- "We recently had a small get together with a few family members we had not seen in 14 years. The accommodations at BG were perfect for our small group. We had plenty of room for privacy as well as visiting in lovely, comfortable surroundings. The weather provided serious heat, some smoke, then rain, so we did not take much advantage of the outdoor seating accommodations. Two suggestions: (1) We could not find a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Fortunately we didn't need it, but the one we eventually discovered near the downstairs fireplace would not have been available in the event of an emergency. We'd suggest more and more prominent fire extinguishers and/or fire blankets. (2) Idiot-proof directions for the entertainment center would have been much appreciated. We had to spend waaaaaay too much time figuring things out to play videos and/or watch a movie. And, sadly, missed the Women's World Cup final due to inability to determine how to get reception. Otherwise, we LOVED our visit to GB, and would recommend it to others. Thanks, Robin, for sharing this lovely place (and your amazing landscaping)."

A rustic gas fireplace invites you into the large living room. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs (sleeps 7-8, 3 queen beds and 1 double bed, and a futon for extra sleeping-the futon is located downstairs) 2 full bathrooms (1 located upstairs and 1 on the main floor) both with a tub and shower. Large kitchen with all the amenities, full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stocked coffee and tea bar. We also have another full sized refrigerator in the attached garage for your use. We have a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. (laundry soap and dryer sheets provided)

There is a 2 night minimum. This is a working farm and there is a chance during summer months that we will be haying during your stay. Be assured there is plenty of space and you probably won't notice someone driving through the barnyard. You may enjoy kicking back on the deck and watching them cut/bale hay!

The bungalow was built in 1925 and miraculously the few previous owners retained all the original woodwork and features that give it character. The basement was remodeled into a living space in the early 2000s. I purchased the home in Fall 2016 and in doing so have welcomed the opportunity to continue to maintain and enhance this treasure of a historic house.

The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a roll-away cot that is actually quite comfortable and can be set up in either the twin bedroom or the common area/living room. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed.

I’ve added a fully-functional kitchen to the laundry area, utilizing the original cupboards and other lumber found on the property.

The recently updated patio area is a great place to hang out during warmer temperatures! Lots of garden veggies, berries,and fruit trees make it a healthy “snack bar”, too!

This unique, fully furnished loft apartment is located in downtown, historic Union. There are two comfortable queen beds, one upstairs and one down plus a twin daybed. We can provide more sleeping arrangements with comfortable, high profile air mattresses. There is a full kitchen and lots of room to relax. We provide Netflix and computer access, either wired or wireless for your convenience.

Union is a charming, friendly town right on the Oregon Trail. It is quite common to see deer wandering down the street or standing in a farmer's field. We are proud of our wonderful Union County Museum and our Union Carnegie Public Library. Our little library is one of the few remaining Carnegie libraries in the West still used as a library. Union is also known for its impressive Victorian homes. In addition, it is the home of the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show and Rodeo, proudly one of the oldest in the West.

Union is the perfect location for easy access to explore and enjoy Eastern Oregon. We are located two hours from Boise, five hours from Portland, an hour from Pendleton one way and Baker City the other, plus being two hours from Hells Canyon one way and Wallowa Lake the other. We are ten minutes from Ladd Marsh Wildlife Area, the largest hard stem bulrush marsh remaining in Eastern Oregon and home to thousands of nesting birds during the spring. We are on the edge if the Catherine Creek Wilderness area, known for hunting, fishing, hiking, off-road 4-wheeling, and snowmobiling.

Come and relax with us. Use us as your base as you explore beautiful Eastern Oregon. Come see the Blue Mountains, the Elkhorns and the Wallowas. There were lots of games and the place was clean. Was able to do laundry before hitting the road again and there was detergent provided. I also liked that there was coffee there. There are no stores around so make sure to stock up in a city before making it out."

This cabin features a full length side porch and entrances with great privacy. Located just 50' from Antone Creek, this cabin location is the most private of all. Features an electric range, propane and electric heat, full kitchen plus a laundry ctr. Enjoy the creek out your front and a clean cozy cabin inside.

- "This place worked perfectly for us to spend time up at Anthony lake. It was super clean, our boys loved the loft and Harmony was very responsive. Would stay here next time. A light was burnt out when we got there and Harmony had it fixed within an hour. The listing said no pets when we purchased though we learned after that was not the case. I was concerned because I have pet allergies, but I ended up having no issues, and I appreciated that the place was so well cleaned. Though the listing says Wi-Fi is available, that is a bit of a stretch because it borrows from another cabin which is far enough away that phones cannot get a connection unless you walk up to the other cabin which is a little awkward."

During the winter months, we recommend an all-wheel-drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle for safe travels. The driveway is regularly plowed, but snow can accumulate quickly.

Conveniently located as the closest accommodations to Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort, so you can stay in the snow or escape the heat of the valley. ACL borders national forest and is the starting point for great outdoor adventure.

This house called "NC loft" is an 8' wide tiny home with slides. Don't let the size deter you from enjoying this cabin because it still has all the conveniences of the larger cabins plus more. Full kitchen, 36" shower, large bathroom, washer/dryer, bedroom in the loft, and a futon couch in the living room that can be used for sleeping as well. This cabin has slides which gives a spacious living area. The stairs to the loft are 24" wide (see photos). This cabin is a favorite of Rich's because of its great location and creek views.

