywhere, including your personal devices.

LG Stacked Laundry Center is available to our guests for any laundry needs during your stay. If you need to iron your special occasion attire, the home has a small ironing board and iron.

Welcome to a gorgeous modern farmhouse vacation home located at The Lookout. Plus, we're just two houses away from the beach pick-up spot and a short walk from one of the pools.

We pride ourselves on being kid-friendly and provide a play-n-pack, booster seat, wagon, cornhole game, beach toys, and a kid's play area in the media room. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a large foyer that leads to a bunk room that both kids and adults will love. The room features a full-size bed and three XL twin beds, an adjoining bathroom, cable TV, an XBOX, and lots of games for entertainment.

Further down the hall, you'll find the media room with a 75" Framed Smart TV, a PlayStation 4 Pro console, puzzles, board games, and a see-through fireplace. Play card games or high-stakes poker at the game table, and there's even a roll-up mat for puzzles. The media room connects to an expansive patio with cozy seating, a fireplace, a cornhole, a fire pit, and chaise lounges. The laundry room, located behind the garage, completes the downstairs and has a hanging pole, folding table, and stunning lake views.

Upstairs, you'll be greeted by a 20-foot ceiling, a cozy seating area, a large farmhouse table, and a kitchen island with additional seating. Lake Chelan is not your average lake. Resting at the foot of the rugged peaks of the North Cascades, this long finger of water points like a loadstone to a truly isolated parcel of America. Though the lake is 55 miles long, you can only drive half its length. Beyond the end of the road, snowcapped peaks rise over 9,000 feet from the lakeshore and thick evergreens cover the mountainsides—perfect for hiking purists.

There is, however, an outpost of civilization at the upper end of the lake. The tiny village of Stehekin is accessible only by boat or floatplane, and a must-see when you visit WorldMark Lake Chelan Shores. Neverland Cabin is located in the woods just 4 miles from Chelan. The tree house is made for kids and has a rope ladder. We provide sleeping bags for the loft. We don't recommend the loft for adults. Families encouraged to enjoy the magical experience. Bathrooms 150ft away in shared pavilion. Hot tub can is shared and can be reserved for one hour sessions. Bathrooms and kitchen are in a pavilion 150 feet from the cabin and are shared.

The space
Property is 38 wooded acres 4 miles from Chelan. Last mile is a dirt road that may need 4wd in winter. We live on the property just 100ft away from the cabin. Its a safe place away from large crowds to unplug and relax.

Guests can use the kitchenette and eating area in the pavilion as well as the playground and grassy areas

This cabin is in the woods! We do have bugs sometimes. . It’s a great place to work or unplug and commune with nature, God, or loved ones. The shared bathrooms and kitchenette is about 150ft from the cabin. Only registered guests allowed on the property. No pets allowed

The space
Park Pointe - Chelan Delight -D302

Boasting a comfortable and fun interior, lake views, and a fabulous location close to a wide variety of activities, this condo near Chelan has it all! It even has access to a shared pool (open seasonally beginning in May) and hot tub, so don't forget your swim suit!

Within minutes of this condo you can reach all sorts of attractions, including the businesses and restaurants in town, the wonderful Lakeshore Park, and the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course. Just a couple miles away, the center of Chelan has plenty of dining options, ranging from a casual burger and milkshake at Lakeview Drive-In to a more upscale wine tasting and leisurely meal at any of the area wineries. And, since the lake is so close, head down to the nearest public access point - the Lakeshore Park - and enjoy a picnic lunch, launch your watercraft, or let the kids romp around the play structure while you gaze out at the beautiful water.

The living room is a cozy space, with two couches (that fold out into sofa sleepers at night) and a recliner. There's a TV with cable, a DVD/VCR, and even a Roku box, as well as a fireplace that is seasonally available. If you're here in the warm summers, don’t worry - there's central air conditioning to keep everyone cool. The kitchen is a modern space with all the major appliances, plus a few fun extras such as a blender and even a wine chiller!

While you're here you'll also enjoy WiFi access and a selection of books, and don't forget the complex pool and hot tub! You'll also have a private washer and dryer, and there's even a gas grill and some patio furniture so you can spend lots of time outside enjoying the sights.

While you're here, you may like to take a tour of the many wineries in the area, visit a fruit stand or two, or stroll through charming downtown Chelan. If you prefer adventure, rent some jet skis or take a float plane ride across the lake, check out the water park a few miles away, or enjoy a fantastic hike or bike ride on the nearby trails.

The space
GrandView #302 is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This third floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

In each bathroom, you'll find two additional rolls of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes two rolls of paper towels for your convenience.
Additionally, we've included cooking spray, salt and pepper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a fresh sponge to facilitate your culinary adventures.
You will also find an all purpose cleaner and toilet bowl clean in the laundry area to help clean up any messes during your stay!
While we're unable to accommodate special deliveries for extra supplies during your stay, you'll find several local markets nearby for any additional needs.

🌿 Welcome to the Lake!

There’s something magical about waking up by Lake Chelan, with its clear blue water, open skies, and the peaceful sounds of nature all around you. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the deck, skipping rocks, or watching the sunset dance across the lake, this place invites you to slow down and soak in the beauty that only nature can offer.

Please remember that the lake can have sudden weather changes and waves, and conditions can shift quickly. Always supervise children and pets near the water, use life jackets when appropriate, and use caution when swimming or launching watercraft.

🐞 A Note About Nature:
Although Lake Chelan is a busy little town, it’s still a rural area—and being by the lake means you will encounter bugs and even bats. Gnats, box elder bugs, and other small visitors are common, especially near the water. Our housekeeping and maintenance team does a great job keeping spaces clean, but bugs can happen.

We also have bats in the area, and while they may seem surprising, they are harmless and actually help keep the bug population down! You may see bats out and about in the evenings, especially during warm summer nights. If you happen to come across a bat napping in an unexpected place, please let our staff know, and we will safely remove it for you.

It’s important to keep doors closed as much as possible, especially when bringing in groceries or luggage, as even a few minutes with the door open can let bugs sneak inside. We also recommend bringing bug spray so you can comfortably enjoy every moment outside.
