Unit has a full kitchen including dishwasher, quality cookware and fittings. There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom with a shower/tub. Heated polished concrete floors throughout, exposed engineered beams and open concept layout. In White Rock, 1 minute walk down the city stairs to beach. Dedicated driveway outside the door and is easiest with a small or medium vehicle. Bedroom one is larger and has a king sized bed and large closet. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a wardrobe. We can convert the two twins to a King-short upon advance request. Owners live in the upper unit of this home in case you need anything during your stay. Everyone is welcome in our home but please, no pets, parties, or smoking or drug use of any kind on the property. A few comments about cleaning: Reasonable tidiness during your stay is enormously appreciated!! Food, sand, and any other messes must be tidied during your stay, not left to accumulate. We cannot accommodate diapers in our garbage or large amounts of garbage as we have biweekly residential pickup. Recycling must be rinsed as housekeeping team does not have time to clean guest recycling and city won't take containers with food debris. We pride ourselves in a well kept space. Our modest cleaning fee covers turnover/reset and not deep cleaning. Extra guests not noted in booking are not permitted. Our pricing reflects our max guests and business license. We are light sleepers and weren’t bothered by noises from upstairs or the street. During our stay there was an extra visitors pass for our guests and it made for a less stressful trip for them. The only improvement, we would suggest is shampoo/conditioner. We never travel with it but it wasn’t listed as an amenity either. Overall it was a A+ stay and we would highly recommend it to others. Overlooking Semiahmoo Bay 180 degree vista takes in views of Mount Baker, Active Pass and all of the Gulf Islands in between. Watch the sun rise and set from your large covered private patio. Stairs lead to the beach, Promenade, with restaurants and shops, the famous White Rock and pier. Nature is at your doorstep . The property backs onto a 28 acre forest nature park, which has over 3 miles of walking trails and year round streams. We are frequently visited by Eagles, song birds, woodpeckers and other inhabitants of the nature park. Public transit just steps away. Centrally located with easy access to Vancouver, the Vancouver International airport, B.C Ferry terminals to Vancouver Island, Whistler Village and the United States border. The suite was very homely with a few essentials provided by the owner (eg. tea bags, milk, eggs etc.) and after a long journey this was very welcoming. It took us a while to settle in and work out how the coffee machine worked, but we soon sorted it. It was so nice to be able to sit on the paved area just outside the door and admire the view whilst eating breakfast or having a glass of wine. Although White Rock is a bit hilly we didn't mind, although some people might so a car would be important. Also a train passes by adjacent to the promenade, but at slow speed. This again was a joy to see and even though this happened everyday it became an event for us. Plenty to see if you don't mind a bit of travelling especially as the city of Vancouver is about an hour away. If you do visit this area we'd highly recommend Grouse Mountain. A perfect location on the edge of town with restaurants, etc. in the town only an enjoyable short walk away. We'd gladly stay here again.....if only for the hosts informative help, conversation and of course the cookies ;-) PS. We were so lucky with the weather. Bright, sunny and warm everyday."

Living area has new oversized loveseat and chair with dining bar top table for two. 50" tv with Netflix and full cable complete the space.
Built in to the wall is the kitchenette (no stove/oven) where guests will find a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, scissors, can opener, are also available.
Spacious ensuite bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Also, under the sink guests will find dish soap/cloths
Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with western exposure, making it a bright and sun soaked space. Filled with lush flowers (seasonal) makes for a perfect spot for barbecuing and enjoying a meal.

Access is off of lane. Guests will also have access to a parking space (if needed) in the back of house. The lane is off of foster between prospect and buena vista, drive down to the end of the lane to the green house, the middle parking spot is for guests. The entrance to the suite is off of the patio.

The space is a 2 BR and has an electric fireplace in the living room and central air conditioning. In suite laundry.
We live in a great location with excellent walking trails and are only minutes to the beach and everything one might need on vacation or business stay. The bus to Vancouver stops about 50 feet from our door, providing easy access to the city for those without a vehicle.

Other things to note
We are about 5-10 minutes drive from the Peace Arch and Pacific Highway border crossings, for those making the journey from the US.

