Swimming Pool:

The heated pool is operational all year,and we reserve to right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status.
Please don't urinate in the pool, the sauna below the pool has full restrooms.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please take a shower before entering and no drinks/food in the hot tub. No glass containers in or around the hot tub. If you unreasonably leave the hot tub water in bad condition (beyond normal usage), you will be charged a $150 water change fee.

Sauna Room:
Sauna room is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please rinse it off after using the sauna.

Our house is In British Property, which is one the most wealthy neighborhood in Canada . You can get around to see lot of amazing luxurious houses nearby. There are also private clubs as Hollyburn County Club and Capilano Golf Club nearby. We have Cypress Mountain and Grouse Mountain ski resort at the back . It’s very convenient for skiing in winter and exploring the trails in summer.

Getting Around:
1: Drive for 15 mins, you can go downtown , Coal harbor and Stanley Park for sightseeing, restaurants and entertainment. Drive for 10mins , you can get to Horseshoe Bay, take ferry to go Victoria and exploring Vancouver Island and many small islands around .
Drive for 80mins, you can get to Whistler, the world class ski resort. It also provides lot of out door sports and activities in spiring and summer time . The most popular activities in summer are mountain biking , zipping, tree top adventure, hiking , river rafting.

HOUSE RULES

- We require that you send us an ID upon booking.
- Shoes are not allowed inside the property.
- We do not provide extra towels, the ratio would be 1 to 1 person booked.
- No extra guests allowed, any authorized one will be $50 per head per night.
- As much as we love our fur friends, we do not allow pets in the property.
- Parking is only permitted to the ones shown in the check-in instruction.
- Gates are not meant to be closed and must be remained open. Rest assured, we have a safe neighborhood and never had any issues
- Please respect our neighbors at all times. We have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additionally, we have noise monitoring censors in the property.
- Failure to check out on time will be fined $90 per hour after authorized check-out time and a whole nightly rate or any loss we incur for our next guests checking in.
- Send us a message/picture of the key or fob when you check out.

We ask that you treat our home as if it is yours but not to take anything after your reservation as our team has a checklist. Let us know if you break something so we can get that fixed in courtesy to our next guest. We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken and the right to end your reservation right away if one of these house rules is broken.
