SeaSong's open concept design & beach house charm will surround you in comfort while the gas fireplace, 2 flatscreen TVs & DVD entertains.

Spacious, well laid out & equipped for serious foodies, the kitchen features a large island with seating for up to 4, stainless steel appliances including a new gas range & dishwasher, fridge & microwave. Coffee lovers can enjoy a French press, drip brew or Nespresso. A variety of teas & other beverages are also on hand, as well as an excellent selection of spices, herbs & staples.

SeaSong's bedroom boasts an ultra comfortable premium queen bed, 38" flatscreen TV, built-in electric fireplace & washer/dryer. The ocean themed bathroom includes heated tile floors & a deep soaker tub with fireplace view.

The additional lounge area includes a very comfortable (really!) Lazy Boy double air-topper sleeper sofa - a floor to ceiling curtain divides the sleeping space from the living area.

The entire suite has been extremely well sound-separated from the main floor to ensure privacy.

Enjoy coffee or Happy Hour on the ocean view deck from the comfort of your Adirondack chairs while the resident birds entertain. You'll find a table for 2 & gas grill for more outdoor living. In the fall & winter months, cozy up by the fire with a good book or movie. Pamper yourself with a professional in-suite massage by a registered therapist.

A deluxe SeaSong Welcome Basket greets guests with fresh organic coffee & the 'fixings', organic fruit (local when in season), wine, chocolate & more.

Bicycles, beach chairs & towels, croquet & bocci add to the summer fun. Stroll the beachwalk to cafes & bistros, explore Blackie Spit bird sanctuary or bike the myriad of beach paths. Winery touring, horseback riding, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, art galleries & more are all close at hand.

SeaSong is 10 minutes to the neighbouring oceanside town of White Rock with its famous wooden pier (the longest in Canada!) & a wonderful array of restaurants, bars & shops. A 45 minute drive brings you to downtown Vancouver & 10 minutes takes you to the US border with Seattle 1 1/2 hours beyond. Wonderful day trip options abound!

Please note, a railway line runs through the community of Crescent Beach and near the Property. As you'll see from our reviews, the majority of our guests do not find it to be a problem, and in fact many enjoy the historic charm it represents. Also to note, access to SeaSong is up 12 stairs from the street level parking.

An easy 3 minute walk to Crescent Beach where you can enjoy the beautiful beach with breathtaking sunsets. The beach has seasonal paddle board and kayak lessons /rentals. This is the perfect place for families and friends to gather, adventure and make memories. Kid-friendly and close to many beaches, sights, cafes, restaurants, basketball court and playground. Truly a perfect coastal getaway!

The cottage features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and free parking in the private driveway for two vehicles.

Our cottage is located in a very peaceful and private location near Wood Shire, Sunny Side and Crescent Park. The back yard is very private and surround by trees which most of them bloom flowers in the early spring making it even more of a sight!

Come stay in our quaint remodeled beach bungalow. Memories of days at the beach ~ out the back gate, a short lane walk to the beach. Bikes on the lawn, bocce in the yard, meals al fresco on the deck and evenings enjoying the ocean air. Nostalgic beach living!

The bungalow is located in the heart of Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach is a wonderful family oriented beach with lots of space to explore. It is a unique beach community with lots of restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops.

The bungalow has large rear patio which is a private oasis surrounded by beautiful mature fruit trees. There is a tabletop fire table to enjoy cozy evenings outside. The bungalow has a small fully fenced yard with lots of mature landscaping. The bungalow has a large kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessities. Including a bright and airy dining nook perfect for morning coffee.

Bedroom #1 has queen size bed. Bedroom #2 has a set of twin beds. The bungalow sleeps 4 comfortably.

Curl up on the comfy couch in front of the large great room fireplace to read or to watch TV. Next to the greatroom there is a large family style dining area which also works great as a remote based working spot.

The bungalow is pet friendly. We believe no vacation is complete without your furry best friend! Bring your fur baby and explore the local park trails or play in the water at the dog parks located in Crescent Beach. The bungalow even comes equipped with a comfy dog bed, dog bowls and biodegradable doggy bags. **Pets must be fully housetrained and are not to be left unattended for extended periods of time.

A short drive from the bungalow is Ocean Park Village center where you will find a Safeway, Starbucks, a fresh produce market, pharmacy, pub, liquor store and other specialty stores.

The bungalow is a short drive from White Rock and all the action of it's boardwalk and the many restaurants to explore. It is conveniently located close to the US/Canada border. And a 10min drive to the hwy to access Vancouver. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the bungalow.

**Crescent Beach is a quiet family oriented residential community. Parties or events at the bungalow property are strictly prohibited. Owners live in the neighborhood so are available if the need arises.

** Please note: there is a train that runs through the community of Crescent Beach. The train is part of the charm of our little seaside community but can be heard multiple times per day.

Two minutes after you walk out the back gate of The Lazy Butterfly Cottage, leaving the expansive yard with outdoor dining and barbecue area, you will be on beautiful Crescent Beach. There is ample parking on the private driveway leading into this inviting character cottage resplendent with Canadiana antiques and indoor fireplace. Whether you choose to lie in the backyard hammock or walk down the beach for dinner, The Lazy Butterfly and Crescent Beach will steal your heart.

The space
Well equipped self contained main floor of duplex with large kitchen equipped with everything you need to dine in or barbeque in the sun drenched backyard. on your patio. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds (crib and stroller available). Inviting indoor fireplace for those chilly nights. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Guest access
The entirety of the main floor duplex is yours to enjoy with no shared space or access. The large backyard has two separate patio areas each with its own barbecue and dining set up as well as two beautiful gardens.
