This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on a private 15 acre retreat with soaring trees, a bubbling creek, access to a riverside beach and a hot tub.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed - a sumptuous 4 inch mattress topper is available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for a quiet dinner at home.
We are grateful to have high speed internet powered by satellite and we make every effort to ensure you have an uninterrupted WiFi connection. For your entertainment there is a TV with DVD player, Apple TV (with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime), a large DVD library, and games. Children’s toys and equipment are available upon request.
Directly around the cottage, you can savour your own dedicated outdoor spaces. These include front and back decks, a private back yard and even a fire pit. They are perfect for enjoying the picturesque setting anytime of day.

The cottage is tastefully decorated, all new appliances /plus HVAC. , (Sorry pics are not yet updated)We have very nice landscaping and the cottage is in excellent shape. For most people it's a drive away at an attractrive price. I think it's calling your name!. Nature surrounds you and the deer often walk on the hillside, or lay down for a rest. You might even see a mountain goat. Lots of trees,water, some sand at the amenities play area or along the lake.

La Casa is a great place to visit. *** Come for a quick getaway, a special occasion like a wedding, anniversary, Mother's Day, Father's Day, special birthday , summer holiday, or fall wine tours. Put your feet up here or rest at your home after your busy holiday. Go at your own pace. Need a break from cooking grab something from the store/casual restaurant. They "sometimes" even have entertainment, moreso on a weekend. Come for a week...get your groceries delivered by Save On Foods Westbank store to your door. (Take a little preplan set up for this).
Take a walk, a hike, a run,bring young kids to the playground. The water trampolines at the lake are available free from the May long weekend into September. Bring water shoes. Grab a lake sundeck chair early or bring your own/towel etc. Hours of fun******. Note: We do have protected fisheries nearby so the water shoes help as you enter lake with some rocks. You can enter water by a ladder from a sundeck also. Offseason visits when campfires are permitted you can build a fire in a pit by the lake. You have to put it out before you leave unless others are still there.Water available. Some seating.

Some guests come to unplug, simplify life, do nothing/relax, read a book, listen to music, star gaze, suntan, enjoy a coffee at sunrise or a wine/beer at sunset. No schedule unless you make one.
Keep in mind the Okanagan has so many outdoor activities to explore. Book a wine tasting, do a patio lunch in town, visit some attractions like zip lining, visit the kangaroo farm in the area, take a boat ride. It's a good idea to research the amenities in town to be sure they are open/hours as expected.
Located 35-45 minutes from Kelowna/Westbank/Vernon. La Casa is a secured 500 acre gated cottage community built on a hillside with curving streets, providing scenic beauty. Stay at the resort or leave for a day trip. We have a secured high speed wifi, cable tv/stream or use your shaw account. The cottage is well stocked cottage to make you feel at home. **Bring your groceries and drinks. We do have some coffee available if you didn't bring your favorite. Some toiletries, laundry/dish cleaning, trash supplies, paper goods, some spices are provided.. The resort store will well stocked at a premium if you forget something including, wine/beer/snacks etc.
You will also find our cottage has books for young readers, some puzzles, cards, games/toys. Good if you need a break from the sun, a rainy day or time to prepare food. Enjoy a meal or beverage on the deck while taking in the views day time or night time. Our larger deck has table with 6 chairs, 2 sun lounger. Clear glass rails provide unobstructed viewing. The smaller connecting deck outside the dining room, has our BBQ, cafe table and 2 chairs for a quick bite or beverage. The deck is never too hot to enjoy. We get the morning sunrise worth getting up for along with a coffee. A sweeping lake view to the north, very nice view across the lake with a hillside. If you have a busy day, no worries enjoy the peaceful view and night lights of the lake. We do have a slight tint on our windows to keep out the summer heat and aid the air conditioning.***The amenities park includes the sandy park with swings, slides, mini golf, tennis, pickleball/volleyball***. The resort has 2 outdoor pools and 3 outdoor hot tubs. Our cottage has the racquets/related balls and pool/lake swim boards for you to enjoy. The resort is quieter in the off season and peak summer is typically busy. 2100 feet of private beach. **Be prepared to drive 5 minutes to the lake, walk down a driveway and along the lake to get to the dock/chairs. The kayaks/paddle boards are privately available to rent through the resort store. Bring your mountain bike enjoy a trail ride behind the resort.. Marathoners like the challenge of a run or lake swim. Explore the Fintry Provincial Park, only a 5 minute drive north of the resort. Climb the 400 steps to the beautiful falls, walk the beach or shoreline there. La Casa boaters are known to use the Fintry boat launch it is free. Or. explore Bear Creek on Westside Road and the beautiful view of Kelowna its free exercise & view. If you are visiting the region for the first time you will want to venture around the Okanagan area coined the NAPA Valley of the North.. Bring a family member or friend to the driving range for practice. We definitely have a wide spectrum of courses with one to match your skill or handicap.
We hope you will visit La Casa. Many visitors do not have the desire to leave the resort during their stay. One suggestion is to explore the region during the day and relax at night. With booking through VRBO, was simple, the communication with Cheryl and Claude was very easy and they gave great detailed instructions. The place was clean, my wife loved the pictures and decor of the place which makes it feel like a beach home. The views were unreal. The resort is also great, they had 4 water trampolines in the lake which my teens loved. The pools were fantasy as well. Our vacation was cut short do to the wildfire and had to evacuate, the resort staff and fire fighter and workers handle it so well. Cheryl and Claude were very accommodating to change our last booking to reflect the time we were there. This was a great vacation thanks to the owners and the resort. We look forward to returning."

