We are located between 2 beaches - Crescent Beach (11 min drive) & White Rock Beach(8 min drive), both having excellent restaurants, only difference is Crescent Beach is quieter and has free parking. Crescent beach is an excellent beach for family as it offers swimming with posted lifeguards. There is an array of beach activities, restaurants, coffee cafe's, fish and chips, ice-cream and gelato bars. White Rock has a lot to offer as well for restaurants, gelato bars and specialty shops
US Border is 10 min drive with all the US shopping just minutes down the highway. Two golf courses just 8 minute drive. Vancouver & Abbotsford Airports are 30-40 minutes away. There are many things to do from wine tasting, salmon fishing, a Granville Island visit or touring Vancouver all within a short distance. White Rock area will rain half as much as other areas in the Vancouver area for the months of Nov, Dec & Jan - it's a great place to be in the winter months too!

Lovely bright one bedroom private suite. Suite contains a full kitchen with comfortable lounge with a sofa and a flat screen TV and a dining area/work desk with wireless wifi. Newly installed granite kitchen and Bathroom worktops.
Stays longer than one week can have the suite cleaned for free including new bedding and towels and personal washing done. Just contact me if any new towels or bedding is required before that and I will happily accommodate.

The suite is fully furnished and has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle etc and with a large stainless steel fridge/freezer that makes it feel like home. Basic toiletries are supplied and if there is anything you have forgotten just ask! The self-contained suite is available for both short term and longer term let. There is free on-street parking. No driveway parking unless arranged on the day.