During this time with Covid we want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness, including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also, all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water.
The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left reasonably clean as it was at check-in. If the house isn't left reasonably clean extra cleaning fees will be charged to back to the guest. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules. During this time, we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.
Please note there are exterior security cameras at the front door/drive way/porch. These are only used to deter break-ins, or vandalism to the home.
Our house is a thirty-minute drive from Vancouver airport and forty minutes from downtown Vancouver. We are a five-minute drive to Peace Arch Border for entering the US and two-hour drive to Seattle!!!

Our property is a 10 minute drive to the Peace Arch Border crossing. The suite is new and modern. Great WiFi, and Free Netflix, free Shaw TV channels on a 65" TV. There is a romantic electric fireplace that can emit heat or only ambiance. The suite does not have a view, but White Rock beach is walking distance away (can be a challenge because of steep downhill slope). There is a security safe large enough for 15" laptop.
King size bed. The apartment sleeps 2 people and we do not allow sleeping on the couch.

We are walking distance to public tennis courts, the public pool and close to wonderful golf courses. We are very close to the USA border (Peace Arch Crossing -- 10 min drive). The apartment is a few blocks away from SOFTBALL CITY in South Surrey. There are wonderful outlet shopping stores at Morgan Crossing (10 min drive), where we have a Banana Republic, Aldo etc. There is also a Walmart, Superstore, Home Depot, Winners and some great restaurants.

On the top floor you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the White Rock Pier and Semiahmoo Bay. The space
With a contemporary and peaceful vibe, the suite is fully equipped and offers a calm, relaxing stay. Start your day with a fresh cup of Nespresso and take it outside on the covered patio before heading out to explore the area. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware for basic meal preparations. All the other amenities in the suite – from the bathroom amenities to Wifi access, charging stations and board games for a rainy day –are designed to entertain and make your stay comfortable.
The suite is ideal for a couple (1 queen bed in bedroom) or a young family (pull-out sofa in the living room).

The property is accessed via a private walkway on the west side of the building (right side of the house) that brings you to a private patio and a private key-less entrance to the suite.
Parking is available in our driveway, free of charge.
Other things to note
No shoes inside the suite. Please remove shoes once entering and leave them outside or inside by the door. Designated shoe trays are found at the entrance.
Our place is a residential neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation and shops nearby.
There is a private little patio with a bistro table and chairs, as well as a small Weber BBQ for your exclusive use. In addition, our backyard (shared) is available for your use - trampoline, soccer net, bacci set, badminton for kids.
There are a number of award-winning wineries in the vicinity, within a 20-minute drive in the South Surrey and Langley areas that are worth checking out.

This private courtyard, dog friendly suite ( $25 pet fee), with private entrance is part of my home located in central White Rock. About a 10 minute walk down the hill to White Rock Pier and Marine Drive. The suite is open and airy with solid maple floors throughout, overheight ceilings, and expansive windows overlooking the patio and peekaboo views towards the Pacific Ocean and San Juan Islands.

The space
This large open concept suite (approx 400 sqft) is split between the sleeping and living areas with a separate ensuite bath. The bedroom contains a standard queen size pillow top bed (60”x80”), with hypoallergenic duvet and pillows. The pillows and mattress are all protected with hypoallergenic casings for added comfort. A large armoire ,drawers and luggage rack provide great storage space.
Living area has an oversized loveseat, occasional chair, and a bar top table for two. 50" 4K Telus Optik, Netflix, and full cable complete the space.
Built in to the wall is the “kitchenette” (no stove/oven) where guests will find a microwave, small fridge stocked with filtered water (ice is available), toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker (coffee provided). Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, scissors, can opener, are also available. (Some items may be located in the coffee table)
Spacious ensuite bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Also, under the sink guests will find dish soap/cloths. Bathrobes are also provided.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with western exposure, making it a bright and sun soaked space. Filled with lush flowers and plants (seasonal), makes for a perfect spot for barbecuing and enjoying a meal.

Access is off of lane. Guests will also have access to a parking space (if needed) in the back of house. The lane is off of foster between prospect and buena vista, drive down to the end of the lane to the green house, the middle parking spot is for guests. The entrance to the suite is off of the patio.
