- "My husband and I hadn't gotten much of a chance to vacation together this year, so we decided to do a few days somewhere close. Since we were staying close, we also wanted to bring our senior German Shepard with us while he was still spry enough to enjoy the trip. We couldn't have asked for a better mini vacation with our dog! So many places that were dog friendly within waking distance. There are several parks you can walk to and around as well. The layout of the suite is small, but purposeful. The space was very clean, had plenty of towels, and felt very secure. We loved the hot tub on the deck that gave some privacy, but also the ability to let us watch our dog run around the yard. I highly recommend staying here if: you want downtown access, have a well-behaved dog, or are just looking for a chance in scenery for a few days."

PARKING: The Snoqualmie Casita is located one block from Historic Downtown Snoqualmie. It is a wonderful location - because of our close proximity to downtown Snoqualmie we do have neighbors and town visitors that park around our home. There is always parking to be found in front of or behind the home but not always directly in front of the home. We also have a small detached driveway that our Guests are welcome to park in IF your vehicle will completely fit in the driveway and not go out on the sidewalk. If your vehicle is too large and will cover even part of the sidewalk we ask that you please park on the street. If you park in the driveway you can enter thru the gate to the right and go thru the backyard to the entry door thru the mudroom. Thank you for understanding.

SNOQUALMIE SIREN:
What is that sound at 12:00 noon? Don't be alarmed by the siren that sounds off Monday-Saturday at 12:00pm. The Snoqualmie Siren mimics the old Snoqualmie Falls Lumbar Company Mill whistle. It's just part of the towns history and part of the charm that is Snoqualmie.

Please note we do have 2 security cameras. A security camera that points to the front patio and the sidewalk in front of the home and one in front of the garage that records the driveway and part of the sidewalk. It does record video and sound.

We were looking for an accommodating house to be our base camp for wedding festivities, but also explore the local attractions as well. This was it! We walked a short distance each morning to Downtown Snoqualmie for coffee and snacks (multiple options) and found ourselves eating at a few other spots locally or a short 10 minute drive to North Bend. We also cooked multiple times at the house which also had everything! Alisha was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. She gave excellent day excursion ideas and restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area."

When you arrive you will have your own private driveway, that can fit up to two medium sized cars. There is also a plug on the side of the house if you need to plug in your electric vehicle.

When you enter Si View Abode you will see the kitchen and main living area equipped with TV for streaming, all the amenities needed to cook your favorite meals, and a comfy couch. And, of course, high speed internet.

The abode also features a separated bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom is a closet with hangers and a dresser for your clothes, and two utility closets (one with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs).

It was just outside of town and the drive in and out of Seattle was very easy when we went in to the city. Rent all five Moon River Suites for a private family or friends reunion or event. Max capacity on the property is 35 guests. Enjoy a modern getaway in a classic Pacific Northwest setting along the river next to a park. You will have the entire Moon River building including the 1/2 acre natural area out back. From May to mid October, venue includes farm tables and cushioned chairs under covered gazebos for outdoor dining and gathering. Located in downtown North Bend, out front is a great view of Mt Si and downtown is a few steps away. Out back, enter another world with 5 private hot tubs, gazebos, fire pit, super-sized barbecue grill, picnic tables, outdoor seating, and a small beach for access to play in the river. We have lots of entertainment: 3 Smart TVs and XBox One with deluxe game package in each suite, a cornhole game, fairy garden with treasure hunt. Follow a beautiful wooded walk downstream to a secret swimming hole and Snoqualmie Valley Trail.The following describes each of the 5 townhomes: The first floor has a completely new modern kitchen, dining and living room with a half bath. A private deck with spa and BBQ are right out the back door. The washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom in back has a king bed, and a private deck with a beautiful river view. The stylish front bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom and the living room has a smart TV. Outside in back, there is 1/2 acre of natural area and lawn tiering down to the river. It's a perfect place to relax, work from home, sit around the campfire and cook smores, play lawn games, or relax in a chair on the riverbank or play in the river. The prime river play season is generally early to mid July through mid September depending on springtime weather and runoff from the snowpack.

Each townhome has a separate entrance as well as its own private hot tub which runs all year all weather. All homes have been totally remodeled in modern style, have brand new furniture and contents as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Moon River is located right on the banks of the river - sit out in the back yard along the river or watch it flow by from your second floor balcony. Inside we have provided many invitations to have fun! The expansive back yard, gazebos, lawn furniture, firepits, and beach are shared with the guests of all five suites (but you have rented the entire building!). Each suite's deck has a hot tub, outdoor shower, and seating area has walls, a sail overhead and a pullout curtain to provide privacy whenever desired.

