Old Mill Bend is 25 minutes away. Central Sunriver is 10 minutes away.

Great base for Bend/Sunriver and all the Central Oregon outdoor activities.

Drive up to the house and you will use the front door and I will show you your room. Full access to the kitchen. Laundry available during longer stays.

Message through Airbnb app before and during your stay is best. Happy to converse with you about the area or whatever, or can just have a private and secluded stay.

I have a 15+ year old dog, going blind and deaf. He stays to himself most the time and probably best you just let him be, unless your a dog person then I can take a minute and help introduce you.

Our home sits on a one acre lot. We are surrounded by Aspen, Ponderosa Pine and Lilac hedges.
Here you will have your own private room, entry, bathroom, parking, and micro-kitchenette. A portion of the yard is sectioned off for guest use.

The space
Room includes a king bed. There is a private 3/4 bath and a micro-kitchenette that includes: fridge with small freezer, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, tea and chocolates. There is also a 42" smart TV with complimentary Netflix.
We are located 1.4 miles from the Sunriver Resort, 0.4 miles to the Deschutes River, 19 MILES TO MT BACHELOR, 16 miles to Bend, 6 miles to Benham Falls, 6 Miles to Lava Caves, 1.7 miles to The Sunriver Brewing Company. Too many fun places to list. You'll just have to come visit!

Calm, quiet and friendly condo with loft in Powder Village, Sunriver. Located walking distance from the Main Village at Sunriver. 26 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. The condo has it’s way of leaving a good impression as the natural sunlight, high ceilings and overall comfort level tend to leave people feeling uplifted, welcome and at ease.

The condo sleeps up to four with a regular, queen sized bed in the loft and a memory foam, queen sized pull out on the main level. The old and smaller futon pictured on the main level has been upgraded to a memory foam queen sized hide-a-bed/couch (also pictured).

The condo is equipped with an Infrared sauna for two. No water needed. Just plug in, tune up the music snd dial in your temp.

Seasonal adventure kit is included with the stay. The winter kit includes a set of two large/adult sized snowshoes with poles, one medium sized set of snowshoes with poles, and one small sized set of snowshoes with poles. The winter kit also includes two sleds.

The condo is close to The Cascade Lakes Highway which often attracts many, as well as within walking distance to the Sunriver Village and Shopping area. Recreation in Central Oregon is tough to define and expand upon as there is such a diverse amount of outdoor activities to partake in within the Central Oregon region. However, what can be said is that the condo is a cozy, functional little spot, and a real win win when it comes to it's location.

✅Regarding the sauna: The sauna is an infrared sauna and does not require water. Please unplug the sauna after use. Please avoid any food or drink in the sauna and there is also a list of rules in the unit for your safety. Please be safe and respectful.

Unfortunately, any damage to the sauna may result in an assessed fee. I hate to make this rule, but this rule has to be in place to assure safety and respect. ✅
