- "We rented this place and another house on Quilcene Bay for a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. The host was very helpful and responsive. The community of volunteers involved with this mansion and museum and park grounds is doing great work. All bedrooms are on the second floor. One bathroom of two is on the main floor. We stayed 5 nights. Very relaxing an peaceful. No traffic or noise issues. We would stay here again." - "Our family of six stayed for 3 nights. During the day my parents, son, and daughter-in-law came to visit. We loved the pond, river, and park access! The kids had a blast playing hide-and-seek in the house and running around. It was around 80 degrees during our stay, and I can vouch for the upstairs not cooling off too well - but it is just the bedrooms anyways. By bedtime it had cooled off reasonably. The house is beautiful, and the museum was fun also!"
