My house locates in the quiet education hill, just 100 meters away from the bus stop. 0.5 mile from Redmond Library,Redmond city hall and Redmond square. The suite is on the first floor of the single house with a beautiful front yard and parking lot. The well-lit living room, the spacious bedroom with one queen size and one full size beds and the bathroom are dedicated for you. I prepare clean towels, slippers and tablewares for your staying. Certainty bottle water, snack and fruit are served to welcome your arrival. It’ll be my great pleasure to host you in my house! I’ll be always on call for help!

- "I was in town visiting family and looking for less expensive lodging than in the city of Seattle. I couldn't beat the price for what was offered! It was just me so I didn't need both of the queen sized beds. But I basically had the entire downstairs, except for the laundry room, to myself. An open living room area as well as large bedroom with two beds. Small refrigerator was perfect; I didn't watch it but there is television in the room, my own bathroom. Worked out great for me! My hostess, Catherine, was delightful, kind and very accomodating. I will definitely rent this again shall I visit in the future. This is a shared house with the owners, who have at least one small child. There was some noise during the day, but nothing troubling and everything got very quiet by 9pm. You can see up the stairway to the front door and the hostess needed to access the laundry room which is across the hall from the bedroom in which I was staying. But this never posed a problem for me as I was allowed to do a few loads of laundry at no additional charge. Major points! I was quite delighted with my accomodations. The blackberry bushes along one side of the driveway were full of ripe blackberries during my stay and I was able to enjoy them anytime. Also, I didn't take advantage of it, but there was a drum set one could play during daytime hours, if one chose to partake. All in all, a very pleasant stay for me, which was for 6 nights at the end of July, 2024. Thank you, Catherine!"

The glowing wood interior and windows extend from floor to soaring ceiling inside this cozy yet luxurious treehouse. Tucked away on thirty forested acres, the airy interior is comfortably furnished and bursting with natural light.

Equipped with an outdoor hot shower, Wi-Fi, a 100 inch screen/projector, and hot tub, you can truly get away from it all among lush evergreens just 10 minutes from Redmond.

Access to the treehouse is off the deck 150' behind our home, with a very easy 55 foot suspended walkway/bridge among the trees.

The treehouse is an open-space room surrounded by expansive windows with views of the forest and a private pond. It provides a comfortable queen bed with high-end linens, a reclining couch, and a twin bunk bed in the loft, accessible by ladder.

There is a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig in the kitchenette area, and a cafe dining table that seats three. Your complimentary continental breakfast is served via a 150' zipline from the main house.

We have full cable TV, Netflix, Amazon and Hulu available. Watch your favorite movie, or Treehouse Masters episode, on the 100" drop down screen and HD projector.

The treehouse is surrounded by an expansive deck and crow's nest (40 feet high). Each overlook the private nature preserve pond that is home to blue heron, frogs, and especially beavers with the main beaver hut visible from the deck!

Across the pond is the Emerald Forest and Theater featured on another episode of Treehouse Masters in 2018 ('Climb-in, Drive-In Theater'). The Space

The unit has its own beautiful private patio separate from the main house with outdoor furniture for you to lounge on. There are trees blocking the view from the street so you have your privacy even if you're outside. We think it is a great place to have a meal, play one of the many board games in the unit, read a book from the little library above the fireplace, or get some work done.

Check-in and entry are contactless and keyless using a smart keypad lock. The entrance is well lit and easy to find but we can provide in-person check-in upon request. We have space for 1 car in the car port and additional street parking in front of the house.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, pillows, and a closet for storage. There's also a desk and office chair in the room so you can get work done in comfort.

Enjoy a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, water filtering jug, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, french press, plates, knives, forks, pots, pans, utensils, coffee, tea, food storage containers, dish drying rack, and more.

The laundry area has a brand new LG washer/dryer and tide pods for your detergent needs. We also have a drying rack, iron, ironing board, broom, bug zapper, and vacuum in the unit.

Living room has a 32 inch HD TV connected to a Roku device which supports Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, and pretty much any streaming service you can think of. There are also free channels (Disney, Boomerang, News, Roku Channel) to watch on the device. We have a powerful wifi router connected to reliable fiber internet that works both inside and outside the unit. There are windows throughout the living area and kitchen that look out on the patio. The living room sofa bed pulls out to a comfortable queen-size in about 30 seconds.

The dining area has settings for 4 when you want to grab a meal. We also have a gas fireplace that is easy to turn on so you can stay warm and cozy on rainy Seattle days. If you want to cool down instead we have a ceiling fan and portable fan to help you do just that.

You'll have access to the entire unit. This will include space in the carport for 1 car and the patio in front of your unit. You also have access to other green areas including the lawn to the left of the car port but please note that these areas are shared with your upstairs neighbors. If you use them, please clean up after yourselves. Please stay off the deck of your upstairs neighbors. If you see them, feel free to introduce yourself. They're friendly people!

To secure the premises and deter package theft the unit is equipped with a ring doorbell you'll see as you enter. There are no cameras inside.

We live in the same town about 15 minutes away from this house and are available via Vrbo messaging and phone.

