Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

Its walk-able distance to restaurants, bars, and parks and just a short drive to many activities. Watch your favorite show, have a cup of coffee or cook up a feast for the whole family in the full kitchen.

In this home we have everything you should need. Two full bathrooms, 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. If you're wanting to cook the kitchen is fully stocked and available for you.

From the moment we stepped into this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat just minutes from downtown Meridian, we felt completely at ease. The coastal-inspired decor—calming blue hues, seashell accents, and beachy touches throughout—created such a peaceful, welcoming vibe. Both bedrooms feature cozy queen-size beds, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The location is super convenient, just off I-84 and close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Meridian.

The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to enjoy two peaceful nights.We brought a dog, and she found the backyard a great place to go out and stretch her legs. There is a pet fee of 100, but it’s hard to find places that accept pets, so it was definitely worth it.Overall, a stellar experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if I’m in the area. The space
Clean nautical-themed room has a queen sized bed, closet space, iron and ironing board, and a comfy chair. You will have your own cozy private bathroom with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer provided for your use. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, instant oatmeal and reverse-osmosis filtered water are available for your use. The area is beautifully semi-rural and not walkable to many amenities, so please have a car, as ridesharing can be unreliable!

Please park on one side of the driveway as the community does not allow cars to park on the street.

You have a small fridge in your bedroom with a glass pitcher filled with reverse osmosis water, but very little freezer space.

No use of washer or dryer, and no washing or bathing of pets is allowed.

Shared use of kitchen table is for eating only, not for working on a laptop. Please use the chair in your room and move the table in front of your chair to use a laptop. Or ask the host for a bed chair, so you can use your laptop sitting up in bed.

Microwave use is permitted, and you may use the dishes, cups, & eating utensils in the kitchen. Scrape any uneaten food on your plates into the kitchen trash, and place the dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, and your host will take care of them.

No cooking on stove or in oven, No eating in bed. Please toss uneaten cooked food and raw fruit in the covered kitchen trash (step on pedal to open). No food waste in the open bedroom trash. Please eat food in the living room, kitchen, or neatly in your room but not while in bed. Feel free to watch Roku TV or use the massage seat if you use the living room.

Please help yourself to cups for coffee, eating utensils, napkins and drinking glasses for water. Please ask host if you need an extra trash bag for the road. Please keep all trash in bags, please do not dump loose trash into the outside trash can. Loose trash can be put either in your bedroom or the kitchen trash. If you have recycling, like bottles or cans-- please put them on the kitchen sink counter for the host to recycle.

The space
When you find the house that looks like our profile picture, you'll know you have arrived at the correct place. We have off street parking on the far left of the driveway and additional space across the street. Entrance to the suite out back is thru the side lawn and gate. If you arrive late the motion sensor lights will light your way.

There is a very large patio outside the suite. You normally have it to yourself, but sometimes we come out to share the fresh air. There is a small propane fire in the center of four lawn chairs. Ask and we'll show you how it works.
Most of our guests really enjoy listening to the sounds of the water in the canal and watching the various birds that come into our yard, especially in the spring. Open your windows at night or in the morning and it sounds like you are camping out. There is a large patio table and chairs which works great for eating outside. Many of our guests buy fast food and bring it back and eat outside at the table when weather permits. There is a natural gas grill on the upper patio you can use anytime, just let us know if you need some BBQ utensils and we'll show you how the timer works. There are fans on the porch to help keep it cool on hot summer nights. The entrance to the suite has a sliding glass door with a sign on it, so you can't miss the entrance. It says "Back door guests are the best."

The bed is queen. We splurged on a highend mattress. A good night sleep is important to us. The thickness of bedding changes with the seasons. There are 2 down feather pillows and 2 gel cooled pillows. Take your pick or use them all. We've added a space heater for those who want it warmer than 70 degrees. There is a luggage rack for easy unpacking. On the bedside table is a lamp and an Amazon Dot. A large window and a sliding glass door give maximum flexibility to the amount of light and fresh air you desire in the space. Open the room darkening drapes to let the light in; or keep them closed to darken the room for sleeping.

In the far corner of the room is a sturdy oversized chair and a closet with extra bedding. For those who need a teddy bear to sleep with, there is one on the dresser. There is a food tray on the bed in case you're having snacks.
We have central heating/air; and have added a ceiling fan for optional comfort. The bedroom has a large dresser with plenty of drawers, a mirror and a lamp. The closet has plenty of space for clothes; and stores a few board games and a baby's pack in play in case you need one. There is a microwave and minifridge in the space. The minifridge is oversized and has an ice cube tray. We have a 40" 4k TV on a swivel mount for easy viewing throughout the room. We provide access to our Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, Vudu and local TV channels. We try to keep a few snacks and popcorn so you'll have a midnight snack without needing to go to the store. We put a couple of bottles of water and a few soda pops in the fridge.

There is a small dropleaf table with two extra chairs, a Keurig coffee pot and a variety of flavored coffee to choose from. The drop leaf table works well for a workspace and for door dash meals. In the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom there is a trashcan and laundry baskets. The door behind the trashcan remains locked. It goes to the owners unit. There is no access between the owners unit and the airbnb.

A large bathroom counter with a wall mounted blow dryer makes it easy to get ready for the day. We keep a basket of toiletry samples in case you forgot something. The water closet has a tub shower combo with an extra handheld wand. We have soap and shampoo in case you forget yours. The towels are hidden behind the door next to the safety grab bar.

