Stunning views of Poulsbo marina and Olympic Mountains. Centrally located on Kitsap Peninsula with easy day trips to Seattle, Port Townsend, and the Olympics. Downstairs apartment in older home is one block from town with famous Sluys bakery and galleries. Includes bedroom with view of marina, side deck off bedroom, private bath with large soaking tub, small exercise room/office space, and living room with full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot. Laundry with arrangement. Quiet neighborhood so please be respectful with noise.
This is a cute downstairs apartment with a nice side deck right outside your bedroom door with a view of the marina and lots of fresh sea air!
Although there is no kitchen with stove or sink, I have the basics (fridge, microwave, etc) as listed. Private entrance is down a short but semi-steep incline from the parking space.
Bathroom has large soaking tub (the jets do not work) and a bidet toilet with heated seat.
Sauna works great but the interior light does not work and they don't make that part anymore. I have a new heat/AC pump that works great.
Washer and dryer available on arrangement with me since it's not in the apartment (but just outside the door across the hallway).
Since I live upstairs, I'm available to meet you when you arrive and are available by phone or text to answer any questions and help make your stay wonderful! I can also answer any questions about local events or places to visit. Plus, I'll have a binder of local information available.
Beach Access: There is no beach access from the property; the stairs near the entrance are the neighbor's private property. There is beach access nearby that I have listed in my house notebook.
Smoking: I have a no smoking policy inside the apartment or on the premises because I’m highly allergic to cigarette smoke.

The Clubhouse is a lovely and roomy one-bedroom apartment above a garage located on 5 acres on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula - with convenient access to Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula.
In addition to a private bedroom, there is a living room and a roomy kitchenette. The futon couch folds out into a full size bed. Play a game of pool on the parlor-size pool table. Several board games are also available. Pick a DVD to watch or just sit around the table and chat. Our goal is to make you feel like you are at home while having a place to kick back and have fun.
We are five minutes from the beautiful town of Poulsbo, 20 minutes from Bainbridge Island and the ferry to Seattle, and just 1 and 1/2 hours to the heart of the Olympic National Park. We are 45 minutes from Pt. Townsend. We are close to lovely trails and beaches on the Kitsap Peninsula.
The kitchen is stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, microwave, Oster counter top convection oven, induction hot plate and full size frig. Some condiments are provided. Please note we do not have a stove, but most cooking can be done on appliances provided. We also have a grill in the summer.
We have a lovely path around the property. Some "hidden treasures" can be discovered. Look for the scavenger hunt in the guest manual.
There is an extra charge of $20 per person over 3 quests.
No cars are kept in the garage.
We have recently installed brand new carpeting and flooring in the entire apartment. Due to a recent incident, we do not allow dogs to be left unattended in the Clubhouse for more than 3 hours.

Just up the road from popular Kiana Lodge, approximately a mile and a half to Clearwater Casino, ten-minute drive to historic downtown Poulsbo, called the Leavenworth of the West.

BOOKING REQUIREMENT
We will not approve a booking unless you add a personal note stating the reason of your stay. Once the booking is approved, guests will receive a Welcome Guide via email 3 days before checking in with address and other instructions. The access code to the keyless entry will be emailed the day before. Make sure to look for VRBO emails in your Inbox or Spam folder.
PROPERTY AND ACCESSIBILITY
Please keep in mind that our guest entrance is located down a semi-steep driveway and several steps down with no actual railing making it not suitable for people with mobility issues.
PARKING
The property can only accommodate one car per stay. Our street is rural thus not very well lit at night; something to keep in mind when planning your time of arrival on the first day.
CLARIFICATION ON AMENITIES
The TV does not have cable but is connected to the internet so you can use your own Netflix, Amazon, etc... subscription to log in. There is no washer and dryer in the guesthouse; however, the nearest laundromat is located 6 miles away. The kitchenette is not fully stocked but guests will find the basics as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine to prepare simple breakfasts or light meals. Therefore, the kitchenette is not suitable for longer stays. There is no outdoor BBQ nor access to a hot tub. Even though we are a waterfront property, there is no beach access from the top of our bluff.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
The guesthouse is on a septic tank system, therefore make sure to follow instructions posted in the kitchen and bathroom to avoid issues. Furthermore, the guesthouse has a maximum occupancy of 4 people at all times; no guests beyond max occupancy allowed during the stay. We also ask that our guests do not wear outside shoes in the guesthouse. Finally, we live right upstairs and are available for questions or concerns during your stay.