Guests that need accessibility:
You have a wide driveway where you drive right up to the home wide enough for two cars, with gravel level to the concrete patio on the south side of the home and deck on west side of home. All doors exterior and interior are 30" or larger. Interior doors are a barn door style easy to slide open and close. The shower is not very accessible as it is more narrow and has a glass opening with no support arms but does have spray handle in addition to waterfall above. We are looking to add ramps to exterior doors to make it easier for wheelchair entrance to home in (April 2024) and are considering support arms to shower.

NOTE: During winter months you may need 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to navigate snow on the driveway to the home. Owner owns approximately 120 acres in Union County, Oregon, herein referred to as the “Property,” commonly known as 57736 Hwy 203, Union, Oregon, Map No. 05S40, Tax Lot 300, an aerial map of which is included as Exhibit A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Licensee desires to lease the Property from Owner, and Owner desires to lease the Property to Licensee, for the limited purpose of hunting and other related purposes described herein.

Scope of Rental. Renter has use of home, deck, fireplace, hot tub, and laundry services located on the property, and hiking on the property. Renter does NOT have permission or access to the shed or shop building, or Owner tools or equipment. The property is surrounded by 100% private lands. Renter acknowledges that trespass laws are in effect if they go outside the bounds of the property being leased.

No Tenancy. Regardless of the duration of the term of this Agreement, Renter shall not claim any tenancy right and shall not have any right to transfer, assign, and sublet or grant any license or sub-license in respect of the Property or any part thereof.

As-Is. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement the Property is rented in its current “AS IS” condition without any obligation of Owner to make improvements or perform repairs. Renter accepts the Property in such condition and waives all rights and claims against Owner from any cause directly or indirectly arising out of the condition of the Property.

Responsible Renter. Renter shall be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental. All other guests or invitees (collectively, “Occupants”) are required to be family members, other responsible adults over 21, or persons 21 or under accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The number of occupants shall be no more than (#) individuals, regardless of age. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for Renter’s actions and omissions, and the actions and omissions of all other Occupants present at the Property at any time during the entire duration of the rental, and shall ensure all Occupants understand and comply with the terms of this Agreement. Renter acknowledges it is solely responsible and liable for the safety and security of itself and each other Occupant during the entire duration of the rental.

Keys. Owner shall provide Renter with one key. If Renter loses the key, Renter is required to pay a fee for replace replacement locks, to be charged as rent and taken out of the security deposit.

Good Neighbor Policy. Quiet Hours. Renter is required to treat the Property with the same care as one would use with its own residence, and in any case with no less than reasonable care, and to leave it in the same condition it was in upon arrival. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or Renter’s personal property, Renter is required to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the Property and upon check-out. Renter and all other Occupants agree to conduct themselves throughout the entire duration of the rental in a manner respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community, that is not in violation of any local, state or federal laws, and that will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

No Smoking. No smoking is permitted at the Property (including on porches, decks or outdoor areas). “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form.

Pets. No pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized when Renter’s reservation was made, or (2) bona fide service animals.

If a pet is permitted on the Property as confirmed in writing through. A non-refundable pet fee of is charged per pet, per stay will be charged. If the pet is a service animal Renter is required to provide documentation of registration as a service animal or waives all rights to claim as such and agrees to pay fee.

Renter is required to keep dogs off of the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds), prevent dogs from damaging any property, and pick-up and properly dispose of the dogs’ excrement. Any damages caused by an approved pet or excrement not picked up may result in fees charged as rent and taken out of the security deposit, at the sole discretion of the Owner. Renter agrees to a minimum excrement removal fee if any excrement is found on the property because of Renter using the property with a pet.

Use of Premises. Renter shall use the Property for residential purposes only. Renter is not authorized to sell products or services on the Property or conduct any commercial activity.

This house has three bedrooms with a futon in the living room so it sleeps 9 easily. There are additional air mattresses in the linen closet and a twin mattress in the master closet if needed.
We have also installed a 50 amp RV power outlet in case more family wants to come and park in the driveway. There is no additional charge to use the RV Power.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house minus one closet we use to store cleaning supplies. The garage is there for your use also.

The entire hideaway apartment is yours to relax and unwind in. There is also a patio and porch for the use of guests, and a picnic area to really soak in the views.

For the safety of the guests the remainder of the property is not for public use.

4WD or equivalent vehicle is required in winter months-we plow regularly but we are at 4500 feet so the road is wintery as long as there is snow.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It’s a 1940’s home that has been completely refurbished. The bedrooms are themed making everywhere you look fun and unique. The house is within walking distance of a cafe, mini grocery store and the North Powder Charter School. The space
There are 4 bedrooms they are themed as follows The Travel Room with a Queen Bed downstairs, The Western Room Queen Bed, The Black & White Sports Room Twin over full bunk bed and then the master bedroom with a Queen bed, which are all located upstairs. There is a sectional and separate couch giving you space for 3 people to sleep if needed. You have all the basics in the kitchen including a pancake gridle, coffee maker and microwave. The dinning table has 6 chairs and there are 2 bar stools beside the table. There is also and extra card table and 4 folding chairs available in the laundry room if more seating is needed for meals. There are 3 TV's on the premises 65" in the living room 32" in the western bedroom and a 55" in the master bedroom.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house except the unfinished basement which is locked and really more like a root cellar.

Other things to note
This is an older home so the stairs are steep and narrow but there are hand railings to help you navigate up and down the stairs. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with walk in shower are upstairs and there is 1 bedroom downstairs and a full bathroom with a bath tub shower combination. There is a pack and play available at the house and a high chair that can be brought to the house if it's needed.