You rent the entire Moon River Building making this your private property during your stay. Out front is a great view of Mt Si and downtown is a few steps away. There is a spa on the left and a park on the right. Out back, enter another world with 5 private decks and hot tubs yielding to an expansive oasis located on two levels along the river. This listing includes farm tables and chairs for your group to dine/gather together outside as well as keys to our shed which has many cool items to set up, decorate and illuminate your private party or event.

The building and grounds have been totally updated to present a modern getaway in a classic Pacific Northwest setting. Follow a beautiful wooded walk along the river to our private beach, a secret swimming hole and on to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail.

The following describes each of the 5 townhomes: The first floor has a completely new modern kitchen, dining and living room with a half bath. A private deck with spa and BBQ are right out the back door. The washer and dryer are at the top of the stairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom in back has a king bed, and a private balcony with a beautiful river view. The stylish front bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom and the living room has a smart TV. Outside in back, there is 1/2 acre of natural area featuring meadow and forest tiering down to the river. It's a perfect place to relax and bond with your family and friends, hold a rehearsal dinner or dine together outside, sit around the campfire and cook smores, or play lawn games or play in the river.

Each townhome has a separate entrance as well as its own private hot tub which runs all year all weather. All homes have been totally remodeled in modern style, have brand new furniture and contents as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Moon River is located right on the banks of the river - sit out in the back yard along the river or watch it flow by from your second floor balcony. Inside we have provided many invitations to have fun! The expansive back yard, gazebos, lawn furniture, firepits, and beach are shared with the guests of all five suites (but you have rented the entire building!). Each suite's deck has a hot tub, outdoor shower, and seating area has walls, a sail overhead and a pullout curtain to provide privacy whenever desired.

Some beautiful nearby venues to consider for your wedding are: North Fork Farm, Meadowbrook Farm, and the Cedar River Watershed in North Bend. This attached guest suite is family friendly with a private entrance and sits on the bottom floor of our 3-story home (we live above). Located at the base of Mt Si with outstanding mountain views and access to a shared cedar sauna behind the house. No freeway noise, just the sound of Snoqualmie River across the street.

The space
Some things to note before booking...

-Our family of 3 (2 adults, one child) lives upstairs so you should expect noise during your stay (i.e. footsteps, muffled chatter or sound of us doing dishes, etc). We are pretty active between 7:30am-7:30pm.

-Our kitchenette has a two burner induction cooktop and toaster oven with mini fridge for lighter cooking needs. No freezer, FYI.

-Our bedroom has a really comfortable queen bed (we've received lots of compliments) with a wall mounted electric fireplace for extra warmth. We also have an air mattress available.

-Our cedar sauna is available for private use, but is also used by our family on occasion.

-Our aim is to maintain a lower-waste, non-toxic household. We provide non-toxic bath and cleaning supplies and a compost for food scraps. We do adhere to AirBNB cleaning standards, of course!

-Pets are welcome with some exceptions. Please message us to discuss if you plan to bring a furry friend.

Newly remodeled and situated in downtown Snoqualmie, the Nest is adjacent to our primary residence and is close to shops and dining, parks and playgrounds, hiking trails, and Snoqualmie Falls. Walk just a few minutes to breathtaking views of Mount Si and Snoqualmie's famed elk herd, or ride the complimentary cruiser bikes into town! Whether you want to stay in for a cozy escape or spend your time adventuring, this is a great place to do it.

The space
Meadowbrook Nest is a 650 sq ft guesthouse with an open main living area and partially enclosed loft bedroom. The skylights and vaulted ceiling let in plenty of natural light and keep the space feeling large and airy. It's been newly renovated, and we hope you love it as much as we do!

We provide a Solo Stove Mesa tabletop firepit for use during your stay, along with a complimentary s'mores kit and instructions. Two cute cruiser bikes make it easy to pedal into town for dinner, or ride to Snoqualmie Falls and avoid the parking traffic!

The Nest is adjacent to our home and tucked behind our garage/woodshop. Guest parking is clearly labeled; please do not block the garage doors.

Our family lives on site and will respect your privacy, abide by quiet hours, and keep to ourselves. But don't be alarmed if you see us or our 3 teenagers (or Lucy, the friendliest goldendoodle) out and about playing in the yard, working in the garden, or just hanging out. Feel free to hang with us if you'd like!

Along with a traditional Welcome Guide notebook in the Nest, we'll send you a digital version before your stay which includes details about the space, house rules, check in/check out information, FAQs, and area recommendations - all available on your mobile device wherever you are!