And while many hotels tout that if you forgot something, they will provide it…I felt the hosts really thought of everything in this regard (refreshing drinks to tide you over until you stock the fridge, smores kit to use with their firepit, etc.). The décor was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Lastly, Karina and Nicholas are warm and friendly hosts. We were greeted upon arriving and we felt as though we were the guests of good friends."

Great, private studio apartment with separate entrance in our basement. Recently remodeled with nice finishes. Guests are welcome to use the hot tub as well as the patio dining set.
Easy to access to Seattle via the state ferries out of Kingston or Bainbridge. The fast ferry out of Kingston to Seattle is a nice experience as well. We're close to the Olympic Peninsula and downtown Poulsbo is less than 15 minutes.
We're just over a mile south of the famed Hood Canal floating bridge.
The space
Suite includes a king size bed as well as a futon that can sleep one adult or a couple of kids. Kitchenette includes Keurig, various creamers for coffee, a hot plate, toaster, microwave, flatware as well as plates, glasses, and bowls.
We also have a hot tub that guests are welcome to use as well as beach towels.

Guest access:
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. When you arrive at the property, you'll want to take the second driveway and your parking space is located directly in front of the gate to the left of the house. This is a shared driveway so please pull your car in far enough to allow access to the circular part of the driveway. There is space for ONE car in the driveway in front of the gate. If you need additional parking, you may park on the street in front of the property. You will gain access to the apartment from the driveway by entering through the gate on the left side of the property (PUSH the black lever). Follow the path DOWN INTO THE BACKYARD and to the right. There you will find the entrance through a glass sliding door. As mentioned previously, this is an upper and lower apartment property and the hosts occupy the upper unit.
The coffee bar is always freshly stocked there are new, unopened condiments in the refrigerator shall you choose to use them. You will also find several new, unopened items in the bathroom for your personal use.
You will find games in the media console in the living room and the Bose Bluetooth Speaker is in the dining area.
If you require any additional linens, you’ll find extra sheets, blankets, and pillows in the mirrored closet (closest to the tv) in the living room. That is also where you will find the exercise equipment and hand weights. All towels are in the laundry room cabinetry.
The large yard is yours to enjoy during your stay, so please make yourselves at home. There are cornhole boards, extra seating, a fire table and BBQ.
Your Hosts:
The upper unit of this building is occupied by your Hosts. A quiet married couple and occasionally our Grandchild- a young Golden-doodle named Rue. We are available shall you need anything during your stay; however, your privacy is important to us. We work full time and travel often. We are deeply rooted and very established within our community as business owners and public servants. We try to be as quiet as possible during your stay, but please keep in mind this is an upper and lower apartment configuration.

There were even clean robes and slippers for guest use, which you hardly ever see in a rental property. To access the apartment you have to walk down a short gravel path that has a bit of a steep slope, so would not recommend it for folks with any mobility issues. It is, as stated, a basement apartment, so it has limited natural light, but there is plenty of lighting once you are inside. Neither of those things were an issue for us, but thought they were worth mentioning. This is a very peaceful and relaxing space in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Though the hosts live upstairs, there was no issue with noise from above. Communication with the Sasha was perfect and check in was super easy. We would definitely recommend this property. "

Need a get away that is close to all the local attractions?! Studio on acreage with access to fire pit and nice walks among the trees. Close to Bangor base, approximately 1.5 miles, close to town or to local hiking around Kitsap County, 5 miles from Poulsbo and Silverdale, easy access to Hwy 3.
The studio has nice lodge feel, wireless availability can sometimes be a challenge but there is plenty to do if not on a device!

