- "The property is new and although compact, makes great use of the space. The view is great, the amenities new and modern, and the sense of privacy was wonderful. The only thing that didn't work was the shower: the valve is busted and we were either scorched or frozen --- not much in-between. THE AREA
Sooke's two main grocery stores, three pharmacies, bakeries, coffee shops, fast food/dine-in restaurants, breweries, gifts shops, Legion branch #54, and the community hall are within minutes of your front door. The ocean is a block away and easily accessible via the Ed MacGregor boardwalk...

Don't forget to bring your camera, there are lots of birds and marine mammals you may be lucky enough to take a photo of!

Once you've parked your vehicle at the base of the stairs, head on up where you will first be greeted by an over sized deck. Enter through the front door, and your downtown oasis welcomes you home.

This bright 2-bedroom suite, with reflective glass for privacy and energy-efficient windows for soundproofing from the busy outside world, will not disappoint. Enjoy the complimentary wine before turning in for the night. Pull down the blackout blinds and you will be assured to get a peaceful night's sleep.

Guests have access to parts of the yard that we call our 'Wildwood', a grassy section with mature alder and fir trees, blackberry bushes, wild bunnies, the occasional deer, a trampoline, and our favourite mossy rock that is home to a fire pit, and pergola, overlooking stunning ocean views, and surrounded by gardens. Enjoy hammocks, comfortable Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining under the wisteria. Guests also invited to enjoy the sitting area in the spacious front yard with garden and ocean views. Property access is for our paying guests only.

The main floor has a private entrance, three-piece bathroom with heated floors, kitchenette with new live-edge Acacia wood countertops, dining table, couch, and uber comfortable Queen Murphy Bed that sleeps 2.

The large loft bedroom sleeps an additional 4, in queen and double beds, with a comfortable reading and games area, offers spectacular ocean, sunrise and garden views. The loft is accessed by a beautiful solid wood loft stairs.
