We are adult-friendly and accept well behaved pets.
We also have a 3 year old German shepherd on the property. He’s well trained but does come off aggressive sometimes to people he doesn’t know. Furthermore there is a electric fence placed so he won’t come by the guest suite and most of the times he’s either inside our house or on our deck so you won’t need to worry about him. Once he gets to know you he’s a goof ball and loves to play

The screened-in patio creates a great space to enjoy meals, play cards or relax with friends and family. The out door patio has a Picnic table and a BBQ. The cottage is equipped with an Eco-friendly geothermal system to cool or heat the cottage.
The master bedroom located on the main floor has an en-suite with a Queen bed. The washer and dryer with laundry supplies is also located on the main floor.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, one has Queen sized bed and the other has two queen size beds.
The cottage is located on the northeast of the community and is 2-3 minute walking distance to the clubhouse, the clubhouse is a 2-3 minute walking distance to the beach. As a guest you will also have access to the clubhouse which includes amenities such as two seasonal outdoor pools, year round hot tubs, a fitness studio and more.
The Cottage is available during Fall, Winter & Spring for monthly or longer-term rental, rate quoted for 30 plus nights will have a one time caretaker fee and NO GST & PST .

The Twisted Vines Lakehouse was built in 2022. This 2600 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is located at the Osoyoos Cottages. Nestled on the hillside, against a backdrop of vineyards, the cottage boasts a stunning view of the lake, one that you will want to enjoy while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from the patio. There are pathways to stroll and a private beach to relax or watch the kids play in the water. There is a beautiful outdoor pool to take advantage of if you need a break from the beach. Our cottage was built with families in mind and has a large movie and games area in the downstairs great room, as well as a rod hockey table, fooseball, ping pong table and a table to enjoy many of the games provided. The cottage is in close proximity to many local wineries and restaurants. If you're seeking a way to burn off some energy while you're visiting, the KartPlex at Area 27 is a must see! You can watch local drivers race or you can rent go karts for a friendly race against family and friends. If you prefer a slower pace, the fall and winter are perfect times to get away to the south Okanagan. Mt Baldy ski resort is an absolute gem for skiing and snowboard enthusiasts and it's only a short 40 minute drive from the cottage.

Whether you're travelling with kids or just adults, we have set up our cottage with all the amenities that you would expect to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can prepare all your favourite meals or snacks. There is a Napoleon propane barbecue on the upper patio and lots of patio seating to enjoy the lake views. Our suite also offers easy access to the lake front beach and pool areas.

Our suite is located on Lake Osoyoos in the heart of vineyard country with many wineries within a 20minute drive, including the Oliver Golden Mile of wineries.

We are central to a number of golf courses in the Osoyoos/Oliver areas.

For the bikers we are right alongside the Grandfondo routes to follow or there are many kilometers of road way to enjoy and explore.

Mount Baldy's ski hills and cross country ski trails are only a 30 minute drive away.

Bask in the afternoon sun as you relax outdoors in your comfortable lounging chairs. Inside, you will find a newly built private rancher suite. The Rockcliffe Getaway suite is attached to our bungalow and it was custom built primarily to serve as a short-term rental suite. We went through great lengths to soundproof the adjoining walls by building two soundproof walls with double insulation and drywall insuring that the only sounds you will hear are the gentle chirps of birds from your patio.

After exploring the wine country, unwind in the quiet ambiance of the living room. We have curated a selection of our favorite books for you to enjoy, allowing your mind to wander and be free.