As you walk out the front door the Scandinavian style main strip of Poulsbo awaits you. The strip features several eateries, breweries, bars and quaint shops. Around the back of the building be greeted by the view of the scenic Poulsbo waterfront marina and park. Viking fest is a major event and you will be at the heart of it all at the suite. Everything you need for a comfortable, convenient and fun stay is at the Front Street Suite!

Welcome to the Poulsbo waterfront and Main Street! This beautifully decorated Liberty Bay loft apartment features 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with island counter, open concept living room, spacious bathroom and incredible view of the waterfront. The apartment is surrounded by eateries, chocolate and coffee shops, bakeries and more. Walk to the Marina and waterfront park, stroll the sidewalk while browsing the shops. Liberty Bay loft is the perfect space for a central and fun get away.
Liberty Bay Loft is the perfect spot for your downtown getaway. Situated on the main street in downtown Poulsbo with water views and the convenience of being a stone`s throw from eateries and shops the loft has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an open space living room and kitchen with bar.
Coming in from the main street, head up the stairs and enter the Loft. The Loft itself is one level and each room is separated by living areas.
Bedroom 1 is a King bed with water views and smart TV.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, closet and dresser.

Keypad access to the building and my hotel room was convenient. I was concerned at first about having a separate bathroom from the room, but it was not an issue. Both spaces were nicely decorated. The location in the heart of Downtown Poulsbo provided great walkability and access to many restaurants and shops close by. My only complaint is that the cleaning service did not appear to vacuum the floor or the top of the couch in the hotel room, every other area (including the bathroom) was cleaned well."

- "This was a very cute clean room. I liked the minimal clutter of the room, and decore. Bathroom was clean and well stocked." - "Cleverly hidden fact: this room has no bathroom. Shared bathroom down the hall. Also, it is not a “Hotel” and advertising it as such is a joke. A hotel has personnel, reception. This is an Airbnb with no support and a wall of call centers between you and the site. There is no one on site. Wayfinding was horrible. I had no info on check in but the address, and had to get on the phone with remote “staff” so they could walk me around the block into a dark parking lot and explain to me the code and how to key in. Supposedly the details were hung up in their system somewhere. This was a terrible, terrible customer experience! Also they advertise $92 a night but the cleaning fee is $92. This whole listing is a joke. Hotel..ha! Not."

Walking distance to waterfront park & downtown Poulsbo eateries and shops.
This spacious 1500 sqft apartment is part of a multi-level home that has an upper and lower apartment with ample parking.
Parking is located in front of the building, when you walk in you will go up stairs and enter the unit. There is a primary bedroom, laundry area with plenty of storage, primary bathroom, guest half bath, sitting area with piano, dining room, living room, 2 balconies one on front and one on back looking over the parking area.
The living room features a smart TV, electric fireplace, Queen size sofa sleeper and additional couch.
Hang out space accessed by concrete staircase alcove surrounded by hanging flowers and vines.
Guests have access to whole space except for lower apartment and garage.
Guests will share parking space with lower apartment guests. Other common space includes the outdoor firepit area accessed by concrete staircase off parking space.

Absolutely amazing coastal cabana located in Washington’s beautiful city of Poulsbo. This cabana is not only charming and eccentric but it also comes with picturesque views of Liberty Bay and breathtaking mountain scenery to take in while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. Perfect for solo travelers/couples traveling through the PNW and needing a comfy place to call home while on your journey! Centrally located and a quick drive away to enjoy Poulsbo’s quaint and coastal downtown!
- "Perfect little place for a single woman! Loved that the property was gated. I felt very safe. Decor was so cute! The owners are on site and super friendly. I mentioned to them that a table would be nice to have at the end of the bed and not 5 minutes later they showed up with the perfect nightstand! I also asked about a hairdryer because I hadn't brought one (so many places have them). She immediately brought one to me. Loved that they had a Keurig and provided K-cups. Just a special little touch :)"

