- Home is exclusively used as a vacation guest house (sorry, NO parties, NO receptions, NO weddings, NO events of ANY kind permitted). Registered guests plus up to 3 daytime visitors only.

- KING sized beds in master and second bedroom

- We deliberately offer a lower base rate so that guests of one or two people can also book the house. Therefore we charge an additional fee of $20 for more than 2 guests. When you enter the number guests, VRBO will calculate the cost automatically. Please be honest and honorable... do not have unregistered guests staying the night. If you choose to add guests to your stay once you arrive, let us know and we will pre-approve for the additional cost.

- Accessibility: the house is one story. However, there are two short steps into the house and two steps into the sunken living room. There are no rails for these two approaches. The rest of the bedrooms, kitchen etc are on the same level. There are grab bars for the toilets and shower in 2 of the 3 bathrooms.

- We charge the "host fee" to cover part of the cost of cleaning. We actually pay our amazing housekeeper a MINIMUM of $200 each time to clean and prepare the house. She does an impeccable job. Thus, even if it's only a one-night stay, she still cleans every part of every room in the entire house.

- Our property is rural. We have horses, chickens, and a dog. Also... wild birds, tons of hummingbirds, and from the rooftop patio you can often see redtail hawks and eagles, and even an occasional owl in the evening. We also have a lot of deer and some wild bunnies. We have security cameras in outdoor areas to ensure the safety of our guests. Audio is not enabled near the Rooftop Aerie and footage is solely for security and safety purposes to ensure the privacy of our guests is respected.

- No pets of any kind. Feel free to pet ours. Our well-trained, people-friendly (especially loves kids) border collie is off-leash within our property. This is her job. She is a great outdoor patrol, keeping unwanted animals away. We cannot have her interacting with other dogs at any time for any reason.

- DO NOT choose to book this home if you intend to have an event/party, bring an animal of any kind, or invite unregistered guests to stay.

• Excellent quality king beds in the master and second bedrooms. Queen bed and twin bed with in trundle third bedroom.
• Perfect privacy for three couples.
• A fully-stocked kitchen - coffee maker, tea service, toaster, blender, microwave, oven/stove, bakeware, mixer, ample cookware, dishes for 8, and a breakfast nook. There is a formal dining room that seats 8. Also a propane grill on the porch.
• Living room – leather couch/chairs, and a spectacular view of the garden and valley. Enjoy the 55in HD smart TV, including Netflix, Amazon, and an Xbox 360 and an Xbox1 with games. Also board games for the family. The propane stove is available for a bit more warmth in the cool evenings.
• AC/Heating System – the home is heated and cooled with a geothermal system, which is one of the most eco-friendly systems.

Grounds - a huge lawn including lawn games, chairs on the covered porch, in the garden, and patio couch set on the rooftop. The gardens surrounding the house include flowers that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Guests are welcome to enjoy the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Susan has some very friendly hens so if they're laying you can have fresh eggs. She also has a vegetable garden... ask her if you can browse and pick!

Events: No parties/events which include more than your registered guests and a few additional visitors. Our neighbors are kind and quiet and asked that we respect the tranquility.

Registering: Please tell us the names and ages of all of the guests who will be staying.

Business use: We welcome guests who are in the area on business. However, we do not allow guests to conduct business on the property.

Additional guests: You are welcome to invite a couple of folks over during the day to visit. However, additional overnight guests must be pre-approved and an additional payment is required. Yes, we mentioned this several times because in the past, some people have allowed unregistered, unpaid guests to stay the night. We hate being the guest police. So please, just don't.

No Smoking inside: No smoking/vaping/cigars inside at any time. We want to ensure that the home is appropriate for individuals who are sensitive to allergens. Smoking within the house will result in up to $900 cleaning charge. You are welcome to smoke on the lawn or under the covered porch. Please dispose of extinguished cigarettes.

Enjoy the cozy great room with a gas fireplace. a 55 inch Roku TV and walk out covered patio with a gas BBQ. s

A seasonal outdoor Fire Pit is available to roast some marshmallows or have a couple of drinks by the fire and watch the stars!

