The villa is located in a luxury home in a quiet area of a busy location. Surrounded by forest cover, private and quiet. The 18000ft backyard has a private swimming pool and basketball court. It's a four-minute drive to the mall. Supermarkets, coffee, restaurants, banks, clinics are all in there. The famous White Rock Beach is a 15-minute drive away. Convenient and cozy.

- "Lots of details about this property are not as they seem. It was advertised with a heated pool and hot tub. There is no hot tub, rather just a deep bathtub for 1. The pool was present, in disrepair and absolutely filthy (I have pictures). After 2 messages to the property manager (The second was unanswered), someone came to finish repairing the pool pump and sand filter. They sort of cleaned it but did not leave it running to filter all the debris that was stirred up. As for heat, I suppose the sun is a heater, absolutely not as advertised, it wasn't useable for my stay. Another issue is parking. There is a large driveway but I was told I had to park on the street. There is a very long, very uphill walk to get to the room. As for the property in general, it's clear it's an investment property and nothing more. It is in disrepair, the lawn is not in great shape, especially compared to the neighbourhood, it is in a very nice area. The main house as well as a converted garage are both rented out. The room was nice, it was clean but there is no AC and only 1 window opens. That was broken and did not open fully. I found that it was off of it's track and fixed it. There are appliances but they need to be moved to a power source to use, which is inconvenient for something as large as a microwave. I do not have enough room to finish this, but I would NOT recommend this rental. Were it not for having to pre-pay, I would have walked away and found a better place."

There is a lot of parking in the house. Don't worry about it even if you come in the midnight.
