Located just about 4 or 5 miles from the SeaTac Airport, this area was once considered out in the sticks. There are now many beautiful homes and nice communities and neighborhoods connected to one another all the way from the SeaTac airport, which has also expanded south.

Many areas are being revitalized along the way as a result of progress and this particular location is seeing that too.
It is right in the path of growth and change is happening fast all over the Kent, Des Moines, Federal Way and Tacoma areas.

From this Abnb site, just head West for a few minuets to anyone of the several beaches available to roam or go out to one of the great restaurants along the shores and watch a glorious sunset.
Or, go East for a few minuets to downtown Kent for more to see. Take a nice walk along the green river trails as 20 or 30 minuets will get you out into the Cascade foothills for a scenic drive.
North to Seattle is about 15 miles and going south to Tacoma is about the same distance but the time of day and the traffic can add extra time to the commutes so,plan for that.