In the summer this cottage shines like a "Jewel" with it's many windows and vaulted ceilings. Waking up in the mornings with the first beams of sunlight shining upon the smooth, calm quiet lake, starts off your day. Imagine enjoying your first cup of coffee on the back patio with those amazing views of the lake.
It is comforting to know, that you can sit out on the patio deck well into the evening and enjoy a refreshment and a good book. Most of your meals can be enjoyed out on the patio depending on the weather, the BBQ is ready to go with the gas attached to the home, it is like an extension of your cooking stove. Please pick up all your groceries in Vernon or Kelowna, before your arrival. If you are not able to do this the Save-On-Foods Delivers groceries to the resort daily. The new "La Casa General Store and Restaurant makes some great pizza's, is now open year round for convenience and for the Westside of the Lake Community. The resort is usually running in full swing, with the general store, Bistro/Restaurant opened and all amenities in operation. Great time for the kids to enjoy the Gigantic Aqua Park in the lake. If you are at the main pool, make sure you stop by the General Store and pick up a refreshing ice-cream cone or a specialty coffee. Kayak and Paddle board rentals are usually available during the summer months. You can also rent a boat for the day in Kelowna.
AUTUMN SEASON: Experience the changing of the fall leaves in this Okanagan Valley. You might want to explore some of the local winery's in West Kelowna. The Resort amenities are still available for our guests, The upper level pool and hot tub is opened until the October Thanksgiving Long Weekend. This is usually a great time of the year to visit La Casa, when the school children have gone back to school. You can still enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball or mini golf. Take the time to relax and cozy up by the fireplace, and read a good book. Hiking and walking trips are the best during this season of the year. Harvest Season in the Okanagan is a tapestry of different colours.
This cottage has one large bedroom, with a queen size bed, a private loft bedroom with a double bed.
Kitchen with all appliance, and a washer/dryer, slate floors and two bar stools. Everything that you might need to cook a family meal is included. Living area includes lots of natural light, has a gas fireplace, area rug, and hardwood floors. Dinning area includes a large table with six chairs. The windows all have screens, and wooden blinds. A sliding glass door to the outside deck. The outer deck is spacious, and enclosed with plexiglass railing with an unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake. Outdoor table, chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ, are also there for your use. The sundeck has the morning sun to enjoy your coffee, and the afternoon shade is perfect for reading in the lounge chairs. We have installed a security Camera near the front entrance. This is so we know how many guests are staying at the cottage. This is so we can also monitor the cottage when we are not there.
This cottage is situated just a short walk from the main pool/hot tubs and tennis courts, mini golf, and playground area. Cable TV and WIFI included.
The La Casa Market/General Store is now open to the Community all Year. Hours of operation may very from season to season. The selection for a Store is very excellent. The restaurant part of the La Casa Market, just hired a new chef, and word on the street is that he is very good. The General Store also offers Live Music , Karaoke and Bingo on Weekends. Indoor and Out door Events depending on the weather.
WATER ADVISORY is in effect for all the West Side Communities. Water is safe to drink, but if you are immune compromised /pregnant have an infant, then bringing bottled water would be advisable. Water is safe for cooking, and bathing.