2 cruiser bikes are available upon request to ride along the many trails that snake through the neighborhood, or along nearby Lake Tye park.

2 kayaks are available seasonally upon request for leisurely floats on Lake Tye.

This beautiful estate offers amenities to dream about! With five bedrooms and seven beds, the house can comfortably sleep twelve people with a variety of sleeping arrangements and plenty of privacy between groups.

Sleeping arrangements:
The master bedroom on the upper floor will take your breath away with a king bed, private deck, and attached master bath with two-person jetted tub, or wash your cares away under the dual-headed oversized shower.

One queen bedroom and one full-size mattress bunk bedroom down the hall complete the main (upper) floor bedrooms.

Downstairs at the ground entrance level, there is a second living space with full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms.

One room boasts a queen bed, TV, and sliding glass door to the lower deck while the second bedroom offers a quaint twin daybed, perfect for smaller guests, shared with a dedicated office space. All bedrooms - minus the bunk room - have a dedicated desk space making this a perfect getaway for corporate retreats.

Events:
We are happy to accept events on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Our event fee varies depending on the amount of guests who will be attending. Please feel free to tell us all the details of your gathering - we'd absolutely love to help facilitate a magical event for you!

Kitchen:
Newly renovated, the expansive kitchen makes cooking for groups a dream. Enjoy the ease of having a double oven, two sinks, ample counter space, an oversized kitchen island with a drink fridge and extra large fridge/freezer on hand.

Dining:
Seat your crew at the dinner table indoors, or enjoy outdoor dining - we can't recommend it enough! The upper deck hosts you with bar stools that overlook the grounds, a full outdoor dining set and two grills await a delicious meal, and comfy chairs and couches around the deck coffee table are a perfect place to lounge and chat.

The lower deck brings after dinner fun with a ping-pong table fit for champions or a mellow soak in our brand new hot tub!

Outdoor activities:
The estate has entertainment options for all. The private sandy beach access is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite drinks in comfy Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, or for the more-adventurous, bring your inner tubes and float the river! Water play will keep young ones in the family busy all day. There is a treehouse perfect for kiddos, and all-day entertainment with outdoor games including soccer, ping-pong, frisbee golf, and a swing set.

Tech:
Wi-Fi is provided in the home, and there is strong 5g coverage across the entire property.

Guest Access:
The entire home and property are yours to enjoy. The garage is unavailable and locked from access, but plenty of parking is available on the gravel parking area in front of the home.

The space- "Patsy" is just 10' long, she's cozy and comfortable. The bed is a full size/double. This is a semi primitive camping experience. There is running water in the sink (cold) but if you like flush toilets and hot showers this may not be for you. The "fridge" functions as an ice box only, which means if you add ice/ice packs your items will stay cold for a day or so. We recommend bringing a cooler to keep your perishable food colder longer. She has propane for gas cooking (burners only-oven does not work) and electricity to charge your devices. There is a microwave, hot water kettle and French press available. You will find coffee, cream, sugar, tea, honey and snacks for your enjoyment. There are dishes, pots/pans and utensils to use. There is a space heater to use in the winter and a fan to use in the summer, but her open windows provide a nice breeze and keep things pretty temperate. There is no wifi available. It's a beautiful forested area so you may encounter a creature that lives in the forest, please do not leave food/trash around to discourage unwanted guests. *Other things to note- Please be respectful of other guests on-site to give everyone their privacy and enjoyment of the space. Park only next to your trailer. Please stay on marked paths and exercise an abundance of caution when hiking and going near the water. Our trailer is a vintage classic and many of her parts are original! Help us keep her in good condition and please take care and be gentle when opening/closing cabinets, windows and doors.

- "We pulled up on a cold fall day to a warm trailer easily thanks to the directions sent beforehand. The space was quiet and calm, perfect for a trip to the westside. It is camping with no running warm water or fushing toliet. Just be prepared. It is a fantastic time with the most comfortable bed!"

