If excessive cleaning is necessary due to bodily fluids/biohazard, you will be charged at least $100 extra, possibly more depending on the severity of the situation. This extra charge is at the sole discretion of the host.

Although not required, we highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance. Whether the issue for needing to cancel is illness or accident, bad weather, air quality concerns, flight delays or cancellations or any other reason you are unable to make the trip, travel insurance will be your refund opportunity. We will not act as your travel insurer. Please be sure to read our cancellation policy, which will be not be modified or adjusted.

When the Sun Shines, this place soaks it up! It's sunny here far more often than many places in Western Washington.

Perfect for 2 people, however, it Can Sleep 7 People --- but it will be tight.

There is one main bedroom with a queen size bed and TV PLUS a tiny bunk bedroom with 3 single beds & TV.

HOWEVER...The bunk room is directly connected to the shower, there is a door for privacy, but you will have to negotiate access to the room with the person who may be taking a shower.

We have another queen size fold out bed for the living room. ALL BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE according to reports by MOST people.

The shower has double shower heads!!!

Living room has both a sofa and a love seat. There is also a gas fireplace which warms the apartment quickly. THERE IS NO TV IN THE LIVING ROOM, it would take away from the views, but each bedroom has 2 large screen TVs.

The Kitchen has Pots, Pans, Sinks, 4 burner gas stove plus gas oven, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Grinder and ORGANIC Coffee, Full Size Refrigerator, Plates, Glasses, Bowls and more; it is setup with all that you will need for cooking good quality meals.

About our Authentic Home Made India Food - Of course it is delicious. We use pesticide free and organic ingredients to the extent that is possible. We do serve food most nights with advanced notice, frequently we can serve you on short notice, and sometimes things come up and we just cannot provide food service, even if you have arranged it in advance. So please understand, we will do our best to honor our commitment to serve food but there are no guarantees. Ask for our menu. This is an add on charge.

ROAD NOISE: We do have some road noise. MOST guests barely notice it. SOME guests do have issues with it. If you are highly sensitive to noise or can't stop focusing on it, then this is not the place for you. We live here and rarely notice it. It is the worst when standing outside in the drive way and trying to have a conversation. But inside of the units, out back enjoying the amazing views, which is where most people spend most of their time, most people don't even notice it. It is barely audible.

GUEST NOISES: From time to time we have guests downstairs who have a little to much of a good time, too much to drink and get a bit noisy. It does carry up through the floor when that happens. We ask them, and you, not to do that and it is a house rule to keep it quiet especially after 10pm.

Likewise we ask you to keep your noise level down. Especially moving furniture around does make loud scraping sounds downstairs, so just be aware and respectful of the downstairs guests. They have been told there could be noise coming from upstairs, please, just try not to make it excessive.

Super walkable location at the base of Cap Sante just 1/2 Block from Commercial Boat Launch. Filtered views of working waterfront. Easy 4 block walk or bike to downtown Anacortes with lots of shops and restaurants. Walk or bike a few blocks to Cap Sante Marina where Anthonys and the Cabana are located or you can book a whale watching tour. Similar distance up to the viewpoint of Cap Sante overlooking the entire Cap Sante Boat basin, downtown Anacortes and beyond. Saturdays at the Farmers Market are also an easy walk/ bike. Watch the boats being built at Dakota Creek or bring a picnic to one of the many little pocket beaches in the neighborhood. Hop on a bike and ride the Tommy Thompson Trail and out across Padilla Bay on the old railroad trestle. The location is in the middle of everything of all the fun of downtown Anacortes but yet tucked away on a peaceful quiet street.

However, if you are looking for perfection this is probably not the right fit for your stay. Our goal is perfect imperfectness that is affordable. The stairs are circa 1905, the neighbors yard is not super tidy, you might hear industrious noises from the shipyard and the occasional clank of the barge ramp while it is loading up to bring supplies over to the islands and you will most definitely hear seagulls squawking. You will also catch glimpses of boats of all sizes and tankers with escort tugs going thru the Guemes channel and on foggy morning hear the fog horns. Walk the 1/2 block to the public access and get an unobstructed view of boats in the Guemes Channel Shipping Lane.

