- Open concept kitchen, living space is great for entertaining or games night with the family. Which includes a 65" smart tv with built in speaker system with Bluetooth capability, great for watching the game or a Netflix and chill kind of day.
- Coffee station is included in the kitchen for enjoying a relaxed morning on the private patio. A Keurig and pods are available for your convenience. An espresso machine is also available, but you will need to bring you own ground coffee.
- Master Bedroom has a comfy king size bed and 55" smart tv. The ensuite bathroom includes a custom walk-in shower and essentials you need.
- Guest Bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and 32" tv with Apple Box.
- In suite laundry is available with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.
- Each bathroom includes extra supplies and essentials you may require if you forget your own.

You and your family, including up to two well behaved pups, have access to the entire two-bedroom suite. Reserved covered parking, within the gated property, is close to the front door. A private covered patio and small backyard are for you and your pup to enjoy as well. Of course, we ask that you clean up after your pup and respect the privacy of the owners by not touring around the property, this includes the attached garage.
Other things to note
You will no doubt meet our friendly black lab, Cash... like the man in black. He is quite talkative when company rolls into the property but don't worry, he warms up quickly to everyone and will be your best buddy.
We also have two sassy cats that manage the property... Mesha and Ruby. Please do not let them into the guest house, no matter how cute they are when begging to get in.
The water system is coming from a well and can sometimes have a smell to it and can occasionally leave marks in the sinks or toilets, it's totally natural and not anything to worry about. There is a reverse osmosis on the drinking tap on the kitchen sink as well as the fridge and ice maker.
Of course, we have some basic rules ... in the guest house and on the property, there is absolutely no smoking, no vaping and no partying.
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. However, if you have little ones included in your party, please reach out to us prior to your visit so we can arrange a pack and play for your convenience.
Although we enjoy a private country setting, we still do have neighbors and ask everyone respect their right to quiet enjoyment.
It also important to note that we are in a county setting which means sometimes there is some wildlife to enjoy. This means we don't leave garbage outside so as not to attract a bear.
