Hollywood Hill in Woodinville, WA is a unique suburban area on the eastside (approximately 25 minutes to Seattle). Woodinville is known for it's hundreds of different wineries, breweries and restaurants. This is minutes away from the very popular Chateau St. Michelle Winery where many concerts are performed. Hollywood Hill Schoolhouse is located at the bottom of our hill and the location of many weddings and other events. We are extremely close to the Burke Gilman trail which is a 27 mile multi-use recreational trail great for walking, running and bike riding.

This property is located down a beautiful, secluded, wooded, private drive and is situated on a quiet acre of land. This recently remodeled detached 1,200 square foot space is very comfortable and modern. This home has two bedrooms, one master with a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and is in a loft. There is one nice sized bathroom with shower. Skylights let in the natural light in several rooms. The kitchen has a new gas range / oven, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and microwave. There are plenty of kitchen cabinets for storage with Keurig coffee maker and toaster. The Lakeside Bedroom Suite faces the water with a hot tub outside the door by the upper large deck. The suite consists of a bedroom, living room and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a Keurig coffee machine, two soft robes and an electronic massage cushion. The living room has two cushy chairs, a couch, basic cable TV and a DVD player, a music player with CDs, small and large tables for WiFi and dining, and a wide selection of books. The full guest bathroom is private with toiletries and a hair dryer. A continental breakfast of warm croissants and jams, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, granola, milk and hard-boiled eggs is served indoors or out. Located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, many restaurants, shops, parks, and breweries abound with over 100 wineries. We have tasting passes for some favorites. Seattle and the airport are easily accessible, as are further excursions into the country to Snoqualmie Falls or Tree House Point. There are hiking and biking trails nearby. Eagles from a nearby nest often soar above the lake while various waterfowl, deer, otter and other wildlife frequent this peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street. The lake is stocked and fish are seen commonly leaping in the air. Gas motors are prohibited on the lake, ensuring quiet. We are five miles to Ste Michelle winery, with its popular summer concerts. Cozy in the cooler months and active in the warmer ones our suite on the lake makes a perfect venue for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or simply an enjoyable experience.

Perfectly located on a sunny four acres on the top of Hollywood Hill, Troubadour Farm offers parking for up to eight vehicles. The main entry is through a garden courtyard in the front of the house. The main level features three distinct living areas with two dining areas. The first primary suite is located at the ground floor level for easy access. Kitchen & office are also on the main level. The second floor features the second primary suite along with three additional bedrooms. The first additional bedroom has a full bed and bunk beds. The second has a charming twin bed. The third has a queen bed. Additional full bath on 2nd level serves these three bedrooms. The 3rd floor is the large attic space with a queen bed, bunk beds a half bath and plenty of toys! Back on ground level, the garage doubles as a game room with treadmill, rowing machine & weight set. The pool is off the main living area and includes the hot tub. Then there is the amazing yard and fields to play in and explore!

A BBQ is provided for guest use. Instructions on pool use are in the house manual. The sauna is located in the lower level guest suite bathroom.

SuperHost's recently completed, quiet guest house at my Castle estate in nature/woods at English Hill. In horse and wine country- but near everything. New Appliances! Gorgeous finish work! 1 King and 2 Queen beds, sofa bed. Gourmet kitchen with spice rack, Gas Oven, Airfryers. Coffee, tea, and decaf drinks station. The living space is on the 2nd floor, 14 steps up. Shared driveway and property with my home and attached apartment. Awesome Air-conditioning and heating system when used properly.

- "We used this property to have a family Thanksgiving together. It worked out perfectly! Charles met us and gave us a thorough walk through of the property. Charles was great with communication via the VRBO app and always very helpful! The property has a nice, large, open space that is the main living/kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom was great with a very comfy king bed. The other bedrooms are little unique and unconventional, but safe and comfortable. This facility is above a large multi-car garage, so you do have to use a staircase for access. But it does have a private access and it is separate from other units - so, you can make a reasonable amount of noise and you shouldn't bother anyone. The neighborhood area is upscale, safe and quiet. There was laundry at the top of the access stairs that was new and worked great! It was very convenient! There were ample cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens and cookware avilable. Overall, this was a great property for us and provided a conveniently located place near our middle daughter's apartment to have the rest of the family join us for Thanksgiving weekend. BATHROOM is located in a separate outhouse, about 50 feet from the treehouse and features a composting toilet. Additionally, please be prepared for Pacific Northwest weather, it can rain at any time of the year.