Our guest house is 600 square feet of open floor plan with 4 distinct areas. A cushy king size sleigh bed, full kitchen with new Whirlpool double door fridge, a Kenmore propane range, microwave and toaster oven. A fully enclosed porch lined with a 20ft. wall of 60" tall windows, a tall dining table and recliner. It can sleep 2 ++.

- "Spacious extra room in an unfinished storage shed with a separate porch-like area. No heat or AC but a nice kitchen set up. Almost non-existent wifi or phone coverage but internet cafes are within ten miles. Pretty location, and very quiet. Room needs a thorough cleaning as it's apparent there had been cats in residence but the smell dissipates if doors and windows are left open and the fans are running."

Wood Burning Fireplace: The perfect way to warm up on chilly evenings. One bundle of Firewood is provided.

Relax in our warm, rich Bohemian caravan and dream of far off places under the stars. Featuring a comfy memory foam bed w/ tons of pillows, microwave, 3 burner stove, ice box, dining area (converts to a twin bed).a great view of our 18 acres, creek, pond, castle & dragons from your private sitting area!

The space
"Patsy" is just 10' long, she's cozy and comfortable. The main bed is a full size/double, the dinette can be converted into a twin (extra bedding in cabinet) for an additional guest.

This is a semi primitive camping experience. There is running water in the sink (cold) but if you like flush toilets and hot showers this may not be for you. We recommend bringing drinking water. The "fridge" functions as an ice box only, which means if you add ice/ice packs your items will stay cold for a day or so. We recommend bringing a cooler to keep your perishable food colder longer.

She has propane for gas cooking (burners only-oven does not work) and electricity to charge your devices. There is a microwave, hot water kettle and French press available. You will find coffee, cream, sugar, tea, honey and snacks for your enjoyment. There are dishes, pots/pans and utensils to use. There is a space heater to use in the winter and a fan to use in the summer, but her open windows provide a nice breeze and keep things pretty temperate.

The wifi comes from the main Castle and can be spotty in the trailer depending on your carrier.

There is a private umbrella covered seating area just outside the trailer, and 2 privacy tents (shared) right behind her, a camp toilet and sink in 1 and a solar shower available in the other (summer only).

Guests are free to roam the secluded 18 acre property and use the fire pit on site (BYO wood). It's a beautiful forested area so you may encounter a creature that lives in the forest, please do not leave food/trash around to discourage unwanted guests.

The upstairs private bedroom is clean and spacious (24 x 24 feet) and sleeps up to four people. There is a full bathroom upstairs, with shower/tub and toilet separated by a door from the two sinks and two mirrors. Each of the bedrooms are keyed separately.

The beds are comfy with wrapped mattress protectors to keep them extra clean. The room is equipped with a small fridge and a coffee maker with coffee/tea, and some special little extras!

The guest bedrooms are up a flight of stairs, with a large sitting area, and shelves and shelves of books and board games. There is also a desk to use while you contemplate life or consider writing about your experiences.

The main house is open to our guests (with the exception of our master suite and adult daughter’s room). Feel free to cook meals in our kitchen and do a load of laundry. Judy’s mother, Nana, lives in an attached mother-in law unit which is also private.

During your stay
We enjoy sharing our home. Judy works part-time, Nana is often around, as is Michael, whose commute to work is only steps away from the main house. We enjoy sharing our knowledge of the area, and Michael can provide great tips on motorcycle routes. He could even be your guide for a small fee!

Other things to note
Our home sits on top of a hill, in the middle of the acreage, a gated entry and a peaceful, quiet country environment. Great for taking walks, or sitting on the deck. Little traffic, only country noise, it’s a quiet and relaxing retreat! We have 6 resident deer, 4 quail and numerous bunnies.

Whispering Wind boarders on the Snoqualmie River, one of the premier fishing and hunting areas. If that's not your thing, plenty of other activities are in the area including, wineries, boating and beautiful views to photograph. The road is both a popular bicycle and motorcycle route. (That’s how we discovered the place.)

