Had a dinner at the restaurant that is a part of the hotel. Service was good, very friendly staff although food was not remarkable; there is also a pub that looked appealing buy I did not feel like taking my kids. There is liquor store beside the hotel, and across the street bunch of other stores, The Bay, Save-on-Foods, other liquor store, so you can have most of your needs met right there. All in all we had a great experience and would definitely go back."

When we arrived at the Prestige Harbourfront Alfred at the front desk was amazing he greeted us and gave us information about the area and assisted me with the Prestige Rewards program which I was not aware of as I have stayed many times at prestige hotels and had no idea about it. The hotel is very clean and in a beautiful setting. Alfred was very helpful during our stay. You don’t get service like that very often he makes you feel at home, upon checkout another lovely lady assisted. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. "
