Very comfortable bedding, towels, etc. It was very quiet and peaceful with mist and clouds creating an other-worldly backdrop. Rafts of sea ducks. Saw an eagle and a heron. Spotted an owl at dawn this morning. Host was incredibly responsive. Great access to running/biking. Could not resist a couple of quick chilly plunges. - "For our family of 3 (including one 9-year-old), this stay couldn't have been more perfect. The location was great for dividing time between the Snoqualmie area and Seattle. You get a lot of privacy and peace but can be on the freeway in 10 mins and deep in the Seattle tourist areas within an hour. The neighborhood is quiet and cute and I felt very comfortable taking long walks in the evening. Our 9-year-old happily and safely played in the shallow river for hours. So much nature and beautiful landscaping. The home itself was exactly as expected and even more comfortable than anticipated for our week-long stay. We found everything we needed for full comfort and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed for making multiple meals a day. It could use a large stock pot but that was barely an inconvenience. I also appreciated the communication being timely and detailed without interfering with our goal to unplug and focus on family."

This beautiful little chalet has been our pandemic project. Our Squak Mountain tree house offers a truly unique sense of privacy and tranquility in the lush green canopy. Guests enter the home by a cascading waterfall. There are two 28 foot cedar decks (hammock) and a spacious open great room featuring a gas fireplace and kitchen. Will comfortably sleep 4-5 people. No more than 5 people allowed at any time. Walking distance to downtown Issaquah and hiking trails. Absolutely no parties permitted.
