- "Everything was terrific!" - "We arrived mid-day on a Friday and it was nice to be accommodated on early check-in. The place was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were grateful for the waters in the fridge and ice in the tray in the freezer. The beds were a little more firm than we are used to, but that did not prevent us from getting a good nights sleep. The apartment had the capability of climate control. a/C if you were hot, fans if not that hot and heat if it was chilly and it was the first day we were there. The only complaint we have is that the TV and/streaming service really was not great. No major Cable channels and movies kept freezing and we had to restart them several times. We attempted to cast our devices to get other channels, but that kept crashing too. Perhaps offer basic cable and some other streaming channels. This is the only issue we had and since it was only the evenings, it wasn’t that much of a problem. Another plus was having a washer and dryer with some supplies to use. That helped us out tremendously. "

- "Long story short: we arrived at the property. I contacted the owner b/c we hadn't received check-in instructions. The owner told me that the place was no longer available and Vrbo should have let me know. (I don't know why the owner didn't also contact me, since we had already messaged back and forth when I made the booking). Fortunately, the owner offered another property that was available for those days. It had fewer beds and was further from the airport, but we made do. It was great that the owner made things right, and the other property was nice, although it wasn't really ready for guests (understandable given the circumstances). It was great that the owner was able to help us in our emergent need, and I am disappointed in Vrbo for the failure to let us know, but I do think the owner shares some of the blame."
