Surrounded by an English garden, this apartment has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain Range. Fully stocked kitchen with an extended counter for work, play games or a nice meal. The living space has a 5 star queen size air sofa bed. The bedroom has a full closet, full size dresser, and a queen size select comfort bed. The apartment has full size bath tub with removable shower head on a hose. Laundry can be done in the full size washer & dryer. There is a small deck with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking one of the beautiful gardens. This property is located within walking distance to downtown Bothell where there are many great places to eat and to drink then have dessert! The city of Bothell provides the city park, including the Bothell historical museum, the library, and city hall and the Bothell Police Department are downtown. Along Bothell Way you will find banks, grocery and convenience stores, pop-up shops, McMenamins, medical and dental clinics and various shopping venues all sure to please every individual.

Apartment front door is on ground level. There are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental. It is used for storage, so there little to no noise.

This is a great spot for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and business travelers, alike.

The space
The apartment has been thoughtfully renovated, and furnished with modern, comfy furniture, 55" Smart HDTV (just about any content you can imagine), fast WiFi, and a kitchen ready for you to cook to your heart's content.

The bedrooms each feature a queen-sized memory foam mattress and a private closet with plenty of elbow room.

Parking is two dedicated spaces less than 50 feet from the front door, and ample street parking is available if you have another vehicle (or oversize/RV).

Enjoy the entire two-bedroom apartment and parking space during your stay, including an outdoor patio space with seating.
(This apartment is a full-time rental property, not a personal residence) The building contains only 5 apartments, each having a private entry.

You are less than 3-minute walk into the heart of downtown Bothell: grocery stores, shops, parks, loads of restaurants, Univerisity of Washington and Cascadia Community College, and culture. A few more minutes will bring you to the Burke Gilman/Sammamish River trail system and waterfront of the river itself.

Close to highways I-5 and 405 make it an easy drive, Uber/Lyft ride, or bus ride to local employers, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Seattle.
Additionally, multiple transit options available. Just a few blocks to the transit center at UW Bothell where regular bus lines run.

You'll have full access to the entire apartment during your stay, and should you need it, there is coin-operated laundry in the building (not in the apartment, but a short 50 feet away in its own secure laundry room)

There are 5 steps up (3 from the parking, two at the front steps), and 6 steps down into the apartment. Once inside there are no steps

Although none inside of the apartment, there are exterior cameras on the building for added security and safety

Smoking on property will result in up to a $300 fine

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment above a garage that is detached from main house. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood called Norway Hill. Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away. Apartment front door is on ground level and has washer dryer as you enter. You will need to go upstairs for the main floor. There is plenty of parking on site.

The space
As you enter on the ground floor there are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental. It is used for storage, so there little to no noise.

Other things to note
Please note that we have portable AC units for the apartment not central AC. These are noisier than central AC but they will keep the apartment cool.
We also have two Australian Cattle Dogs on the property. They are on an invisible fence that blocks them from accessing the apartment, but they might bark from a distance.
