We asked for an upgrade if they gave us a studio suite which was great, but I have to say the actual pull out bed on the couch was terrible. You could fill the metal. I know these beds are never comfortable, but maybe a mattress pad to put on top of it would’ve been wonderful, other than that enjoyed our stay had a beautiful view. The corner King suite was a perfect way to view Snowflake lane from the 20th floor, and be cozy in front of floor to ceiling windows. It was magical. Staff was kind and attentive. As a person with kids coming and choosing this hotel over other hotels was the pool. I must say the pool was very, very cold and the Men's locker room had no identification and the staff was unable to understand my husband when he asked and he was directed to the women's locker room. The hotel is a little bit farther from Seattle downtown, however, there is a bus station a few minutes walking that will be easy to hop in the 550 bus which takes you to Seattle in about 35 minutes. Other perks is the 560 bus which takes you to Tacoma Airport in about 45 minutes. I haven’t tried the restaurant in the hotel lobby, honestly, a very nice ambiance, but with a poorly menu. For breakfast I found a place called Farina, which is about 10 minutes walk, great food with a fair price. If you don’t mind organizing to take a ride to get access to Seattle, this is a great lodging to stay in. "

The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking. The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend. "

- "Everything was nice and convenient." - "Long weekend trip with child for a dance competition in the area. This location worked out great for us. I love having a full kitchen to be able to prepare lunches or dinners to save some money. The buffet breakfast was great and options changed daily. There was also hot rice and steamed vegetables available daily, which I thought was nice for those interested. Room was super clean and in good condition. Check in/out was easy. Only negative was almost EVERY single parking spot available (there is a nightly parking fee I had overlooked when booking) was for "compact" cars. Short and NARROW. Which meant most people parked over lines to accommodate their vehicle. Not their fault, just really poor parking lot planning. Location was safe and had easy access to the highway. I would come back again."

- "Check in was great! Very welcoming. We’ve stayed here prior and they never disappoint with their customer service. Only problem is the thermostat. It wouldn’t change temp, stayed at 68 they sent someone up right away however it only moved up 2 degrees but we just left it alone and bundled up a little more. It sounded like it was a common concern. Perhaps changing their system to make it less problematic for people’s stay. " - "The area was quiet even though there was construction going on in the area and with it being the weekend the workers were off. Easy access to interstate. Not to far from downtown Seattle. If you have more than one car, be prepared to climb a steep hill or a ton of stairs to get to front door. - "A little difficult to get to and AC didn't work for us. Otherwise the place was reasonable" - "It seemed as if this was the property owners first rental. Sparse directions prior to arriving, the door lock combination provided did not work and the right combination took over an hour to get, the building entrance code never did work and I had to traipse through garage to reach room, no directions on how the electronic lock worked or even how to lock the room, and I had to find the parking information from the on-site manager not related to owner (thank goodness they were there). Room was clean but amenities sparse with no extras such as salt/pepper. No hair dryer. Iron but no ironing board. No coffee, K-cups, or tea--most units I've rented include at least a few. Most disruptive was that the internet did not work. Repeatedly a non-functioning password was given, and I had to cross the street to use internet at Starbucks. An Amazon firestick was provided but was useless without the code to use it. These errors meant that I could not do any computer work or watch any programming in the unit itself. Lastly, although the neighborhood was quiet, the room had significant random noise from the building utility room located just beneath room. Note—My sister stayed in a different unit same building and had none of the same problems I did. My conclusion an amateur owner who should not be renting. "

When asked, the property owner took more than a day to reply and couldn't give us a solution. We spent our whole stay without WiFi/internet, which was a major inconvenience as we were not able to do work."

- "Great!" - " Good" - "Perfect location, clean and spacious rooms, and great staff!" - "Price, location and complimentary breakfast 👍" - "My family and I wanted to experience snowflake lane and decided to stay in Bellevue. The other hotels surrounding Bellevue square were kinda pricey, this hotel was only 6 minutes away so we decided to stay here. We stayed 2 nights for under $300 and in my opinion it was worth more. It was great! Directly across the street was Dave & Buster’s, food, & grocery. We chose the king room with couch (had pullout bed) and it was huge with lots of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was great too with lots of choices, hotel was clean and accommodating. Pool and gym were also very nice and clean. Again, Bellevue square was a 6 minute drive so even after a long day of shopping and parade watching we were right around the corner for a great price! "
