- "Gorgeous views, nice modern home" - "I took my boyfriend here for his birthday getaway. I absolutely loved it . There was some construction going on near the front of the house, but since it was a weekend no one was there. The views were amazing ,and it was nice and close to down town. I wish I would have read the binder about all the extras that were available on day one instead of day 3. I would have taken advantage of the extra amenities. Overall I would absolutely recommend this home, and would stay here again."

On the Banks of the Wenatchee River sits a charming rustic cottage on a half acre lot. This is a semi private lot boasting with foliage and several gardens and seating areas to enjoy, However the MAIN ATTRACTION is the seating area around the fire pit in the back yard, that also backs up to the Pristine Rushing Waters of the Wenatchee River. Stroll out the back door down off the deck, past the fire pit and the hammocks, carefully down the banks and into the river we go!!!!

- "We had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed the lighting outside, which made it that much better. We were celebrating our anniversary..kudos!! The pictures online don’t do it justice. The ground were as expected of staying in the wilderness cabin. The amount of outdoor furniture was awesome for a family. The inside was stocked with EVERYTHING!! These owners have thought about the comforts of home away from home. We felt like we actually lived there, thank you for making our mini-vacation an enjoyable and relaxing week. There a few things that detailed in the advertisement. Such as, the house number on the board is missing 1 and 8 as well as hidden by over growth. The stairs going upstairs are extremely narrow and steeper than most stairs. If you or someone are, on the larger side, just know that the shower is super small. They do have a smart, Roku, tv. We ended up watch repeats of thing because we couldn’t figure it out. Maybe have a guide sheet or something would be helpful. Oh, your directions in the letter you sent, spot on. Thank you again. We will definitely be coming back in the future."

You have access to the property through the August Lock System - this allows you to check in and check out easily within your stay times. Once you are settled in you have access to the entire property, including an outdoor area with BBQ and private Hot Tub.

We offer our guests the use of 2 cruiser bikes for exploring town, the beautiful Blackbird Island trails, and riverfront beaches. There is a locking storage shed for any recreational toys that you want to store during your stay. There is a park with a giant kids play structure, tennis and pickle ball courts just 3 blocks away. We are adjacent to the city hall parking lot which has level 2 electric vehicle charging stations.

This two bed, one bath cottage is two blocks from downtown! Completely remodeled with all of the comforts of home and every gadget to make a gourmet meal if you choose to dine in. We are pet friendly w/approval only one dog with a fee. Wifi & cable. There’s a Tesla charger across the street too! This is a 100% smoke free property.

The space
Our cottage was built in 1912 and has been completely remodeled with gourmet cooking gadgets and every comfort of home. The house is only suited for 4 guests maximum. We hope you will enjoy your stay, which is walking distance to all the in town attractions in this charming village. We are a pet friendly house with approval and a fee of $50. If you do not disclose you are bringing a pet it is a $250 charge.