This charming cottage, built in 1964, has been recently updated without ruining the architectural simplicity of its design. The spectacular view of the lake and the peaceful environment make this spot an amazing retreat. The fully functional kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals - stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker plus a little bit of the basics such as salt, spices, oil and flour. The deck has a gas BBQ, a dining table and chairs, and a separate seating area. The house has wi-fi, a portable DVD player (no TV), stereo, telephone, washer and dryer. The property and its secluded sandy beach is on the west arm of Kootenay Lake just 15 kilometers (9 miles) from Nelson. There is a lot to do in Nelson plus parks, hiking, skiing and hot springs close by.

The Abbott Street Carriage House is in an ideal location, one half block from Okanagan Lake and Kinsmen Park. Step out the door to walk, jog or bike along the Abbott Street Parkway or stroll on over to the tennis courts in the park. The carriage house is also within walking distance of the South Pandosy shopping district, a unique area with a blend of coffee shops, boutique stores and bike rentals. The Mission Shopping Center contains all necessary amenities, and the Kelowna General Hospital is a five minute walk away. Downtown Kelowna is a short, flat bike ride along the parkway, and numerous beaches dot the lakeshore. For sports enthusiasts, the carriage house is situated on or near by event routes such as the Apple Triathalon, the Kelowna Marathon and the Granfondo.
The carriage house is new and bright with a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Modern appliances, new furnishings, and an open-area concept have created a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Between location, style and comfort, this little gem has it all!

My puppy loved watching all the walkers, joggers & bikes pass by all day from the patio door. We stayed for 3.5 weeks. Unfortunately, it was also a working trip which meant WiFi was extremely important, sadly I ended up having to use a hotspot off my phone most of the time as it kept losing connection - not a strong signal from the main house. I also needed to ask for a dust buster as there was lots of dust and fur from previous people. The hosts were extremely kind and bought one off Amazon for me. If you plan to stay soon, watch out for the construction next door as the workers start early and work til after dark. Overall, it was a fabulous place and I definitely plan on staying there again next spring :)"

Our property provides the athmosphere of a private secluded summer residence with beach. The cabin is in its private little orchard overlooking our lake front pasture and our private bay with beach. The location is has a beautiful deck where you can enjoy the sunset over the mountains.
The cabin is 900 sqft of very liveable space. It was originally built in 1991 and upgraded in 2009 and 2013. The cottage fits nicely into its natural environment. The cottage consists of an open living area with sofa and futon, an open kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, a bedroom with closet and an entrance with laundry utilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove and oven, side by side fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a TV (just for playing DVD's since we have no satellite TV), a stereo with Ipod station a sofa and futon and a woodstove.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub. The entrance with laundry has closets and a washer and dryer.
A second smaller bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet. A deck is located on the west side of the cottage with beautful views over the pasture, beach and bay. A fence surrounds the cottage and some fruit trees build a little orchard. Take a few steps off the deck to a short path that leads you down through the pasture to the beach. Across the lake there is an island to explore and within a short hike also a waterfall. The property is a total of 100 acres and offers private trails. Watch the Ospreys and Bald Eagles fish in our bay. There is always lots of wildlife around. Have fun!
In the winter you can usually snow shoe from the cottage. There is lot of wilderness to explore. Enjoy the back country and mountains with your snow mobile (please watch the avalanche reports). There is a lot of terrain in the Selkirks and Monashee mountains that is just used by our local snow mobil enthusiasts or find some hidden x-country trails. Winters are magical around the Arrow Lake with moderate temperatures and a lot of snow in the mountains. Backcountry ski exploration is a lot of fun.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs that stay on the ground (not on sofas, beds etc.) are very welcome and if they do not run after wildlife can be kept without a leash. There is so much room to run around for dogs and with our rock bluff to the north and a meshed fence to the south it is quite safe. Our resident dog Schoko is very friendly.

We are Situated right on the shore overlooking Kootenay Lake . A beautiful 'Hidden Vacation Rental' GEM right in the middle of the Purcell and Selkirk Mountains. We are nestled between 2 lakes. Kootenay Lake, about 2 miles wide and approximately 90 miles long, and Mirror Lake, a 5 or 10 minute walk behind our property.
Our 2 bedroom cottage is definitely a hideaway that features a wood interior, full kitchen and a real wood stove, with a glass fire door. We have electric heat and electric stove also; large tile and carpeting in the bedrooms
One Queen and in other bedroom 2 singles. Total 4 people.
A deck on the lake side to view and appreciate all of God's wonders. And, yes, we do have lake access, unlike so many other properties.
We are so hidden, it is hard to believe the amenities of shopping and hospital in historic Kaslo are only 3 miles away. You won’t want to leave this hideaway.