We are just miles from two ski resorts and some of the most amazing hiking to be found anywhere, as well as, the world famous Woodinville wineries; and yet just minutes to Seattle, filled with arts, theater, restaurants and hundreds of attractions.

Our home, and clean barn, can also host events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, yoga retreats, reunions and more.

The space
This is a one of a kind, modern & cozy cabin that was handbuilt in 2017. Our property is just under 6 acres with a year-round tributary stream that runs next to the cabin and into Woods Creek. There is a 200' tall, 5' wide old growth cedar tree right outside, and the water that feeds the cabin is from a natural spring fed well that used to supply our house. There is a queen size bed, cooling gel memory foam topper, and super neat four poster bed. The ceilings are vaulted and low.
PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEAD!!!

There is a tire swing across the creek that you are welcome to use, but please don't use the really long swing with the wooden seat next to the fire pit.

Guests are welcome to hike all through the wooded areas of our property to the north. If bringing kids, we have a play structure for our kids that guests may use. Feel free to ride the tire swing across the creek anytime! You will more than likely meet our friendly Shar Pei, Sampson. Don't be scared, he barks because his wrinkles are so heavy he can't see you, lol. Just let him have a sniff, and he'll leave you alone. FYI, Sampson likes to go outside around 1030 am to bark at the air and let everyone know he's there, lol!

Our home is just south of the cabin, and we live here full time. We love to meet new people, so feel free to say hello!

We also know how important privacy is, so you can expect that we will give you your space too!

Our trailer is positioned roadside on our property, though semi-private with a forested greenbelt on the adjacent side of the road. The idea is that it’s a great place to rest when in the area, but the location itself doesn’t offer any great benefits.

Guest cabin inside and out clad in cedar. There are deer and elk antlers on the walls along with animal hides. The chickens, rooster and ducks are noisy but let you know your in the country. with a view of the cascade mountains and an old farm. Set on acreage next to our main house. Close to hiking, biking, fishing in numerous lakes and the Sultan and Skykomish rivers. 7 minutes to Monroe. 5 minutes to Sultan and 44 miles to Steven's Pass ski area.

This cozy 2-story home was built in the 1900s. There is a large sectional couch, SMART TV, and a basket with blankets in the living room. The farm-style dining table easily seats 8 and is great for visiting and board/card games. The kitchen has most cooking items needed to prepare a family meal.

The downstairs bedroom provides 1 full bed and a twin trundle (sleeps 2). there is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs. There are 2 full baths.

Welcome to Oz! Meet "Dorothy" our Vintage 1967 Aloha travel trailer. Situated in the "Magical Village" at High Rock Castle, this is a unique glamping experience. Follow the Yellow Brick Road and journey to the Emerald City for some R&R. Featuring a comfy memory foam bed, microwave, 3 burner stove, fridge, dining area (converts to a twin bed), and toilet. . Relax in your somewhere over the rainbow hammock, as the ridge offers a great view of our 18 private acres, creek, pond, castle & dragons!

The space
"Dorothy" is just 14' long, she's cozy and comfortable. The main bed is a full size/double, the dinette can be converted into a twin (extra bedding in cabinet) for an additional guest.

This is a semi primitive camping experience. There is running water in the sink (cold), a flush camp toilet, and solar shower available on site. There is a mini fridge w/ small freezer space. We recommend bringing drinking water.

She has propane for gas cooking (burners only-oven does not work) and electricity to charge your devices. There is a microwave, hot water kettle and French press available. You will find coffee, cream, sugar, tea and snacks for your enjoyment. There are dishes, pots/pans and utensils to use. There is a space heater to use in the winter and a fan to use in the summer, but her open windows provide a nice breeze and keep things pretty temperate.

The wifi comes from the main Castle and can be non existent in the trailer depending on your carrier.

There is a private umbrella covered seating area just outside the trailer, and a hammock to relax in. You'll find lawn games in the outside box.

