The heated pool is operational all year,and we reserve to right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status.
Please don't urinate in the pool, the sauna below the pool has full restrooms.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please take a shower before entering and no drinks/food in the hot tub. No glass containers in or around the hot tub. If you unreasonably leave the hot tub water in bad condition (beyond normal usage), you will be charged a $150 water change fee.

Sauna Room:
Sauna room is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please rinse it off after using the sauna.

The space
The main floor is completed by the luxurious large living room, family room, main dining room breakfast room, kitchen and a bedroom with full bath. The main floor has a huge wooden semi-screened terrace, a large outdoor stone dining table and chairs, and a fireplace. There is also a full laundry room on this floor.