TREEHOUSE LOCATION:
Treehouse is located in a residential area. It is situated in the wooded sideyard of our ~1.5 acre property. Our house is in close proximity and visible from the treehouse, but it does not interfere with your privacy.

TREEHOUSE DYNAMICS:

- Restroom/Toilet: Remain available year-round.
- Shower: Remains available year-round. If we ever have to winterize the shower due to extreme cold conditions we'll inform you and reschedule or fully refund as you seem appropriate.

HOTTUB!
If hottub is critical to your stay, please let us know in advance. We'd be happy to cancel and refund your stay ideally within refund window, if we are aware of any technical problems beforehand. Please be informed treehouse offers a glamping experience with listed amenities. We keep hottub at ~104° F for our guest's comfort and for energy efficiency. We have posted for guest not to change hottub settings and if they have, set it back to 104° after use. If you find hottub in unusable condition due to situations out of our control (guests changing the settings, sudden equipment failure, inadequate time to clean after soiling accidents, etc) we don't entertain offering discounts.

CHILDREN & SAFETY:
- We DO NOT have childproofing or baby proofing products installed at the treehouse. If young children are accompanying you, adult supervision is required for children at all times (Children under 6 years old require extra caution)

Private MIL in my Castle home on acreage on the Woodinville/Redmond border. 5-15 min to stores, wineries, Tech Cos.-downtown Redmond/Woodinville Totem Lake Kirkland, 20-25 to Bellevue, 25-35 Seattle. 750 Sq.' with 20' vaulted ceilings. Skylights, Dormers with closets. Private Entrance. King bed in main room. Multiple rooms, incl. the Queen bed hobbit bedroom with skylight/window. Private entrance up 2nd floor. Huge yard with woods. Kitchenette, TV, Workdesk, Comfy Chair. Two friendly dogs here. The Hobbit sleeping room has a comfortable queen air mattress. It's a great Meditation room too. The apartment is part of the main house, connected at a hall/closet- its sound isolated and locked for mutual privacy. Please do not book if you wish to avoid possible interaction with my 2 sweet, guest-loving dogs. They are a 10-year-old Border Collie and a 7-year-old Standard Poodle. Parking is outdoors near the apartment entrance. Please notify us of any visitors. The neighborhood is country-like and great for walking. Trails in the woods are nearby. There are no streetlights, so please illuminate yourself for safety while walking after dark. You must go up and down outside wooden stairs that have 9" tread. They are well-lit, but it may be raining and rarely snowing. In the winter, I place tread grips on them in case of freezing. Always use the hand railing. I do not recommend this place for anyone who does not wish to use these stairs. The Washer and Dryer are shared with me and my household. They are located in the laundry room downstairs from the AirBnB. Please contact me beforehand to make sure the machines are available when you need them.

The default stove is one high induction burner. if you specify, I can change it to a two-burner desktop Cuisinart unit.

The oven is a wide Brevell convection oven. The microwave is a nice Sharp.

Please do not book the property if you have any issues climbing up and down the 14 outdoor deck steps with 9-inch-deep treads.

I've had a few elderly folks who do not like the steps.
Other guests with big feet and I have no problem getting up and down the steps, day or night.

This is an older, smaller home . . .cozy and clean but not upscale. We have a few "projects" that need done (always a work in progress) but we think you'll find our home to be a warm, well-lit and cozy place to spend your time away.
The space
We are in a quiet neighborhood, close to "downtown" Woodinville and all the wineries. Hollywood Hill wine district is just a couple miles away (by car) and you can walk to the Industrial Wine District, if you choose to.

The Rotary Skateboard Park is just down the street from our home and the Burke-Gilman trail is about a mile or so away. You can rent bikes in town, if you would like to bike the trail. Tennis courts are nearby and our neighborhood is walkable and very safe.

The back patio is a lovely way to spend a summer afternoon or evening; there is a grill for your use as well as a fire pit for those cooler evenings. There are very few bugs and mosquitos in this part of the Pacific Northwest so being outside in the summer is pure delight.

We have television (limited cable and not a "smart" tv), Wifi, board games and books for your enjoyment.

Our home is small but bright and light and cozy. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

You will have full use of the house with the exception of the small bedroom/office. There is a queen bed in the master (attached bath) and a double bed in the guest room (bath down the hall). Both bathrooms are small but adequate. The house has an open floor plan so everyone has the opportunity to be together!

