This home is located just minutes from downtown Sooke which offers grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, cafe's and shops.

Also, this Resort has a 114-slip marina onsite which is home to many fishing charter companies plus Adventures by HIP (the number one whale watching company in Sooke!). You can rent a bike or kayak from West Coast Outdoor Adventures which is also located at this beautiful Resort.

Take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more. You can't beat this area of Vancouver Island for outdoor activities!

Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your suite. The doors will have a 4-digit code and you can park one vehicle in the car port out front. Extra parking is available for a fee of $10/day (plus applicable taxes) through the resort pay meter app.

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle. Although there is public transportation available between Sooke and Victoria, it is very limited, and the nearest grocery store is a 25 to 30-minute walk away.

Please note, long term stays will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $164+tax. We will send you a request for payment of this charge upon confirmation of your reservation.

Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.

Our farm is located inside the cute oceanside town of Sooke, BC. Close to nature and the beaches of the southern coast of Vancouver Island. All basic services are just a few minutes away and greater Victoria can be reached in about 30 minutes drive.

The beach house is set back on the farm away from the main farming activity. On the farm we grow fresh vegetables, have tons of fruit and friendly animals you are more than welcome to visit. It is truly a magical place.

- "Deer in the woods surrounding the house. A sense of isolation while civilization is a short drive away. Room to spread out while the furnishings encourage togetherness. Two wonder bathing tubs indoors and a hot tub on the deck. All of this in perfect privacy and with spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan to stay again and can not recommend it enough. Yes yes yes!!!" - "This was a beautiful space for our group of 9 to stay. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and to come together. The view was spectacular. We especially loved watching the swallows fly by the deck while drinking our morning coffee. Almost every amenity was available . The only disappointment was the lack of deck furniture despite the listing saying that there was some there.
