Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a 2 car garage located in a very nice subdivision that has probably the nicest community pool in the Treasure Valley. It features hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and hallways. Slab granite countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom. Large master suite with walk-in shower, soaker tub, dual vanities, walk-in closet and private water closet. Gas fireplace, leather couches and dining table w/extra leaf, all you need to bring is your food, toiletries and clothing. Yard is completely fenced for privacy.

- "We were in Meridian to visit our parents and celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. The house fit our needs perfectly! We each had our own bedroom. The rest of the living space was also great and very comfortable. We cooked in one night and had everything we needed as the kitchen and pantry were very well stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans. We were able to enjoy the community pool and took morning walks through the neighborhood. For anyone looking for a great house to stay this is it as it it centrally located to for those wishing to explore Meridian and downtown Boise - I highly recommend the Meridian Farmers Market, The Meridian Village shopping mall as it’s a great place to spend an afternoon meandering the out door shops. Yard House Gastropub and BodoVino are fabulous places to eat. We plan to visit Idaho again next year and this is the vacation house we will look to rent as it truly felt like a home away from home."