Vintage 1905 House located in the first platted block of Anacortes. All the charm of yesteryear (stairs still creak) but updated on the inside with an eclectic comfortable style. The outside of the home is still a work in progress. This is an older transitional neighborhood tucked between working waterfront and the waterfront view mansions on Cap Sante.

Use of the entire home is yours for the duration of your stay. The house is on one story with easy access and two separate bedrooms. We’ve supplied the home with high speed WIFI, two televisions with streaming options, and a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials.
Other things to note
SEPTIC - please remember that the systems along this stretch of beach are all individually designed and aren’t built to service large crowds of people over long stretches of time. In particular, please don’t put anything into the system that isn’t toilet paper. This includes napkins, wipes, paper towels, and feminine hygiene products. The last thing any of us want during your stay is an malfunctioning septic system!

WASHER AND DRYER – we offer the use of the washer and dryer by our guests. Please limit use of these appliances to one load per day. Once again this comes down to overuse of the washer in particular being a potential source of stress on our septic system.

BEACH ACCESS AND HIGH BANK – please be careful! In particular the bank in the front yard is steep. In the 68 years our family has been in possession of the property no one has ever tumbled over the bank, but you never know. Especially with little children this is always a concern. If you want to access the beach be aware that once you get down to the bottom of the stairs off the concrete bulkhead there’s not much of a landing area. We attempt to keep the driftwood clear but it is constantly changing configuration. Those with limited mobility wishing to access the beach should do so at the public entrance at the end of the meadow down the street.

ARTWORK – throughout the house you will see framed watercolors. All of these are original artwork done by the host and are offered for sale. Your host is a long-standing collected artist who has pieces in private collections all over the world. If you are interested in purchasing please let the us know.

TELEVISION – both TVs are “Roku” devices which support virtually all of the major streaming services. Please be advised that we don’t provide subscriptions for our guests to use. If a particular service is already logged in, feel free to use it. Otherwise you will have to log in using your own account.

KITCHEN – we try to make sure that whatever is in the refrigerator (condiments, drinks etc) is current. Please feel free to consume whatever is on hand. It is also okay to leave extras behind. We especially appreciate any unopened bottles of wine, beer and/or hard seltzer that you can’t find room for in your vehicle. Any open bottles of hard liquor are also greatly appreciated.

LINENS – we put bath towels, hand towels and washcloths out for the number of guests we are expecting. Sheets and pillowcases on all the beds are fresh.

Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. The space
The Studio is separate from our main residence, and it is roomy, at 375 sq. ft. Our setting is 2.5 acres of garden and woodlands. You will see wildlife if you watch carefully for it, including quail, eagles, hawks, blue heron, coyote, and rabbits. Since we are rural, on clear nights you may even see the stars through the skylight windows in your room, or moonlight. In the Springtime, the frogs sing in serenade from the pond!

You have access to the entire North half of the upstairs in what has long been known as "the barn." It is actually a two-story garage, workroom, and flower drying facility, and greenhouse, and was used for many years as part of the dried flower production and gift shop businesses of its former owners.

Other things to note
The property is accessed via a short one-lane gravel lane with turnouts. We all pull over with a smile and a wave, to allow others by! Your parking is located directly at the foot of the balcony stairs by the two white concrete posts.

The TV is a Smart (Internet TV) not cable - but you will have fast Wifi and can sign in to your Netflix or other accounts to watch on the TV.

- "It was awesome" - "The apt was clean, quiet, comfortable, walking distance to town and the Marina. Just what we were looking for during 1st time visit to Ana Cortes. Property manager as very responsive and helpful" - "We are not a fan of busy noisy hotels so this rental was a nice alternative. Quiet unit, quiet neighborhood, not a lot of traffic noises. Our rental was very spacious. With 2 separate bedrooms, a nice size tv room with large dining table and a full kitchen. The outdoor shared patio looked very inviting but we didnot have time to sit out there. Very conviently located not only to neighboring cities but just a short distance to local restaurants and stores. When we have more time we really hope to come back and stay a bit longer to see all that Anacortes has to offer."