1. No shoes on the carpeted areas please.
2. No pets. We love our dogs and cats but this place isn't set up for them right now.
3. No kids under 6. We're not childproofed and don't want any young guests getting in trouble.
4. Quiet hours after 10 pm. These are city of Redmond rules.
5. Please be respectful to your neighbors upstairs. Say hi if you run in to them but usually you won't because the entrance to your suite is separated.
6. No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
7. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
8. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
9. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
10. No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans.
11. Watch out for bugs. We're across the street from a wooded area and occasionally little critters get in. Always close the door even if you're stepping out for a minute. We do have a bug zapper if flying bugs bother you but please read the safety instructions before using it.

Getting Around
=============
You can either park in the car port on the property or on the street outside the house. If you use the car port please make sure you leave room for another car so your neighbors in the main house upstairs can use it. The street leads to a cul de sac so it’s quiet and safe to park on. Most places in downtown Redmond are within 10 minutes driving. The closest grocery store is a Safeway 10 minutes walk or 5 minute drive away. There’s also a Whole Foods close by. If you want a bite to eat there’s a Five Guys, Panera Bread, a Thai place (Thai 65), a dumpling place (Dough Zone), McDonald’s, a Dairy Queen, and Victor’s Celtic Coffee (our favorite!) close by. All of these places deliver and if you’re in the moods to explore there are even more places downtown.

Education Hill is a quiet residential neighborhood. One of the most sought after and oldest in Redmond. It is walking distance from stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and trails. There’s a lot to explore!

1-This condo is on the ground floor of a building so you may hear upstairs neighbors.
2- It's cooler than upstairs houses and doesn't have a lot of sunshine other than in the morning.
3- There is no central AC but we provide fans.
4- Up to 2 pets are allowed with $150/pet or $300/2 pets. We may have to request additional money from you.

It is a great place to stay for long term guests or business trip guests. I want to set the expectations clear by mentioning that this is the lower level unit with a separate entrance and the bedrooms can be connected by opening the closet.

From the large covered balcony it is almost straight down to a creek below, which you can hear but really cannot see because of the foliage. Beautiful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing we initially had concerns about was that it was rather cool inside and there was only a plug ni radiant heater. We are from Texas and are not used to inside temps below 70. It all worked out just fine though."

Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

M&T B&B is located near Redmond town center in Redmond. It's 5 miles to Microsoft main campus in Redmond, Nintendo, AT&T RTC, Digi Pen university. 5-10 minutes driving to Woodinville Wine Country. You can also bike to Sammamish river trial in a few minuses.

Public transportation:
Bus stop : 221, 931 (King country Metro)
Way to Seattle downtown: 221->545 (about an hour)

Walk Distance:
walking distance to Redmond town center in 30 minutes. It's a 20 minutes walk down the hill to QFC grocery shopping, and movie theater with various coffee shops, restaurants.

It includes all linens, towels, wifi with passcode provided. Your will enjoy and have the cozy private room with a twin size bed share bath with 1 other room. Share kitchen and microwave.

Parking:
The neighborhood is quiet. The street parking is available.

This room gets a lot of sunlight in the morning and has a small desk.

The room has its own private lock and we have a full kitchen available for your use as well as a laundry room for long stays.

The space
This is the largest room on the upper floor of a split entry house. It has king bed and two night tables.

The room has its own keyed lock, so you can lock it when you are out.

There is a full shared bathroom next to the bedrooms as well as a half bathroom on the lower level.

There's an air conditioner in the common living room as well as ethernet ports Note that these are not in the room itself.

We have multiple rooms available, if you have bigger groups. Check our other listings.

Guest access
Kitchen, living and dining areas are available for your use. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, there's a laundry room available to you as well.

You are also free to access the yard and deck.

During your stay
We may not be currently living in the house, but we'll always be available to help when needed. Just let us know what you need and we'll get it sorted out right away.

The hosts and their representatives will frequently visit to check up on things and maintain the house in pristine condition.

If there are other guests in the house, please be courteous and avoid disturbing them.

Also please do not make loud noises at night to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

If there are other guests in the house, please be courteous and avoid disturbing them. No loud noises are allowed on the premise at any time. Quiet time starts at 10 PM, avoid talking in common areas at that point.

You are only allowed to park in the driveway if the total number of cars for current residents is less than 4. You may park in the street, but not in the cul-de-sac itself.

Except for the powder room and the family/TV room, guest can use any space downstairs, i.e. kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, garage, and patio. Upstairs only guest bedroom and bathroom.

During your stay
I like to give guests privacy, so I will not engage in unsolicited or unnecessary conversation. However, I am quite happy to have chats with guests.

Also, I will not enter a guest bedroom or bathroom without permission unless absolutely necessary due to some unforeseen emergency.

I am available daily for questions in person, by phone, or text.

Other things to note
A vivacious Golden Doodle may need to stay with me sometimes. I will do everything I can to minimize any inconvenience. The good news is that the house is normally dog free from 11 PM to 9 AM because he’ll sleep in my room.

In short, make sure you are okay around dogs. :)