This replica of a tiny house is 200 square feet, but comfortably sleeps 5. Located ground level, below another airbnb unit and attached to the back a wood shop; the occasional power tool will be heard. We are also on a well, so the water does smell of sulfa. There is hydronic floor heat, cable television, wifi, a laundry room/bathroom and a few kitchen ammenities. Guests have a private entrance with the keypad. Guests must be able to adjust and climb ladder safely into loft bed or request couch.
The space
Kitchen consists of basic amenities including a coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, toaster, waffle iron, egg cooker, mini fridge and a sink. Stocked with plates, bowels, mugs, glasses, cutting board, knives and utensils. Loft beds will be made. Please specify when booking if you prefer the pull out couch to be made up. Extra bedding and pillows are located in the ottoman. Use ladder at your own risk.

- "My family of 4 stayed there for 3 nights and we LOVED it!! I grew up in Poulsbo and my dad's former architecture office was next door and I actually parked in his old spot, just was kinda neat. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for tourists and accommodated my family better than I imagined." - "A large portion of my family resides in Poulsbo, so when I needed to travel North for a family event I was excited to see a new hotel right in the center of Poulsbo. The hotel is small and well maintained. Close to anything in the Poulsbo area. The only awkward part of the hotel is the bathroom is in the hallway, but it is a private bathroom for your room. So that helps. I will come back for sure."
The Birdhouse studio is separate from the main house and has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. It's close to Poulsbo, Kingston, Port Gamble, and the Hood Canal Bridge. The studio has a Queen bed, coffee bar, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Outside includes a sitting area and covered parking. If taller than 5'5", duck when going up or down the stairs. The shower is small, and the internet is slow and can be unpredictable.
The space
Internet: Our rural internet goes down sometimes and is reliably slow. It's adequate for general search and watching movies, but video conferencing would be frustrating.
Location: Centrally located between Poulsbo (15 minutes), Kingston (10 minutes), Port Gamble and the Hood Canal Bridge (10 minutes). Bainbridge/Seattle ferry is 35 minutes away. Walking and biking trails at the Port Gamble Heritage Park are a short distance from the apartment.
Outside: The garden, picnic table, grill, and chairs near the carport are all yours. You're welcome to herbs, flowers, and vegetables. The garden is still in early days, so the plantings are not yet lush, but it's a nice spot to enjoy the birdsong and wind through the trees.
Access: Private entrance to a studio above the woodshop. There are 15 stairs with a railing. Please be cautious. Watch your head if you're taller than 5'5".
Bathroom: The bathroom has visual privacy, but there is no door. The shower is small, 28 x 30, but has good water pressure.
Doggie: You'll find dog towels, treats, balls, and a dog bed under the stairs. Please wipe down your dog before going upstairs.
Kitchenette: Microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, utensils, plates/bowls/glasses. There is no hotplate.
Cooling: There is a stand alone fan/air cooling unit. Cooling requires ice packs and water in the reservoir. There are several ice packs in the freezer.
Heating: Stand alone radiator heater.

The studio has private guest access to a second floor apartment.

The bathroom has visual privacy but no door.

The space
This is an 8.5 acre farm surrounded by a mixture of cedar, fir and pine trees.
Watch the movie unfold from the comfort of your bed. The views out the window can be of birds, deer, bunnies and if you are lucky, you might even spot a coyote or a bear or two running through the pasture.
I have tried to create a greenbelt for the native animal population since development and clearcutting are on the rise. So, immerse yourself in nature from the comfort of the Nest. It is truly a hidden paradise.

Take a stroll around the farm. Sit out on your private patio with a view of the forest and "my girls" the chickens. Enjoy the English garden , weather permitting.

The bed is a brand new queen size Nectar Hybrid. Its firm but soft. Guests have found it to be very comfortable and have loved it.