Guests are free to roam the secluded 18 acre property and use the BBQ grill and fire pits on site (BYO wood). It's a beautiful forested area so you may encounter a creature that lives in the forest, please do not leave food/trash around to discourage unwanted guests.

Other things to note
Please be respectful of other guests on-site to give everyone their privacy and enjoyment of the space. Park only in designated space next to your trailer.
Please stay on marked paths and exercise an abundance of caution when hiking and going near the water.
Our trailer is a vintage classic and many of her parts are original! Help us keep her in good condition and please take care and be gentle when opening/closing cabinets, windows and doors.

The most unique feature is the view. Oh, and the deck. And the view. And the trees, and did I mention the view? It's really a pretty special place. For 2016 we've added a hot tub, and a dock!

The entire house is yours. Since there's a rather large river right in front of the house I'd imagine you'll mostly wind up relaxing and enjoying the view from the deck or our new hot tub.

There's a barbecue if you feel like grilling, or if you prefer to cook indoors there's a full kitchen with pretty much all the normal things you'd expect to find.

Also, please feel free to use our dock on the river during the summer months. It's a nice place to swim, or if you'd rather not get wet we have one canoe and one kayak that you're welcome to take out. It goes without saying though that we don't know whether you're a strong swimmer, or an experienced canoeist, so please be aware of your limitations around the water and don't get in over your head. In other words, use the dock and watercraft at your own risk.

Other things to note
We try to keep the kitchen pretty well stocked with all the normal baking and cooking ingredients. You'll find flour, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, baking powder, all those sorts of things. Oh, and what good would all that be without a genuine vintage waffle iron? We also, generally speaking, have a supply of Jiffy-Pop on hand, because what's the point of having a table with a fire pit in it if you don't have any Jiffy-Pop close at hand!

We've also got an old ice cream maker if you're feeling particularly hungry and strong. It's kind of a fun process if you've never done it. It does take a bit of preparation though, so you might consult a recipe ahead of time.

Our estate features five unique rental units, and we kindly request that all guests honor each other's privacy by maintaining a 20' distance from other rentals. While guests should refrain from entering the area immediately surrounding the castle, taking photos of the castle from a distance along the driveway is permitted.

The firepit structure, gazebo, trails, and expansive grounds are communal spaces shared by all guests.
We ask that you stick to cleared trails and refrain from entering any bodies of water on the property. Please keep in mind that we are located in a residential forestry zone, and while it's uncommon, you may come across wildlife that inhabits the forest.

Our place is a 3 bedroom home with a nice open living room and dining room and fully functioning kitchen. One of the most amazing parts of our property is the outdoor living area which is a cozy
sitting area in front of an awesome fireplace, a large hot tub and outdoor grill with a rock waterfall sink. The rocks are the faucet handles which turn the water on in the sink. You have to see it!

The entire house is for your use when you rent as well as the covered patio area with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Oh! and the tree swing which hangs 25 feet off of the amazing Giant Oak tree! Everyone who tries out the swing loves it! Sometimes the horses are grazing in the front pasture and you can watch them from the kitchen window.

If you wish to BBQ we have an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill. If you plan to use the grill it is helpful if we know ahead of time to ensure there is propane.

The living area includes a huge, comfortable sectional couch, a dining table that seats 6 & an island that seats 3. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with new appliances and everything you need to cook your meals including a Keurig, a hot water pot, a blender, a waffle maker, an air pop & a toaster.

Enjoy the cozy great room with a gas fireplace. a 55 inch Roku TV and walk out covered patio with a gas BBQ. s

A seasonal outdoor Fire Pit is available to roast some marshmallows or have a couple of drinks by the fire and watch the stars!

2 cruiser bikes are available upon request to ride along the many trails that snake through the neighborhood, or along nearby Lake Tye park.

2 kayaks are available seasonally upon request for leisurely floats on Lake Tye.

Living room:
In the living room, there is a huge, comfortable sectional couch, perfect for game night! A large selection of games and puzzles are provided for your enjoyment.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom includes queen-size adjustable bed, a walk in closet & ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a full bed.