We are locating in a magical part of the Kootenay's. With easy access to hiking, mountain biking, boating, water sports, hot springs, local bakeries, coffee shops, Sunday market and regional parks.
There is an abundance of wild life. We see whitetail deer daily. There are birds of all kinds; eagles, blue herons, ducks, geese, turkeys and seasonally mountain blue birds. On the surrounding mountains you may be lucky to spot elk or black bear. At night you can occasionally hear coyotes.
The train still pass our place twice a day summer schedule is usually around noon and once in the evening.
Dog friendly to friendly dogs. Pets must be house broke (potty trained) and be socialized to be around people and other dogs.
We suggest you pick up groceries items for your stay prior to coming out. We are 24 KM (15 miles) from Nelson.
Due to the fact that the world has changed since Covid we are trying to book a 24 hours calm time between guests. We are not taking as many bookings as we have in the past.

The cottage is just up the walk way from a tiny public rocky beach access with a log bench for enjoying your morning coffee! Whether you are wanting peace and quiet with the tranquility coming from gazing over the beautiful Okanagan Lake or you want to energize yourself with sport and adventure. Our beautiful cottage and the resort and surrounding area, is the perfect place to vacation.
La Casa resort offers a variety of activities for the whole family. Everyone can enjoy the 2 refreshing outdoor swimming pools, 3 hot tubs and a private beach area with an aqua park for all ages to enjoy. There is even a small dog beach for your furry family members. For those looking to play-there is mini golf, volley ball, tennis courts, pickle ball and a play ground for the littles. Water sports, including jet skiing, water skiing, boating and fishing are all available through the Okanagan Beach Club (10 minutes south).
More of a land lover-then you're sure to enjoy horseback riding, golfing, biking, ATV, skiing (during winter) and of course, the fantastic shopping available in Vernon, Kelowna and West Kelowna. There are local events and festivals running from May through to October, not to mention the AMAZING 14 wineries all within a 1/2 to 1 hours drive from the resort depending on location. There are several wine tour vans that will come pick your group up at La Casa. Hassle free! Feel free to ask the manager for suggestions.
In addition, Fintry Provincial Park (located 5 minutes drive north of La Casa) offers further areas to explore (Fintry High Farm, water falls, trails, sandy beaches and a boat launch). There are also several ATV trails throughout the local areas.
Our cottage is strategically located within a very short 3 minute walk to the main amenities areas-perfect for small children (pool, hot-tub, playground, tennis, & mini-golf). It is your cottage to enjoy. Take the time, because you and your family deserve it!

The Kootenay Lake Cottage is no fee pet friendly! No cleaniing fee! Weekly only, Friday changeover.
The cottage sleeps 4 in one bedroom with two queen beds. Did I tell you that we welcome pets without fees? We have a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, induction hot plate, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, blender, toaster and all essentials you will need during your stay.
There is a BBQ with propane provided. A fire pit with mountain views on the beach!
The beach offers numerous water toys including a canoe, SUP and a dock for your boat and additional water craft.
The cottage shares the acre with the owner's vacation cottage. The owners appreciate your privacy and keep the beach and dock area free for your personal use.
The cottage is located in the quaint village of Procter, directly on the lake, 30 minutes from Nelson, British Columbia.

Located on the beautiful Southern shore of Shuswap lake, the Blind Bay area is a wonderful spot for family vacations and romantic getaways. Boating, swimming and beach access are just some of the features you get when you rent this property. The cabin has a large covered patio (24 feet x 20 feet) facing west towards Copper Island and the magnificent sunsets. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with an additional double in one room, which looks over the water. Bunk room is close by for younger children. The owner lives on site and maintains property, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Enjoy the hot summer days & warm evenings on a spectacular deck while relaxing and enjoying the moment.
The large private beach and dock is shared, and renters have use of their own private buoy allowing for easy boat usage during the week.

Welcome to Ceramica House. Our private self contained guest cottage boasts a king size bed with a mountain view. The cottage is decorated with art created by your hosts. The exterior is adorned with handmade ceramic murals and tiles dreamed up by Sergio.
The main floor of our 500 square foot cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The open concept space has a comfortable sleep sofa that sleeps one adult. The dining area seats four. The top floor has a king size bed with quality linens and a deck with a view of the Purcells and mount Buchanan. The bathroom is on the top floor and has a large shower, in floor heating and a skylight.
The cottage is situated in a private fully fenced yard with fruit trees an outdoor eating space and BBQ.

