Our home sits on a one acre lot. We are surrounded by Aspen, Ponderosa Pine and Lilac hedges.

We are located 1.4 miles from the Sunriver Resort, 0.4 miles to the Deschutes River, 19 MILES TO MT BACHELOR, 16 miles to Bend, 6 miles to Benham Falls, 6 Miles to Lava Caves, 1.7 miles to The Sunriver Brewing Company. Too many fun places to list. You'll just have to come visit!

The space
Up stairs is the master bedroom. It has private bath with a jacuzzi bath and a shower. It has two sinks and a private balcony. The downstairs has two rooms with a shared bath. Both have updates shower heads for a better experience.

We listen to you! Based on the reviews we have recently updated our beds, changed our laundry soap, and fixed the garage door.

Please be aware that the garage door can be opened and closed but is stocked with a ping pong table and bikes. Parking has to be done outside. There is enough room for multiple cars to be park in the front of the house.