The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

There is an additional full bathroom with a traditional tub for guests.

Our home also offers EV Charging & a 1-2 person sauna.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway with enough room for 2 vehicles. Additional parking available on the street for potential visitors.

The fire pit is seasonal and stored during the rainy seasons.
The bikes & helmets are readily available in the garage.
The kayaks are available upon request and prior arrangement with the host. They are typically stored offsite.
A gas BBQ with tools is located on the back patio.
Keurig/coffee maker with coffee pods and sugar are supplied for your first morning brew. A french press & hot pot are also available for your use.

NON SMOKING – The property is a non-smoking property and any form of smoking is prohibited inside the property. Violation of the non-smoking policy is grounds for immediate removal without refund. PETS – No pets are permitted in rental units at any time. Violation of the “no pets” stipulation is grounds for immediate removal without refund. SECURITY DEPOSIT - Fully refundable provided the following provisions are met: •No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear (as determined in the sole discretion of the owner). •No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. •All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. •All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. •No linens are lost or damaged. •NO early check-in or late checkout. •The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement. •Upon departure, keys are left on the kitchen counter and the unit is left locked. •Upon departure, all used dishes are washed and trash is taken to the dumpster directly behind the unit. PROPERTY INSPECTION – All problems, including inadequate cleaning and damage, must be reported in writing (email is acceptable) within 24 hours of check-in. Property owner and/or her agents reserve the right to enter premises at any time for the purpose of effecting necessary inspections, repairs or maintenance. It is the guests’ sole responsibility to inspect the property upon arrival, to ensure that it is free of hazards and properly equipped. Guest(s) assumes the entire risk of injuries arising from use of the property by them and their guests, and agrees to release and indemnify property owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured on the premises during the term of occupancy, resulting from any cause whatsoever. RESTRICTION ON PROPERTY USE – Guests are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful activities or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance, including but not limited to excessive noise at any time day or night. Violation of this provision will result in immediate eviction without refund, and guests will be held liable for any damages to the property, its contents and grounds. INDEMNIFICATION – Any penalties imposed by the City of Monroe due to noise, party goers who get out of hand, partygoers being drunk in public or excessively noisy, serving alcohol to minors or displaying other behaviors. Penalties imposed by the City for violation are the sole responsibility of the tenant. By accepting these terms, as evidenced by taking occupancy, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of the premises, their agents, representatives and employees, against and from any and all charges, assessments, costs, damages, expenses, obligations and other liabilities, of every kind and description, incurred by the owners and/or any such agents and representatives, and arising out of or in connection with occupant’s violation of any applicable City ordinance, state or federal law, rule or regulation, any breach or violation of the terms of this agreement, and/or any settlement, award, judgment, Court Order or other amount paid or owed to any third Party (including attorney’s fees, Court costs and related expenses) resulting from Occupant’s (or its guest’s) actions, omissions and/or liabilities. Violation of the city’s ordinance is grounds for immediate removal without refund. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to seven(7) persons. No additional persons will be permitted without the prior written consent of the owners, which may be given or withheld in their sole discretion, and if given will incur additional charges as indicated on the written consent. Overcrowding or misrepresentation as to the number of guests is grounds for immediate revocation of this agreement and removal of all guests without refund. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. KEYS – Any missing key will be charged $25 per key for replacement cost. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in each Unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken out of the Units. Missing towels will result in a $25 fine per set. CLEANING FEE – A cleaning fee is required and exclusive of the rental rate. RATE CHANGES – All rates for rental of the Units or as otherwise identified herein are subject to change without notice from time to time. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved by the owners in writing in advance. All of the units are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur to the occupant, or any guest or other person while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings or valuables of the occupant or any guest or other person. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. This Agreement constitutes an agreement signed and to be fully performed in the City of Monroe. By signing this Agreement, you represent to the owners that you are above the age of eighteen, and have full power and capacity to enter into and perform this Agreement, which shall be fully enforceable against you in any Court of competent jurisdiction.
