In the text thread they stated eventually that they would process a cancellation and REFUND. There has been no refund. They will not respond to Expedia. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and pass on this property. "

We found a knife in the bed sheets! This wasn’t just odd, it was dangerous—my wife almost cut her leg on it. When we texted management about this, we received no response for a full day. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. How could they miss a knife sticking out of the bed? The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking. The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend. "
