Service was good, very friendly staff although food was not remarkable; there is also a pub that looked appealing buy I did not feel like taking my kids. There is liquor store beside the hotel, and across the street bunch of other stores, The Bay, Save-on-Foods, other liquor store, so you can have most of your needs met right there. All in all we had a great experience and would definitely go back."

When we arrived at the Prestige Harbourfront Alfred at the front desk was amazing he greeted us and gave us information about the area and assisted me with the Prestige Rewards program which I was not aware of as I have stayed many times at prestige hotels and had no idea about it. The hotel is very clean and in a beautiful setting. Alfred was very helpful during our stay. You don’t get service like that very often he makes you feel at home, upon checkout another lovely lady assisted. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. "

There was so communication from the staff other than a text with instructions on how to enter and the lobby wasn’t open to communicate our complaint. Although our place isn't fancy, its compact size is invitingly cozy and comfortable, perfect for winding down after a day exploring.

The space
This cozy basement unit is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or remote work. While it lacks a full kitchen, it provides a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. For entertainment, you can enjoy Cable TV, Netflix, and Disney. The coffee table also has some games available for your use. If you have valuables or other items to secure, a locker is provided—just remember to bring your own lock. Additionally, there's ample storage space for your bikes, skis, or snowboarding gear, so feel free to bring them inside. We understand you might be feeling tired when you arrive, so we've arranged some light snacks for your convenience.

Feel free to use the patio area and smoker at the front of the house. You might see us out there from time to time.

For security, we have two cameras on the property: one in the carport and one at the front door.

Given that the house is over 100 years old, please be mindful of low ceilings and steps—there are signs as reminders. Some parts of the basement are unfinished but should not affect your stay.

This is perfect for the adventurer, with plenty of beautiful sights and scenery within arms reach. OR, enjoy the intimate space with a loved one for a peaceful reset. There are plug ins available in each yurt, along with a kettle, French press, coffee and tea. Potable water is also supplied. There is a well-maintained Porta potty on site as well.

This two acre property that has three tents on it.
The glamping driveway is separate from the main driveway. Although there are three tents on driveway B, there is enough growth to barely be able to see each other!
Great for larger groups so if you are traveling with friends, book 2…or all three!

There is a Porta potty on site and potable water. Inside the tents there is a plug in for all your charging needs. Good wifi from within all tents and on most of the property. All three tents are swooped with a heated blanket. In the spring and fall, there is a heater added, so don’t shy away from those cold nights!

There are so many adventures around us! A five minute drive to Blaeberry River, waterfall or the Skybridge! There is so many adventures to be had 20 minutes away to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, or 7 minutes to dinner in downtown Golden!
Propane and firewood bundles are optional but available at an additional cost.
Please note: Golden is in the Columbia Wetlands so please be prepared for mosquitoes!

The Kelowna Art Lodge is located at 911 Bernard Avenue. Knowles park is about 2 mins walk away and the city bus stops at the front. We are about 10 mins walk from downtown and 15 walk from Okanagan Beach.

The bathroom is small, has it's own toilet and shower, the sink is located outside the bathroom.

Other things to note
We also want to pass onto guests that the house was built in 1903 and is located downtown Kelowna on Bernard Avenue and there is a lot of foot traffic during summer months and a busy public bus stop at the front of the yard. There is no sound proofing and it is noisy compared to new construction flats or country setting older Airbnb's. This bachelor unit has its own kitchen and washroom with shower but does not have a separate washroom sink.
