This two-story, beachfront home sits in spectacular surroundings on Skiou Point, about two miles from the center of small-town Tulalip. You can meet up with I-5 only seven miles inland for easy exploring up and down the coast.

Whether you spend your days getting out on the water or taking scenic drives, you'll begin and end each one outdoors. Bring your morning coffee down to the pebble beach, and use the gas grill to barbecue lunch on the back deck that runs the length of the house. In the evenings, gather on the boathouse rooftop terrace to take in panoramic views of Puget Sound and sunsets that paint the night sky.

The home's interior is every bit as inviting, full of warm wood paneling and generous picture windows. We were able to view the daffodil fields in Mt Vernon and then go to the Nordic Museum in Ballard the next day. Don't miss the Hibulb Cultural Center in Tulalip, a fantastic museum about the history of the Tulalip Tribes. Any questions were met with a quick and helpful response. I would absolutely return anytime I was back in the area."

Sleep 30 feet from the waters edge in a new king size electric adjustable bed in the private sunroom full of windows. The sleeping loft upstairs has a queen size bed and views of the lake out all of the windows. Twin size bed and sleeper sofa downstairs can fit the whole family. Home is in a quiet and hidden wooded neighborhood and is Certified as a Wildlife Habitat. We also have the "Dude" sitting on the front porch.
We don't do breakfast but there is the Tulalip Casino along with an Outlet mall numerous restaurants and drive-thrus. Great central location to Puget Sound area and to the mountains for great sightseeing and exploring.

Very secluded and quiet with a three level deck surrounded by huge trees along a stairway towards the Quil Ceda creek, we also have a firepit in the backyard. Lots of wildlife along with birds. A very relaxing place to stay.

Welcome to our little blue guesthouse! An ideal location for exploring, you will have easy freeway access and are only five minutes from the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall, the Tulalip Resort & Casino, Regal movie theaters, and a variety of shopping and dining choices.

The space
The guest house is located behind our main house, and contains everything you will need for a cozy and fulfilling stay. This space has a queen sized bed with 100% organic bamboo linen, as well as a bathroom with a free standing shower equipped with a rain-fall shower head. While it doesn’t have a full size kitchen, the guest house is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and dining table for two. We provide all the kitchen essentials such as plates, cups, silverware etc. This guest house has split air conditioning to combat Washington’s summer heat, and a large 55” Roku TV for your entertainment needs. While we don’t have a standard iron/ironing board, we do have a clothes steamer in the guesthouse.

Please note that my space is not fragrance-free. I use lightly scented cleaning products, air fresheners, and personal care items like soap and shampoo. My goal is to be transparent so every guest can feel comfortable.

Our cozy guest house is located near a train station, so you may occasionally hear trains pass. You will find a sound machine and ear plugs for your comfort.

While the guest house is completely private, the backyard space is shared with the homeowner, meaning you may occasionally see children or dogs playing in the yard, specifically in the summertime. This is something to consider before booking if you are planning on spending a lot of time outside of the guest house, but still on property.

The space
The Cottage is situated at the front of our main house, conveniently located right off the road—no need to go through our yard. The cottage is separate from our main house but is attached to our garage. Inside, you'll find a spacious layout with tall ceilings and plenty of room to relax.

OUTSIDE
The patio is fully fenced, offering added privacy. Please note that it is connected to our yard, so you may occasionally hear our kids playing nearby.

CHICKENS
We have 10 friendly chickens on the property who are treated like pets. If you have any food scraps or leftovers you'd like to share, feel free to toss them over the fence into their fenced area—they’ll be thrilled!

GOATS
We have four friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats on the property, and they absolutely love attention! If you'd like to meet them during your stay, just reach out to your host—we'd be happy to introduce you.

TRAIN
We are located approximately one mile from the train tracks. On occasion, you may hear a distant train whistle.

SMOKING
Please note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.