If you're working from home- we now have the new super fast Starlink internet and wifi. Our Guest House has a full kitchen, bathroom w/shower. A king size sleigh bed, leather couch, TV with DVD and VHS player. We provide lots of movies if you desire. It can sleep 2+ adults and/or kids. It's a 400 ft² studio style guest house with a 200 ft² closed in porch with large windows that give you a view of The Snoqualmie Valley and the Cascade mountains.

This is a fully private apartment connected to a home that is occupied. The unit sits above the garage. There is a private entrance that takes you up a long flight of stairs to your private space - separated from the main house by the stairwell. The flight of stairs is long and steep but does have a railing. Because the unit is above the garage, you might hear the garage door open - though we try to minimize that during quiet hours.

The space
Yes, the Power is on here. Hobbit sleeping room has a comfortable queen air mattress. It's a great Meditation room too. The apartment is part of the main house, connected at a hall/closet- its sound isolated and locked for mutual privacy.

Please do not book if you wish to avoid possible interaction with my 2 sweet, guest-loving dogs. They are a 10-year-old Border Collie and a 7-year-old Standard Poodle.

Parking is outdoors near the apartment entrance. Please notify us of any visitors. The neighborhood is country-like and great for walking. Trails in the woods are nearby. There are no streetlights, so please illuminate yourself for safety while walking after dark. You must go up and down outside wooden stairs that have 9" tread. They are well-lit, but it may be raining and rarely snowing. In the winter, I place tread grips on them in case of freezing. Always use the hand railing. I do not recommend this place for anyone who does not wish to use these stairs.

Other things to note
The Washer and Dryer are shared with me and my household. They are located in the laundry room downstairs from the AirBnB. Please contact me beforehand to make sure the machines are available when you need them.

The default stove is one high induction burner. if you specify, I can change it to a two-burner desktop Cuisinart unit.

The oven is a wide Brevell convection toaster oven. BOV800XL. The microwave is Sharp. A two slice toaster is included too.
Just so you know, I charge $19/night for each guest, so make your reservation accordingly.

Please do not book the property if you have any issues climbing up and down the 14 outdoor deck steps with 9-inch-deep treads.
I've had a few elderly folks who do not like the steps.
Other guests with big feet and I have no problem getting up and down the steps, day or night.

This is a craftsman style home and your private room has a large window facing west with a greenspace view of the back yard and protected wetlands area. Please use the room-darkening shade for your privacy and to control the temperature. You are less than one mile from the nearest tasting room, .9 miles from the nearest taproom, and .8 miles from the nearest park along Little Bear Creek. Haggen, your nearest grocery and gift store, is 2 miles away.

Your double bed is firm with a memory foam mattress topper enabling you to recharge for your next day's adventures. Your private bathroom just across the hall from your room has as skylight, double sinks, a bathtub, and a shower head with multiple massaging pulses. You will also find a hair dryer, makeup cloth, cotton balls, Q-tips, ear plugs, makeup towel, and shower caps.

I work from home most of the time and you may hear me down the hall in a video conference if you are home during the weekday. I also have two grand-doodles I occasionally sit for that you may see in the house, but they will never enter your private space and they are very friendly. Please let me know if you are afraid of dogs and I will make sure they do not visit during your stay with me.

I have taken extra efforts to put your mind at ease that everything in your room has been sanitized. Every hard surface is wiped down with sanitizing wipes, your pillows have been washed and dried, all bedding, towels and rugs have been bleached, all glasses, dishes and silverware have been ran through the dishwasher and all common surfaces (lamp switches, light switches, door handles, door key, window handles, closet knobs, dresser knobs, remote control and front door keypad) have been sanitized for your protection. Extra sanitizing wipes are located in your room for additional security.

This is a top floor private room. Access to your room is nine exterior steps to the front door( via keyless entry), and then three more flights of stairs to your room. The stairs are extra wide and I am happy to help you with your luggage when you arrive. You also have access to the second floor living room, balcony, and powder bathroom. In the living room you will find a piano you are welcome to play anytime. You will also find a guitar you are welcome to take outside or to your room. The covered balcony gets morning sun and its privacy lends itself to morning coffee, reading, or nightcaps with a snuggly throw (provided). There is central heat and air with a screen in your window, extra blankets, extra pillows, and a fan in your room. Occasionally you can see the deer nibbling on our apple trees (or my roses) and the rabbits eating the other flowers. It is so peaceful here but close (really close) to everything you need. We are 10 minutes from Evergreen hospital, and 35 minutes to Seattle.