The Rosario Ridge is about a ten minute drive from downtown Anacortes. Anacortes is a charming, historic town which boasts museums, a plethora of culinary spots, wine tastings, boutique shops, art galleries, and strolling along the waterfront there is plenty to keep you busy.
There is great hiking nearby, whale watching opportunities and is the gateway to the San Juan Islands.
In the spring the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is a must see, but throughout the year there are many festivals and markets nearby to delight the most discerning.

While walking the roads around the Rosario Ridge is nice as they are quiet and not well travelled, we recommend a vehicle so you can visit all the amazing outdoor and city entertainment nearby.

As a professionally managed property you will receive top notch service and communication. PNW Concierge has a team ready to assist you before and during your stay.

A Rental Agreement regarding the home is required to be signed by the guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreement will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.
The home is not child-proofed - there are no covers on the outlets, or locks on cabinets and drawers containing cleaning products, sharp items, etc. You are responsible for taking precautions to keep your children safe.
The property has easy access to a quiet road and treed area, please keep your children within sight distance.
In respect of our neighbors we ask for quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
Our good neighbor policy is in the documents we send prior to your arrival, please read and adhere to them.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

1 - Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM).
2 - Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $300 and registration are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (11 AM), changes can not be done after 11 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable.
12 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
13 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.

11 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY: Amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking: $300. As an API software connected Host, we are entitled to ask for a preventive fee in case of damages with the usage of a 3rd party. Airbnb's policy, see here:
In situations where the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, we will utilize the resolution center to address the liability for these damages. Through this process, Airbnb may either charge the cost to your card or apply AirCover for resolution.
12 - REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both (Deposit and registration) accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 11 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account

The Retreat is a beautiful cabin on 10 wooded acres with expansive views of the Straits of Juan de Fuca, the Olympics, Pass Lake, and Naked Man Valley. We adjoin Deception Pass Park and are just up the road from Morris Graves' old place, The Rock. We live on a secluded, gravel road (in very good shape) that winds uphill through tall cedars and firs for about a mile. We are 3-5 minutes from all the Park entrances and 15 minutes from Anacortes town or the San Juan Islands ferries.

The space
A living room/kitchenette/dining area comprises the main room of the cabin, with sliding glass doors that open to a deck with a view to the west, and, on the other side of the room, sliding wood doors that open to the bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: the kitchen is a KITCHENETTE, not a full kitchen. It does NOT include a stovetop, or hot plate, or conventional oven. It has pretty much everything else, though: a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, cutting board, salad bowl and tongs, microwave bowl, and all the utensils, plates, bowls, etc. that you should need. The futon couch in the main room folds out to a double bed futon. The bedroom is behind solid sliding doors, for privacy, and has a queen bed. Bathroom has a tub/shower. The covered carport is attached.

Guests have exclusive access to the guest house and complete privacy. Our main house is separate, and about 70 feet away.

The condo is multi-level, with a bottom level, the main level, and the top level.

Upon entering the condo on the bottom level, you’ll have a place in the entryway for your jackets and shoes if your choose, from there you’ll head up a flight of stairs to the main living area on the second level. The kitchen, dining space, living room, and work space are located on this level along with a half bath. Also located on this level is the mini split AC unit.

Up the second flight of stairs to the third level are the 2 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom, and washer a dryer in the closet at the top of the landing for convenience.

You will get to enjoy the full space for yourself. Parking is located behind the condo, or across the street at the public parking area in front of the retirement home.

Spring is our favorite time of year in Skagit County. The Trumpeter swans grace the sky, they look like a poem. The Snow geese are visiting as well and you can hear them honking as they fly overhead. They will be heading back North soon, but so worth seeing. The eagles are local too, majestic and busy with their nests.
Blossoms abound, pears and cherry trees parade in pink and white. Spring shouts here, there is no whisper. Come, celebrate the year's rebirth. Come and visit, make memories.

