The cute and stylish Sequoia Room is the perfect landing spot for your Olympic National Park stay! You will find this room complete with one king-sized bed and a 3/4 bathroom with a tiled shower. The cozy fireplace will keep you warm, while the private balcony will allow you to take in the surrounding views. You will also have access to the shared grand living room.

Staying at this Chalet was HER highlight on the Peninsula! Lush rainforest feeling surrounds the chalet. The owner’s daughter was in the driveway when we drove up, who explained how to adventure down through the forest to the river, and how to go for a run down the road into the national forest entry point for a carpeted AMAZING trailrun!! The decor was perfection, and to our taste and comfort. :). My ONLY regret about this chalet, is that we wasted a night staying somewhere else the previous night, In Port Townsend! I wish I knew how incredible the nestled location was so I could have made a better decision to stay there 2 nights. "

Baker and assorted ocean going vessels. The activity of the harbor is always changing. Over 60 different types of boats and ships can be seen regularly.
"Chez" (pronounced "shay") is French for "at the home of", and "ZigZag" is derived from the locally named ‘zigzag’ walkway that connects the home to the downtown area. Chez ZigZag is within easy walking distance of: downtown and an excellent organic grocery "Country Aire", Field Arts And Event Center, and Safeway / Starbucks, the Coho Ferry and Hollywood Beach/ Discovery Trail head. Downtown also boasts a wide variety of excellent restaurants - all just a short walk away.
Guests have access to either the front patio with its clear "Dome-a-cile", the rear covered patio in the back, and the Sauna. Walking through the charming gate and into the beautiful garden - complete with chickens! - and having a chat with Brent or Amy before heading upstairs to the lovely 2nd floor of their home is why you choose to go VRBO over hotels, right? Expect a spotless rental but be thrilled to see touches like an umbrella by the door, soaps at every sink, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, cozy bedding and and stacks of fluffy towels waiting for you. We needed to run a load of laundry while there and Brent handed us a full bottle of detergent not realizing it had run out. Location is absolutely perfect but be ready to wrestle your luggage up a long flight of narrow steps (not an issue if you don’t pack your entire closet like we do) and take a lot of steps or zig zag ramp to get back to the property from the main district. There is one security camera focused on the interior portion of the outside entrance door in order to ensure security integrity of the apartment.

The Park in front of our house offers a convenient place to smoke if needed. (Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or the attached patio area. The property is not 420 friendly). This is a basement apartment. The center floor is occupied by the owners and their Bordoodle Pup. They endeavor to be quiet when the Porthole is in use.... However, you will, unavoidably, hear footsteps and limited sound and and occasionally barking from "Winnie". (If this is a concern for you, you should not rent this apartment.)

- "This was our first time in the very northwestern portion of the state of Washington, so we knew nothing about where to stay or what to expect. As it turned out, we made a great choice! We enjoyed the unit very much. Neat, tidy, and very comfy. We did meet Brent and Amy, the hosts, and they were very nice and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend staying in the "Porthole" unit. It is a short walk to downtown PA, and the "zig-zag" walking ramp up and down the hill is really cool to walk on! The unit is also close to the entrance to Olympic National Park and all it has to offer, along with other towns along the shoreline. Sadly, we had to jet out of there our last morning due to a snafu with our flight home being canceled, and never had the chance to say goodbye or to thank them for a pleasant stay. Hopefully, you two will see this review and now know why we left so early and quickly on our last day."

Cute studio cabin situated just off Highway 101, at the base of Mt. Baldy, one mile east of Lake Sutherland and 600 feet west of Granny’s Cafe and Indian/Emerald Valley Motel. The Spruce Railroad Trail is within walking distance (approximately two miles), and Joyce Access Road is just the other side of Indian Creek. Easy access to Marymere Falls, Lake Crescent Lodge, Sol Duc Falls, Hurricane Ridge, the Coho ferry to Victoria, B.C and many more within a 45 minute drive radius. With two queen beds the cabin sleeps 4 adults very comfortably. It has a full kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer set contained in the bathroom. It is the perfect spot for anyone who loves the outdoors.

Come enjoy the stunning beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the lovely views of the water and wildlife. Perfect location for those looking to enjoy outstanding outdoor recreation opportunities include biking on the nearby Olympic Discovery Bike Trail or hiking in Olympic National Park. Spend time at the beach or go kayaking. We are only about 5 miles from the Olympic National Park Visitors Center. Our lovely new cabin is furnished with beautiful antiques. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed complete with comfortable linens . All of the comforts of home while being immersed in the peacefulness and serenity of nature.
Your dog may also stay with prior approval for an additional fee of $36 a night.

This property has three vacation rental units. The circular driveway has designated parking spots for each unit. The Elwha Place apartment has a designated parking spot located just to the left of the front entrance. The private entrance is marked with a green plaque titled "Elwha Place" and a ramp that leads to the red front door.

There are three rental units on this property.
Please note the apartment has one shared wall with the main house. The door between the main house and the apartment is located next to the kitchen and is locked on both sides by the owner for security, neither the guest in the apartment or guests inside the main house can open this door. There is a slight potential for noise from guests in the main house, but fairly uncommon. The other rental unit is a stand alone cottage. All three rental units share a common circle driveway.
All outdoor areas including the yards, the private trails to the creek, the play structure, the outdoor fire pits and the gazebo seating area are shared with other guests.
If you would like to book both the main house and the stand alone cottage along with the apartment, inquire with owner regarding availability and we can send you the VRBO link for the main house (Indian Valley Retreat) and the stand alone cottage (Indian Creek Cottage). Great way to accommodate large family groups.
Burn Bans may be in effect during the summer months of July to October, the use of outdoor fire pits may be affected if conditions are too dry. It is your responsibility to check to see if a burn ban is in place before starting a fire. We have added propane fire pits for you to use when the wood burning pits are not an option.
***External security cameras have been added to the entrance/exit of each of the vacation rental units and parking area.

- "Inviting, tastefully decorated loft over the garage. Setting is out in the country and very peaceful. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and a great bathroom with a bidet and a jacuzzi tub. Bathroom is down a flight a stairs, which could be challenging for some folks. Bed is a sofabed, which wasn’t my favorite, but the host said they are planning to change it to a murphy bed. Wonderful deck. Listing says unit can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids, but it would be tight. Perfect apace for one couple and possibly a child."

The Space:
This studio apartment is perfect for business or pleasure. All the furniture is top quality. The TV swivels so can be viewed by either sofa or the bed. There is a small table and chair for an office nook. The 3/4 bath has a stacked washer and dryer.
The kitchen is limited but still equipped with the basics: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate and the usual small appliances (see picture). The cupboards and drawers have plates, cups, glassware, and silverware.
The shower is brand new tile with glass door. The heat pump provides both heat and AC.
Fragrance Free Home: we have supplied the home with unscented products (paper products, dish soap & detergent, clothes detergent, pump soap). Exceptions - shampoo and conditioner and wrapped tiny bar soaps. Our cleaners use fragrance free products.
This property is situated adjacent to another unit, with a securely locked connecting door on both sides. While the door remains inaccessible from either unit, ensuring privacy for all guests, the outdoor patio is a shared space, providing a welcoming area for relaxation and enjoyment.
Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
No Pets/No Smoking/No Fireworks or Events
