• Heating is controlled remotely by us, and it’s set to ensure guest comfort. However, we know preferences vary, so please let us know if you’d like a different setting. For added comfort, there are also oil heaters and fans available in the suite.
• Washer and dryer access is shared with us upstairs, so feel free to use them as needed. You do not need to reserve a time.

If you're traveling with a companion, we can provide a comfortable 6-inch, three-fold medium-firm floor mattress. This space is ideal for one guest, but if you have a second guest who doesn’t mind crashing for a night or two on a floor mattress, it’s an option as well. While the space may feel snug having two people, storing the floor mattress away during the day will maximize roominess, making it a viable option for accommodating a second guest. The space is thoughtfully designed in a bohemian style, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Additionally, you may hear piano practice for about three hours each day, sometimes in the evening too. If you are an early sleeper let us know :). Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.

Welcome to our urban boho room in the heart of the picturesque Osprey Village in Pitt Meadows! This charming upstairs room offers a unique blend of urban and natural elements, providing a serene retreat for travelers. The full bathroom is just right beside your room. The room has a twin size bed with a trundle bed underneath it for the second guest. Your room is directly across from other bedrooms upstairs where the host sleeps.

The living room is a shared common spaces (sharing with our family of 4). The living room features comfortable sofas for relaxation and a grand piano available for rent at $20/hour (and only when hosts are home). Please refrain from using the pianos unless you've made a rental request.

Guests will enter through the front door, shared with the owner, using a secure keypad entry system. Please note that our home is often filled with the joyful sounds of our 3-year-old and 9-year-old on the first floor during the day, along with some delightful piano practice sounds. We will do our best to keep it down as much as we can during your stay. We will also stay out of your way to give you privacy. We observe quiet time from 10 pm to 7:30 am to ensure a restful night's sleep for all.