Our Guests have full private access to the entire home as well as the detached family room/3rd bedroom. There is a storage area off the detached room that is locked off for our cleaning supplies.

Other things to note
PARKING: The Snoqualmie Casita is located one block from Historic Downtown Snoqualmie. It is a wonderful location - because of our close proximity to downtown Snoqualmie we do have neighbors and town visitors that park around our home. There is always parking to be found in front of or behind the home but not always directly in front of the home. We also have a small detached driveway that our Guests are welcome to park in IF your vehicle will completely fit in the driveway and not go out on the sidewalk. If your vehicle is too large and will cover even part of the sidewalk we ask that you please park on the street. If you park in the driveway you can enter thru the gate to the right and go thru the backyard to the entry door thru the mudroom. Thank you for understanding.

Snoqualmie Siren: What is that sound at 12:00 noon? Don't be alarmed by the siren that sounds off Monday-Saturday at 12:00pm. The Snoqualmie Siren mimics the old Snoqualmie Falls Lumbar Company Mill whistle. It's just part of the towns history and part of the charm that is Snoqualmie.

Please note we do have security cameras that point to the front patio and the sidewalk in front of the home as well as the driveway. They do record video and sound.

100 year old hunting cabin that has been maintained for several years by the owner of 50 plus secluded acres. We're thrilled to share our home with you! In return, we kindly ask that you help us maintain it for future guests and be respectful of our neighbors. Please take care of the cottage as your own, and note that it's not suitable for loud parties or raucous gatherings. While we tend to be "early to bed and early to rise," we encourage you to enjoy a glass of wine or s'mores around a bonfire under the stars as late as you wish, as long as you're considerate of neighbors.

Quiet Hours: Our neighborhood is a residential street with lovely neighbors. We respectfully request that quiet hours be observed from 10 pm to 8 am.

No Smoking - We respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking inside or outside the property.

Toilet Paper - Our home has an old septic system, which is sensitive to overuse. Please only flush toilet paper. Kindly do not flush feminine products, tissues, or baby wipes.

Cleaning: We want to make sure that you don't have to do extensive cleanup. Please follow the house rules and check-out instructions. Excessive cleaning will require a $100 cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the house.

PARKING: You're welcome to park on the driveway, but please avoid parking on the street.

Pets: We welcome dogs and hope that they enjoy their stay too! We kindly ask that you respect our home by not allowing your pet to lie on blankets, bed, or the couch. Also, kindly pick up after your pet. If extra cleaning is required, you may be charged accordingly.

'Scout House' has 2 acres of parked-out greenery looking up at Mount Si, just a few blocks from all that Snoqualmie's historic district has to offer. Think bonfires, hammocks, grilling and outdoor activities right outside the french doors. Inside the cottage you'll have heated floors in the bathroom, high-design furniture, fully-equipped kitchen with marble counters and stainless appliances, a "gear room" for your sporting needs (fishing poles, snow shoes, skis, etc.), A/C and comfy beds.

The space
The covered front porch entry opens into the main living/dining room on the ground level. There are 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, 1 full bathroom and the laundry on this floor. There is a stairway from the main level to the upstairs bedroom and walk-in closet. The closet can also serve as an office, a yoga space or a custom space to suit the guests needs. Each bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a chair and desk surface, a task light and power outlets.

There is a 42" TV in the living room with an Amazon Firestick which gives guests the option of using Scout House's Hulu account and/or logging into their own apps/channels. The house has high-speed wifi.

French doors in the living room connect the inside to the patio area where there are dimmable twinkle lights strung to the mature cherry tree, a large dining table , 6 Adirondack chairs, a gas firepit, a tree setting, 2 chaise lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and a gas BBQ. There is also a professional-scale corn hole set for game time.

Landscapers will be mowing and doing regular maintenance of the property as needed. If guests have specific times/dates when these tasks will be disruptive then please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate that schedule. Covering up the camera without authorization will result in terminating your stay and you will be asked to leave without any refunds. If you are not comfortable with this policy, sorry but this home may not be for you. We love our fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets. Please review the rules and policies to make sure this is the home for you as we don't want any miscommunications.

The king bedroom also has a floor twin mattress if you're staying with children who may be safer sleeping on the floor. The queen bedroom has a loft with an additional queen bed and a dedicated desk space.
Outside, you'll have access to the wrap-around porch with seating, a picnic table with an incredible view of the river and Mt. Si (and a seasonal waterfall), a hot tub, and a side yard with another picnic table.
