5. No smoking/vaping/drug use of any kind in the yard or on the property and please be courteous with regards to early morning or late night noise.

6. Bring slippers as the flooring is vinyl plank and you will be much cozier wearing indoor footwear.

7. Our family of 4 (children ages 13 + 15) and our 3-legged dog, Bella the beagle, reside upstairs so please do expect noise that comes with an active family of four residing in the main area of the home.

8. The person who books the suite must be staying. No booking the suite on behalf of others.

Lovely bright one bedroom private Suite contains a full granite kitchen with comfortable lounge with a large sofa and a large flat screen TV and a dining area/work desk with wireless wifi. The suite is fully furnished and has a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc and with a fridge/freezer that makes it feel like home. Basic toiletries and are there and if there is anything you have forgotten just ask! The self-contained suite is available for both short term and longer term let. Newly installed granite kitchen and bathroom worktops.
We also have another suite next door that sleeps 2 on a queen bed. Ask for details.
Free parking is available on-street. No driveway parking.
Stays longer than one week can have the suite cleaned for free including new bedding and towels and personal washing done. Just contact me if any new towels or bedding is required before that and I will happily accommodate.

Majority of the basement floor was carpeted and felt very soft to walk on. It had everything you would need including towels, washer/dryer, utensils/plates, parking spot, and cleaning supplies. Sukh also had the fans in each room turned on before we arrived. The sofa and dining chairs were a little old, but the sofa was a recliner so it was enjoyable! The TV also had a Netflix subscription on it. The hosts were very friendly and were ready to help if needed. The check-in process was also very easy due to the keypad lock. The location is close to many grocery stores, gas stations, the Trans-Canada highway, and the SkyTrain stations. For $105 a night, this place was a steal and I will definitely return. My family and I had a great experience overall."

Please no music outside the home as it’s a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Hot tub is always heated and ready to use unless going through maintenance.

Pool can be heated for an extra $150 a day (must have it on for entire stay). We do not heat the pool during winter months (November to March) as it’s too cold to swim even with heat, this avoids gas wastage as heating costs are super high. Please note the firepace is not an amenity and cosmetic.

Our apartment was wonderfully equipped for cooking and relaxing on the couch in front of the TV on a freezing cold day. And with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and vacuum, it was easy to keep the space clean for our extended stay."

The spot is in a little bit of a weird location where before you get to the house it is kind of an industrial automotive complex but once you get past that it is a nice neighborhood. The host was very nice and let us in when we arrived late at night to the location. The house has 3 different living locations. There is one basement and one living area where the host lives. I didnt know what to expect when arriving so having that explanation on expedia would be nice before renting so you knew the layout a little better. There is no table to eat at if you want to cook but we made it work with a little coffee table. They have all utensils and plates that you need. There are 2 walk in closets. They have a nice heating system and heated floors which felt very good during the cold night. The view was very nice as well. Overall I had a great time. "

The Kambere residence is found in quiet Fraser Heights in North Surrey. Close to public transit, however if you are doing personal driving it is only 20 min. to downtown Vancouver. People of all backgrounds all over the world will find our home hospitable and very welcoming. The recreation center with GYM is only 10 min walk. Restaurants and fast foods like subway and A&W and Starbucks are only 10 min walk. Bust stops 5 min from residence.