The space
Light and cozy suite with your own deck to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink, surrounded by an acre of the beautiful gardens.

The suite has a full kitchen, queen size bedroom, comfortable living room and a new gas fireplace for those romantic evenings.

The bathroom has a heated floor to warm your feet after your refreshing rain shower.

The bedroom and the kitchen also have heated floors so your toes are always warmed even on the coldest nights.

And when the outside temperature gets too warm (on those rare days we reach temp over 90 degrees) the suite stays comfortably cool.

There is room for 2 additional adults on the sectional sofa and/or air mattress, or children. Not luxurious but available

The space
When you enter the suite, you’ll walk into the living room with a large couch, dining table for 4 people and kitchen with fridge, sink, oven and stove and microwave. Down the hallway is the bedroom equipped with a very comfortable king size bed. Just off the bedroom is a nicely updated bathroom. You have access to a nice outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee located just left of the front door.

There is one king bed in the bedroom plus a pull out twin bed. The pull out is in the ottoman in the living room.

Woodinville acreage, close to everything! I completed this place at the end of 2022. New Appliances! Gourmet kitchen, gorgeous wood finish work! 20-foot-tall peak ceiling with skylights! The master Bedroom has a skylight and a Gothic Window! Bed 2 has a Yoga loft! Bed three is small, has no windows in sleeping area, and is super quiet—it's like sleeping in a cozy cave. Tons of storage space upstairs.

Please do not book if you wish to avoid possible interaction with my 2 sweet, guest-loving dogs. They are a 11-year-old Border Collie and a 8-year-old Standard Poodle. The Border Collie has helped heal lifelong dog fear in 6+ people. Within 20 minutes, they are petting a dog for the first time in their lives.

The "Cave"bedroom does not have an HVAC vent in the closable sleeping area. It does have a small evaporative cooler. For ventilation, it helps to place the 4' tall floor fan to properly to match the temperature, outside the room.

I have multiple vehicles that may be available to rent. Including a Porshe Macan S (via Turo), Mercedes CLK 350 Cabriolet, and a Honda Accord EXL V6.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at the Elderwood Farm. Our guesthouse is a large, one bedroom apartment with a large fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom boasts a huge two-headed shower. We are completely surrounded by the forest and have magical quiet this close to the business of the greater Seattle area. We may feel remote, but we are only 12 minutes from Redmond, 40 minutes from SeaTac airport, and 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. It's truly the best of both.

Our space is called “Bridge to Quiet Serenity” because there is a 60-foot bridge that leads you to a patio and landscaped backyard where you can truly experience “quiet serenity.” After a long day of exploring Woodinville and greater Seattle/Bellevue attractions, you can sit out on the patio and enjoy an intimate time to wind down and relax at the table and fire pit.

Inside the Guest Suite, you will find a cozy space for resting, relaxing, reading, browsing, and even working. You are welcomed to use your own logins to access streaming services of your choice (like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video) via Apple TV, and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the 65" screen TV with a full surround sound! You are also welcome to play any of the DVDs found on the bookshelf. The kitchenette is equipped for making light meals and reheating leftovers from nearby restaurants. There is so much to do in and around Woodinville. In the spring don't miss the tulip festival, a world wide attraction and a must see around the month of April. Enjoy the city living with that farmhouse feel. The cottage is perfectly imperfect. Built in 1913, you get that vintage feel with modern touches throughout. The home has been tastefully updated to retain that farmhouse feel.

There are two bedrooms (queen beds) on the main level along with a full bathroom, kitchen and living room and desk in the living room. The primary suite is downstairs with a desk and full sized laundry room along with a utility sink and mirror to brush your teeth at night.

The home is stocked with coffee, full kitchen, BBQ, TV, high speed Internet, Air Conditioning (a must in the summer!) Entertain outside on the oversized deck, enjoy the fire pit area, relax in the sun on the sun deck and bring your dog, he will love going for a walk on the Burke Gillman trail.

Guest access
You get the whole house. There is a large deck great for entertaining and pets are encouraged. Parking is limited to two cars, three is possible. Do not park in grass area or in front of the garage next door. See photos for example of available parking. Electronic door code is provided for easy access.

Other things to note
House is located on a busy 25mph road, some road noise present from within home, noise machines in rooms to dampen the road noise. Parking is limited to 2 cars, potentially 3 but one will be blocked in (see photos for example of parking). The home is 1,100sf with two bedrooms upstairs and one primary suite downstairs. There are two dedicated work spaces, one in the living and one in the the downstairs bedroom.