If you think of anything we may not of thought of, please let us know. We are always looking for ways to improve our private backyard suite.

Guests have access to a private entrance bedroom and private bath, with a shared patio and yard. There are no shared spaces inside the house.

Our Airbnb allows a maximum capacity of 2 adult guests and 1 child up to the age of two. Our sprinklers turn on at 1:00 a.m. each evening in the summer. If you arrive late; expect that you might encounter sprinkling. We have a strict no pet policy due to our severe allergies and asthma.

Meridian is one of the fastest growing cities in the one of the fastest growing states in the U.S. We have everything here: restaurants, cafés, malls, cinemas, breweries, wineries, and many local and state parks and national forests. The Boise River is only a few miles away. There are many biking and hiking trails in the foothills and on the Greenbelt along the Boise River. Wherever you are you will be able to see gorgeous mountains and phenomenal landscapes!

The space
Our house is very comfortable and close to many places in Meridian and Boise! We have many books on loan for the guests who enjoy reading during their stay. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands each with a lamp, a chest of drawers, a vanity with a large mirror, suitable for remote work, and a chair. Also, there is a closet with lots of hangers and storage space as well as a hamper for clothes. Your hosts will wash your clothes, linen, and towels for no additional charge during your stay. Guests have access to a full bath with tub, shower, sink, and toilet, which is SHARED with other house guests (if any). The bedroom faces the beautifully landscaped front yard, which is on the sunny southern side of the house. There is no TV in this room; however, guests with laptops with Internet connectivity will be able to stream many programs. Most of our guests have used this space successfully for remote work as the vanity can be configured as an effective work area.

Guests will have full use of the kitchen, living room and backyard. Guests may make use of off-street parking or park in our driveway. We are pleased to offer guests the use of a mountain bike and helmet during their stay.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe for solo travelers. The best thing about our location is that you have quick access to Boise, Meridian, and the surrounding areas.

Also close are St. Luke’s, Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, Idaho State Univ., Blue Cross of Idaho, Scentsy, PKG, Lamb Weston. Downtown Boise, Boise State Univ., the Greenbelt, many parks & Nampa are 30 minutes away.

Our house is very comfortable and close to many places in Meridian and Boise! We have a huge library for the guests who enjoy reading! Also, there is a full-length mirror attached to the back of the bedroom door, and a closet with lots of hangers and stored space. In the bedroom, there is a clothes basket which your hostess will empty and wash according to your needs and the length of your stay without any additional charge. There is access to an outdoor community pool, but it may be closed depending on the season of your stay. Pool rules must be strictly adhered to, or there could be fines, which would pass on to the guest.

The shared spaces are the kitchen, Living room, movie room, music room, and relaxation room. I only allow one guest, couples, or a small group at a time, so they will have sole access to those spaces every day while I am away at work (roughly 8AM-6:45PM on weekdays).

If your car does not leak oil, you can park on the driveway in front of the single bay garage, otherwise you would need to park on the street.

If you cook in the kitchen, please throughly rinse all dishes and leave them in the sink for me to sort out which ones go in the dishwasher and which ones I need to hand wash.
You are welcome to use my washer and dryer for laundry, I just ask that you use your own detergent and arrange the time with me to do so. It would need to be done while I am home (between 7-9) or on the weekends. If you don’t have your own detergent, I charge $5 per load to use mine.

Nice home, close to the freeway, 15 minute drive to downtown boise. The home is always clean and is a nice place to relax and have space. There is laundry, a stove, a grill, a keurig with coffee and a refrigerator, all on site.

The space
I also live in the house, but the room and the bathrooms are private. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open, and you may see me in those areas, but feel free to use the tv or have dinner at the dining table or cook something in the kitchen! Feel free to use the refrigerator as well!

The space
Welcome to the Botanical Guestroom & Shared Bath, a warm and inviting space full of plants within our home. You’ll be sharing the house with us—Monica and Julian—as well as our friendly furbabies: Samus, our chill husky, and our two friendly cats, Zeke and Zedd. While the guestroom does not have a private entrance, you’ll have full access to all shared spaces, including the living areas and our home gym. The only off-limits areas are the master bedroom, other bedroom, and garage.

🔺 For your peace of mind, the guestroom comes with a private key and lock, so you can securely store your belongings during your stay.

🔺 We sanitize the guest room and shared bathroom after each stay to make sure everything’s clean, fresh, and ready for the next guest.

🔺 Please note, we DO NOT have a MICROWAVE. However, we do have an oven, ninja air fryer, and a stove that guests may use to reheat food.

Animal lovers will feel right at home, as our pets love to greet guests and roam throughout the house. If you have allergies, this may not be the best fit for you. To keep a peaceful and safe environment for everyone, we do not allow additional pets.

Our home is conveniently located just 8 minutes from the freeway, offering easy access to downtown Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Star, and Caldwell. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive away if you need something quick. Parking is simple—just find an off-street spot, with a convenient one usually available in front of our home next to our mailbox. Please do not park right in front of the mailbox, it makes it difficult for the mail carrier to leave mail.

We live in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where you might hear kids playing or dogs barking occasionally. If you enjoy the outdoors, Fuller Park is nearby and perfect for a relaxing walk or jog. The park features a fishing pond with ducks, a greenbelt path, and even some friendly goats.

We look forward to welcoming you into our home and making your stay as comfortable as possible.