The fantabulous Poolside Retreat is located in a quiet area, surrounded by farmland, yet is within a 4-minute drive to the beach and downtown Peachland. The Parrot Sanctuary, children's playground and Wineries are only a short stroll away, plus there are beautiful hiking paths nearby. Our mini-resort offers POOLSIDE SUITE listing number 343741, or our detached CARRIAGE HOUSE, listed here, all set in delightful gardens, just steps away from our seasonal heated saltwater pool with diving board and easy access to our lawned outside games area with badminton/volleyball net. We also only allow paying guests to use our facilities for added safety for our guests and children.
Our detached 2 Bed CARRIAGE HOUSE is approx 100 ft away from the main house and located on the left as you come into our driveway. This is very popular with families and has its own private garden, is nearly 1,000 square feet, has a full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry, 2 bedrooms, one of which leads out onto the private patio with a path leading to the pool area. We welcome children of all ages, and toys, a crib, and a highchair are available. We also have a portable bed that fits into the 2nd twin bed for the 5th guest.
Our two-bedroom POOLSIDE SUITE is located on the lower floor of the main house where we live. The Suite is over 1,000 sq ft. and has two comfy bedrooms, a lounge area conveniently next to the bedrooms with a day bed, a media room with plasma-screen TV, and a kitchenette with breakfast bar, microwave, large toaster oven, fridge, and crockery. It also has a private entrance and patio with a barbecue and a path leading up to the pool area.

It’s about 500 meters to the lake on foot, with roughly 80 meters of elevation change, but it’s also possible to drive directly to the lake and park. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and holiday homes, and this one definitely ranks among the best."

The Loft is a 600 square foot studio on the second floor of a cottage from 1936, the original dwelling on an 8.5 acre property located 10 minutes outside of Vernon, BC. The Loft has a full bathroom, full kitchen, a living room area, a desk, and a bedroom nook with a queen sized bed. Guests have access to a firepit on the property and free parking. There is WiFi. Public walking trails start at the top of the property driveway. We are 20 minutes from Silver Star Mountain and 15 minutes from two lakes. There are multiple provincial parks within a short drive, as well as wineries and other tourist attractions.

Welcome to Valencia Vistas at La Casa Cottage Resort!
***Our mailing address is considered Kelowna, but we are half an hour outside of the city of Kelowna and about 40 minutes outside of Vernon. There are no major grocery stores or gas stations on the way. The location is better for a "stay in/relax/get-a-way from the city" type of vacation, with the occasional trip in to town to the wineries/golf courses etc.
** Our resort has been building its own state of the art water treatment facility for the past 3 years and it finally got put into full operation recently, but we are currently under a "water advisory" notice due the treatment plant start up. Boiling is not required, but is optional. Recent tests have shown no problems with the water.
We do have a small store at the resort which also has a kitchen (counter service with dining area). They do a great job with the store and have some fun stuff (ice cream, special coffee, etc.)
The road to the resort is fairly windy, especially from the Kelowna side and can be narrow at times.

►For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located:
1. Over the garage which monitors the driveway/front yard.

3. Along the backside of the house (not an area where there are decks or patios)
4. Inside the garage (owner's only area)
There are NO inside cameras.
►Pool & hot tubs are open seasonally. Lower pool and hot tub is open approx. May 1 to Canadian Thanksgiving and the upper pool & hot tub are open approx. May 15 to early September. Closures can happen due to maintenance but there will normally be at least one pool and one hot tub open between the start of May and the end of September, but we can not guarantee due to unforseen events.
►The fireplace is for "decor" only. It is a wood burning fireplace, so for liability reasons we ask that guests do not use the fireplace (there are only a couple of wood burning fireplaces in La Casa and one of them had a chimney fire).
► *Families with children please read*
Cottage is family-friendly but not child-proof. Property is NOT FENCED in and the resort is surrounded by wooded nature. Children must be watched by a capable adult. Also, the lower two bedrooms have patio doors that exit to outside and a large fairly steep hill below. There are two locks on each patio door (standard lock and floor lock), but if your child is an escape artist, this may not be a good fit property.
► The resort is in a wooded area that is largely wilderness. As such, it is possible to get 4-6-8 (or more) legged, winged, or crawling visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented even with regular pest control.
► Never leave food items in the vehicles, and never leave food, food leftovers, or trash outside.
► A FEW RULES ◄
►This is a family resort, so no parties. Please respect our neighbours, quiet time is between 9am to 10pm. Fines from bylaw will be charged to guest.
► Guest will need to sign a rental agreement, agree to strata rules, and resort guest registration form via adobe e-sign within 2 days of receipt (guest needs to provide their email address for the e-sign within 24 hours of reservation being accepted).
►Minimum age to rent 28. Photo id needed to verify renter name and age of renter.
►Guests are responsible to review strata rules and are responsible for any fines imposed by the strata for breaking any strata rule.
►Maximum 7 guests, including children/babies and strata fines for over occupancy, which guest is responsible to pay ($200 per fine). Immediate cancellation of booking without refund if maximum occupancy is exceeded.
► No refunds will be given for weather/power/internet outages, fear of driving on narrow roads, change of plans, or life events. Please consider appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE.
►Sorry, no pets (but we can not guarantee there have been no pets, if you are sensitive to this or have allergies).

