*. Laundry Disclosure: There is NO in-unit washer/dryer. However, a optional weekly maid service available to take care of your laundry and clean the unit once a week at an additional $90/week.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Location its very good , 10 minutes to downtown Kirkland ,Lake Washington 10 min .15 min to Bellevue , downtown Seattle probably 20 min via 520 bridge . Beautiful parks and trail close by . Less then 10 min to Bastyr University.Cascadia college is 15 min distance .Woodinville wineries 10 min away.Lots of great restaurants close by (10 min or less ).Private entrance and outdoor sitting area where u can enjoy an evening by the fire . Costco , Trader Joe , other groceries store very close by . Owner lives upstairs if you like more privacy than this rental might not be ideal for you .

Wind down from a busy day in newly built, above garage apartment (finished July 2021) next to my 1909 farmhouse. Surrounded by an English garden, this apartment has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain Range. Fully stocked kitchen with an extended counter for work, play games or a nice meal. The living space has a 5 star queen size air sofa bed. The bedroom has a full closet, full size dresser, and a queen size select comfort bed. The apartment has full size bath tub with removable shower head on a hose. Laundry can be done in the full size washer & dryer. There is a small deck with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking one of the beautiful gardens. This property is located within walking distance to downtown Bothell where there are many great places to eat and to drink then have dessert! The city of Bothell provides the city park, including the Bothell historical museum, the library, and city hall and the Bothell Police Department are downtown. Along Bothell Way you will find banks, grocery and convenience stores, pop-up shops, McMenamins, medical and dental clinics and various shopping venues all sure to please every individual.

Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away.

Apartment front door is on ground level. There are stairs heading up to main floor and laundry room to right with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a nice living room with tv, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

The apartment has an attached driveway that is available for parking. There are spots for at least 2 cars. The apartment door has a keypad so you can check in when you want. Code will be provided on check in day. The garage that is attached to apartment is not part of the rental. It is used for storage, so there little to no noise.

Love the layout of the apartment. It's adorable! My only thing was that I like to have fresh air in the bedroom that I sleep in at night. - "We loved that the property was so close to downtown Bothell and yet tucked away just up the hill. We were able to walk to get groceries and to some of the restaurants." - "My 15yo repeatedly said 10 out of 10, and 5 stars. The main room is spacious and very nice. Definitely recommend!" - "The place was clean and organized. And that's about where it ends. We were two adults, staying for three nights. We were provided two towels and one washcloth. I reached out to the owner to clarify that two people get one washcloth and to request two more towels and one more washcloth, and was told we were given our allotted amount and was instructed to do laundry. However, the dryer vent must be clogged because nothing was drying. Even on timed dry cycle, the timer would go from 40 minutes to 3 minutes quickly. It took no less than 50 tries in the dryer to get my clothes dry. Also, the bed is like a giant soft marshmallow. Not at all comfortable for two people. And finally...the toilet issue. They are on a septic so, as usual, nothing but toilet paper and human waste should go in the toilet. But no...!! We were not allowed to put our DIRTY toilet paper in the toilet. We were instructed to use the trash can. So, not only could one of us not was our butt with a washcloth, but our bathroom smelled like poo because we couldn't flush it. I would have reached out to the owner with my concerns, but doinf that the first time didn't even get me one more washcloth. I was just told to do laundry on my vacation. And the lock box was broke to get into the apartment. Thankfully a key was also provided."