The space
Tranquil views of the Puget Sound with privacy and quiet. Situated on the northernmost point of Puget sound, we're five miles from Anacortes where charming restaurants and shops abound in the scenic downtown area. As planned, we just replaced our HOT TUB, so it's new and easy to relax in. Anacortes Ferry Terminal is only about 15 minutes away, Swinomish Casino is only 5 minutes from here. Riverside, La Conner with its busy retail shops, is about eleven miles distant. There are several good restaurants in both locations. Skagit is Farm Country and the food experience here is outstanding. The suite is private and comfy, extra spacious and homey. Attached sitting room, patio access and a comfortable bedroom with full bath make your stay stress free.

We use allergen free unscented laundry detergent to keep our sheets soft and comfy. We deep clean with natural products to maintain sanitary spaces for our guests.

Our 2.5 acre property allows for walks in the garden, access to the water, relaxing on the patio and chilling on the porch swing. What more could you ask for? Memories made here!

We are only 10 minutes from Deception Pass bridge, definitely a must-see, sunsets are glorious, and hiking nearby in the park is not to be missed. It's one of our favorite places. Spring Wine festival, La Conner Guitar Festival, Anacotes Boat Show, Shipwreck Days in summer or Beer on the Pier in autumn are scheduled this year. Lots of Hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, clamming, crabbing, whale watching and boating nearby. Nothing says you can't just relax and catch sight of one of our resident raptors.

Electric fireplace, TV with Chromecast that you can stream from your phone or ipad, kitchenette with microwave, coffee and tea provided, coffeemaker, toaster, sink, fridge, dishes etc. table and two chairs. This special place is located on Burroughs Bay close to everything centrally located between deception pass and downtown Anacortes making it easy to plan your visit. This is a great place to crash if you need to catch an early morning ferry, or planning a hike or Riding a bike around this beautiful island. The space
This is a very unique property with shared spaces. The crows nest shares a bathroom with the Eagles nest. The access to the backyard is through the other blue gate on the opposite side of the house that gets you to the backyard, the hot tub, the breakfast nook, and the beautiful views of the San Juan Islands!

As a guest of the crows nest, you have access to your one room cabin and a rooftop patio. You also have access to a bathroom, hot tubs and the backyard with a fire pit, pizza oven, and BBQ. As well as our breakfast nook where you will find a blender, air fryer/convection oven, beverages for purchase and snacks and treats.

The 2025 Skagit Valley Tulip Festival will take place from April 1–30, and includes the Tulip Festival Street Fair, an art exhibit and parade.

We are conveniently located only 10 miles to the tulip Fields in the heart of the Skagit Valley. Enjoy the best of both worlds.

We have a total of 5 cabins on the property with 2 hot tubs we ask you limit your time to 20 minutes if you see others are waiting. The bathroom is shared with the Eagles nest.

Welcome to this serene and spacious farmhouse get-away. Located on beautiful south Fidalgo island, you are 7 minutes to Deception Pass bridge, 13 minutes to downtown Anacortes, and 17 minutes to the ferry terminal to the San Juan islands. Curl up with a good book, watch a movie or just relax and enjoy our beautiful view of north Whidbey island and Deception Pass. Our gardens explode in summertime so feel free to wander and pick flowers, fruit or vegetables in season.

The space
We live on an acre in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the beach. You will have about 1000 square feet of living space in a separate daylight basement apartment below us. Be aware that if more than two guests book, the extra guests will need to pass through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Plenty of safe parking and just a few blocks to highway 20 to Deception Pass, downtown Anacortes, and Whidbey island. Miles of forest land trails 5-10 minutes away. Parking is on a gravel driveway which leads to a cement walkway (down slope) on the left side of the house to your private entry. No stairs to entry. Inside, there is a shallow step to kitchen and one to the bedroom area.

Twin mattress can be set up in the dining room . There is also a queen sized pull out bed in sofa. Guests more than two are $30 extra each. Be aware that there is only one bathroom off the bedroom so if extra guests are sleeping on sofa or twin mattress, they will have to go through the bedroom to use bathroom.

Get away from the city life and visit Channel View Hideaway, nestled on an enchanting island, gateway to the San Juan's. Only 7 minutes away from Anacortes by ferry, with many site seeing opportunities to enjoy. Relax in a HOT TUB over-looking the Channel, after a long bike ride or hike. Guemes Island residents not only are known for their friendly hand waves, but are true environmentalists as well as some of the Northwest most creative musicians and artists.
