In the text thread they stated eventually that they would process a cancellation and REFUND. There has been no refund. They will not respond to Expedia. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and pass on this property. "

It’s a needlessly complicated process that wasted a lot of time. Once inside, things got worse. Everything was unplugged, and there was Saran wrap covering all the fire detectors. The worst part? We found a knife in the bed sheets! This wasn’t just odd, it was dangerous—my wife almost cut her leg on it. When we texted management about this, we received no response for a full day. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. How could they miss a knife sticking out of the bed? The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking. The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend. "

- "The guest house is in a safe neighborhood near a local college and park. Top floor of a 3-story multi unit building. Lots of amenities included such as cooking utentils, TV and deck. Was perfect for a night between airport & cruise port. Most of unit is newly renovated. Area is safe, has one reserved parking spot & near to 7-11 and some local restaurants. We ordered food to the house with no problems. Only caveat is those afraid of heights might find the walkway and deck high up for their tastes."
