It was about 35 min from Seattle (no traffic) and 30 min from Tacoma, with lots of eateries and shopping nearby. The property manager was very responsive and very accommodating to my particular situation. There was a file folder with additional info pertaining to the property and local activities. Please make sure to read through it thoroughly as it proved to be very useful on my trip. If I return to the SEA-TAC area this is the place I will be staying at. I give a score of 11/10... Just be forewarned that there is no central air in this unit. That was not a deal breaker for me, but it did get really hot."