The Lake View House located in the North Shuswap is situated on a private 1/3 acre in the sunny North Shuswap in Celista, BC. This three bedroom three bathroom home features stunning 180° lake views and is located a short two minute drive to the lake. The north Shuswap offers boating, golfing, zip-lining, white water rafting, wineries, hiking and much more! The Lake View House has everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay. It offers a barbeque, a shed full of beach amenities such as kayaks, beach chairs, water noodles, lifejackets, and yard games such as Bocci, corn hole and ladder golf. The house includes all bedding, towels, beach towels, and fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Downstairs offers a separate entrance, two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and mini kitchen, which is great if there are two couples staying! There is also an air hockey table for inside fun. There is ample free parking, so bring your boat. The free provincial boat launch is a short seven minute drive away. This is a great family place, lots of room for kids to run around and great for couples as it's quiet. Relax by the large fire table as you sip a summer cocktail. The sunsets are amazing, stargazing is beautiful and the views are breathtaking!

Our lovely 2 bedroom plus den cottage has everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable, including unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains! Our cottage is located a short walk from many resort amenities including pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, mini-golf, marina and beach. Spend your days poolside or lakeside and your evenings relaxing on the deck enjoying the spectacular 180 degree views of the lake.
Our cottage has 3 levels; with the primary area on the second and third levels. The space
This 2 bedroom cabin has one queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the second room. There is a single size pull out sofa in the living room, the cabin can sleep up to 6 people. Cable tv and wifi. The cabin has a kitchen and washroom with stand shower.
This cabin is located just a few steps from the beach. Watch the sun set right from the front porch or sit back and relax while watching your family play on the sandy beach.
We have buoys for rent to moor your watercraft, please message to check availability. No boat? No worries, we have a selection of boats available for rent right on site! Call to reserve yours today!
*Brand new this year! We are now dog friendly! If your dog is 25lbs or less, they are now more than welcome to join your vacation for a one time $50 pet fee. Still no cats at this time, we appreciate your understanding!
Dogs are not to be left unattended in the cabins for long periods of time! If they must be left in the cabin, please have them crated at all times! Please always have your dog on a leash when outside and ALWAYS pick up after them! There will be fines if you are observed not picking up your pet waste.
We ask that your dog be well trained and socialized if you are planning to bring them with you. We are a family friendly site with lots of small children and we want to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. We also have a specific beach designated for our furry guests to use. Look for the sign on the far side of the dock near the boat launch!
We want all of our guests experiences to be enjoyable while staying with us! If your dog barks or howls constantly while left alone in the cabin, you will be asked to board them at our nearby kennel up the road.
*It will be at managements discretion if we feel a dog may not be suitable to this environment and thus will be asked to leave with no refund or be boarded at one of our local kennels for the remainder of your stay.*

Other things to note
As these are lakefront cabins, this means there is a higher density of lake insects, please do not be alarmed if you see some in or around your cabin.

No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

While our mailing address is in Kelowna, the resort is located about a 30-minute drive from Kelowna and 40 minutes from Vernon. There are no major grocery stores or gas stations along the way, so we recommend stocking up before you arrive. Our peaceful, off-the-beaten-path setting is ideal for a relaxing, “stay-in” getaway, with the option for day trips to nearby wineries, golf courses, and other local attractions.
Please note: the roads leading to the resort are narrow and winding, especially closer to the property. We recommend driving during daylight hours if you’re unfamiliar with the area.

Water Advisory Notice:
We are currently under a Water Advisory due to the commissioning of our new water treatment plant. A reverse osmosis system is being installed to provide clean drinking water on demand. In the meantime, if you wish to use tap water for drinking or cooking, please boil it for 3 minutes. The filtered water tap is located at the kitchen sink. Please note: the fridge and ice maker are not connected to the filtration system.
