Welcome to our Tiny Home nestled below Tiger Mountain in the "Issaquah Alps." Hiking trail access is just down our road for South Tiger Mountain. If you've ever wanted to experience Tiny Living book a stay in our comfortable 8x24' cabin in the woods. With full-size kitchen appliances, a shower, and flush toilet, you will find yourself quite at home!

There's a winery down the road, world-class mountain biking nearby, tubing several rivers, Lake Wilderness or Lake Sammamish, as well as Skiing 30 min away in winter, or even tour Seattle only 30 min away. Lots to do--or nothing at all.

It is set in a private forested natural area on our property, next to sheep pastures. Our land is adjacent to the power easement. Deer come through nightly to graze. It is very peaceful.

This is a quiet, comfortable home with an open kitchen/dining/living room plan. It's walking distance to Downtown Issaquah, restaurants, shopping, and Tiger Mountain trails. It's equipped with every you might need for a longer stay: a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, Wifi and Smart TV, and a fitness center in the complex. The apartment features a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table that expands to seat 8, and a balcony with seating and a gas barbecue.

Each large bedroom has a comfortable queen bed (no unexpectedly sleeping on pull-out sofas!) with a selection of pillows, a desk, large closet, and a bathroom with tub and shower. Travel crib and high chair are available if you're traveling with little ones.

It's a short walk on the bike/pedestrian trail to Olde Town (downtown) Issaquah, where you'll find excellent restaurants, shops, parks, festivals, and community buildings such as the library and Boehm pool (named after a local chocolatier, their shop is on Gilman). A little further on is the historic boutique shopping district of Gilman Village (including our favorite sandwich place, the Boarding house, AND coffee place, Issaquah Coffee). Head the other way on the trail for a hike on Tiger Mountain to the viewpoint, where you can watch (or participate) as paragliding students take flight.

The downtown location is close to I-90 for quick trips by car or bus to other Eastside locations, Seattle or the mountains.

Beautiful top floor condo with vaulted ceiling. Great view of the Issaquah valley. Cute and comfortable with roomy 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) and 2 bathrooms plus a separate den. Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. Condo is 5 minutes from I-90, 15 miles from downtown Seattle and 10 miles from Bellevue. Grocery stores, coffee shops and a variety of restaurants are minutes away. There is plenty of free parking in the complex.

The space
Entire condo is available to you. Its a top floor unit and requires waking up one set of stairs to reach the front door. It’s bright with vaulted ceilings. A great floor plan with a great view of the Issaquah Valley. Bus stop in front of the complex. 5 minutes from I-90.
