The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and slippers. Sitting below English Bluff on Tsawwassen Beach this newly renovated cottage is not to be missed. This cozy and relaxing location will have you enjoying stunning ocean views, amazing sunsets in the evening. During an early walk along the beach you will likely be seeing herons fishing and the eagles soaring, as they look for food and return to their nest. This location will provide you with a truly authentic BC experience.

This is a single bedroom cottage with a queen bed; there is also a loveseat that has a pullout bed in the multipurpose room. This is a two level house with the living room, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom upstairs and the bedroom, multipurpose room and full bathroom downstairs. There are a lot of stairs from the parking area to the cottage and from the cottage to the beach. The stairs from the top of the sea wall to the beach have no hand rail.

You will have the entire cottage to yourself. Minimum length of stay is a month. The rentals are for June 2021 through October 2021. Guests must sign a rental liability release. References required and will be checked. Check out time is 10:00 AM check in time is 4:00 PM

Nestled behind the main house in Ladner, our private 2-bedroom cottage offers a cozy retreat. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, with one room boasting a 2-seat sofa and the other providing sliding door access to the shared yard space, where you can pick fresh herbs or fruit. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, a Nespresso machine, microwave, and toaster oven for your convenience. With ample free parking available, relaxation and comfort await you in this charming hideaway.

Your rental encompasses the entire cottage, complete with two alfresco dining areas for your enjoyment.
During their respective seasons, you're welcome to pick from a variety of fruits including rhubarb, apples, figs, kiwis, plums, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Or enjoy a sample from our herb collection including: oregano, rosemary, basil, cilantro, thyme, and chives.

Friendly pets are permitted on approval. We have a friendly Yorkshire Terrier.
